Resumen
Systematization of the work performed by the Regional Technical Board to Combat Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children and Young People (ESCNNA) in Chile's Biobío Region reveals the efforts made by this body to build awareness and mobilize guarantors of rights to jointly build an environment of integrated protection for children and young people at risk, together with social support for those who have already fallen victim, drawing together diverse stakeholders under a collaborative perspective of social justice and responsibility. This work reconstructs and discusses five years of work in complex task of addressing a problem of severe breaches of rights in multiple manifestations, based on structural factors that naturalize sexual violence and the harm caused to victims, with sexual exploitation arising as the end result of a chain of traumas and abandonments.This article is a collective work of knowledge designed to transform social practices in this field.

Resumen
This text constitutes a documentary analysis of clinical social work with a feminist approach. Recent years have seen the rise of a movement in Chile that has achieved its current position through the publication of the Technical Guidelines and Standards for Social Work in Health, which in turn has led professionals, graduates, and interested parties to seek out a reflective process that provides locally situation knowledge. This document sets out to contribute to this goal; to that end, it presents analysis, discussion, and materialization to bring forth a series of concepts, hypotheses, and reflective analyses regarding certain practices that ought to be incorporated and applied to the task of feminist clinical social work.

Resumen
Justice and reparations for human rights violations is still a pending topic, even now, 46 years after the state terrorism arising from the civil-military coup d'état. In spite of demands, the Chilean government has not adequately responded to victims' expectations regarding criminal justice for those responsible forthe human rights violations.This article summarizes the perception of the people who were victim to political imprisonment and torture, qualified by the Valech Report, and tensions generated by the policies implemented in contrast to the expectations held by the victims. For this purpose, a qualitative methodology with semi-structured interviews was applied. This allowed for the categorization of information on the different aspects addressed in the study. Among the most important findings are reparations conditioned upon the criminal liability of the culprits, the mostly negative perception on reparation mechanisms, impunity as a key limitation to the development of repairs, and the need for the victims themselves to evaluate the reparation processes.

Resumen
The aim of this research is to analyse the pragmatic and linguistic elements which define this type of text (cartas de obligación). We focus our study on the analysis of the pragmatic features related to this type of notarial documents from 16th to 18th centuries. They belong to the same historical and discourse traditions (Diskurstraditionen). On the one hand, we pay attention to the speech acts (especially, illocutionary acts). On the other hand, we focus our study on the analysis of the pragmatic and linguistic changes in thus type of notarial texts (cartas de obligación) over time.
