Resumen
The incorporation of digital technologies in higher education becomes an unavoidable requirement. The use of electronic devices in classrooms and the teaching of digital natives set the material conditions for the employment of Information and Communication Technologies in Law. The initiative to integrate Instagram as a learning tool in the Law degree is justified both by its adaptability and by the rates of use in the age groups of the students. The @miopiajudicial profile emerges as a channel for legal broadcast and a virtual repository of issues related to the visualization of gender stereotypes in the Administration of Justice. Its implementation as a pilot project opens a window of opportunity for its incorporation into the learning-teaching system of law with the participation of students. The creation of a publication on Instagram requires the acquisition and implementation of a set of competencies and skills that not only the faculty must transmit, but that is fully useful for the further exercise of the legal professions (search of court decisions, terminological precision, concept synthesis, written argumentation, oral presentation, among others). Despite the investment of time and the complexity of translating concepts into an intelligible language, the versatility, multidisciplinarity and interaction that the social network provides are enough benefits to overcome the initial drawbacks that will be reduced by the work dynamics itself. As opposed to the irreducible individual memorization, Instagram offers the possibility of cooperative learning on practical issues in addition to the social impact through the dissemination of knowledge.

Resumen
Reading competence is a fundamental part for the development of critical thinking in young people. Considering this idea, this paper describes the results of a research of a quantitative approach on value of know reading habits of a representative sample of students of Secondary Education and Baccalaureate in four different educational contexts located in Galicia) . The study has focused, above all, on the analysis of reading practices from fourteen years old, an age, according to Reading Habits and Buying of Books Barometer realized by the Federation of Publishers Guilds of Spain with the support from the Ministry of Culture and Sports, in which the interest in reading begins to decline. A study was carried out, a transversal cut, using a questionnaire. Once the results were obtained, a growing affection for reading is observed on the part of the surveyed students. In contrast, Galician adolescents are not frequent readers and they state that the time spent reading is not motivated by their own choice, but rather comes as an exogenous imposition. It concludes with an emphasis on the need to combine imposed reading with free reading.

Resumen
This paper aims to analyze the place that attitudinal dimensions such as commitment and professional ethics should have in Access to the Teaching Profession (ATP). In this regard, we believe there is a need to reflect on at least three main issues. First, we need to consider the meaning and rationale (as a "background" or "rationale") of this question. Second, we need to think about the place of these important dimensions within the Framework of Teaching Competences. And third, (and more broadly), we have reviewed the ATP proposal, which has been supported by the Conference of Deans of Faculties of Education for the assessment of these complex components of the teaching profession, and we consider where such assessment should be placed (whether at initial entry into teacher training or, as some of us advocate, at exit i.e. upon graduation or entry into the profession). The latter two issues are addressed in the first two of the Ministry's 24 proposals.

Resumen
This article unpacks the different practices and modes of knowledge that constitutes innovation consultancy. By relying on recent debates in economic sociology, it argues that innovation consulting work can be understood as the fabrication of types of situations that help to evoke non yet existing objects as a potential form of economic value. We call these situations as "innovation atmospheres". This theoretical argument is empirically deployed by presenting material from a six-month ethnographic case study consisting of attending innovation workshops developed for companies. We identify that different types of innovation atmospheres arise from the work involved in of mobilizing affects, devices, and metaphors to induce indeterminate situations. We describe how these atmospheres involve evaluating and prioritizing reality in specific ways. Finally, we conclude by discussing the similarities and differences between the constitutive operations of innovation consulting and other social practices oriented to produce the new, such as the art world.

Resumen
This study aims to analyze the effect of member participation on cooperative performance and the effect of cooperative innovation on performance. The population in this study were 355 cooperatives, and we sampled 71. The mechanical analysis used multiple regression analysis, F test, and t-test. The analytical results show that member participation and the ability to innovate simultaneously influence the cooperative’s performance. There are two criteria for participation, namely contribution participation, and incentive participation

Resumen
The production of second-generation biodiesel is seen as more sustainable than first-generation biodiesel as it is produced from residues such as animal fats, a by-product of the meat industry. In Brazil, the biodiesel sector has become the main market for animal fats, absorbing around 712 thousand tons in 2018, equivalent to 38% of the fat produced. In order to reach this level, research and development were carried out supported by the Brazilian government through the Brazilian Biodiesel Technology and Innovation Network. The objective of this study is to map the scientific networks formed by Brazilian organizations that have collaborated to solve research problems regarding animal fats for biodiesel production through Social Networks Analysis and The Theory of Complex Networks. An exploratory-descriptive study was conducted in the main collection of Web of Science (WoS). It was observed that research started in 2008 and involved more than 80 institutions. The institutional network formed was of a small-world type, composed of 20 clusters. The research was indexed in 19 knowledge areas, with an emphasis on Chemistry, Energy and Fuels, and Engineering and 70% of them received some type of funding to conduct the research.

Resumen
Precision technologies and smart farming practices are spreading globally. However, there are still limited insights into how these technologies develop in newly adopted countries and adapt to different local systems, especially in emergent economies. This article aims to diagnose the technological innovation system of precision technologies within Chile's dairy sector, focusing on the possibilities of development and co-evolution. A structural-functional innovation system analysis is performed, based upon 41 semi-structured interviews. The main results indicate that precision technologies are in the implementation phase in the Chilean dairy sector, with scarce experience and undeveloped knowledge of their benefits. Moreover, there are insufficient interactions between different actors with limited information sharing due to the lack of trust as a cultural issue, affecting the development of smart farming practices. Some strategies to develop and co-evolve the technological systems are discussed, as is the need to increase trust and cooperation between the actors of the dairy sector.

Resumen
Today innovation is considered to be essential for organizational development, and organizations depend increasingly on employees’ efforts to innovate. Drawing on the eudemonic theory of well-being based on the idea of optimal functioning, we look at whether rewards and efforts act as mediators between leader-member exchange (LMX) and two dependent variables: well-being at work and innovative work behaviors (IWB). We examine how LMX is linked to IWB and well-being at work, and we test the mediating effects of workload and rewards in these links. A sample of 179 French workers responded to an online questionnaire. The results indicated that LMX was significantly linked to IWB and psychological well-being at work. The study also found an indirect effect of work rewards between LMX and psychological well-being at work. This mediating role was not found in the relationship between LMX and IWB.
