Resumen
In this text we will evaluate the general approaches taken by migration policy during the presidency of President Enrique Peña Nieto, as embodied in the Special Migration Program, and in the manner in which it was put into practice by the officials in charge. Finally, the most representative cases will be analyzed: the creation of the Southern Border Plan in response to the humanitarian crisis of migrant children and families, the diversion of funds from the IME to Juntos Podemos, and the Honduran caravans at the end of the six-year period.

Resumen
This article analyzes how the cultural diplomacy of the government of Enrique Peña Nieto had a presence in the international relations of Mexico, but suffered from a conceptual disorder and irrelevance as a tool of foreign policy. The image of Mexico abroad had a good start with the so-called Mexican moment, but collapsed following corruption-related events and the escalation of criminal activity, and specifically the Ayotzinapa case of 2014. For its part, the budget for cultural diplomacy was merely a nominal and decorative figure exercised by the Department for Educational and Cultural Cooperation of AMEXCID, whose expenditure was made irrelevant by the lack of coordination and redundancy of the initiatives of the Ministries of Culture, Economy, Tourism and the Presidency of the Republic.

Resumen
This paper examines the participation of the Mexico administration of 2012-2018 in the negotiations on international cooperation and coordination to tackle climate change within the context of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC). It also makes reference to the involvement of sub-state and non-state actors, such as businesses and non-governmental organizations in this sector. At the same time, it refers to the positions and coalitions that emerge on different topics between countries from different regions, according to their levels of development and interests and capacities, while the active role of the Foreign Ministry in the context of negotiation of complex issues is highlighted, together with challenging situations such as the arrival of Donald Trump to the presidency of the United States and his decision to withdraw his country from the Paris Agreement. This active participation in international negotiations made it possible to ascribe importance to an issue that was not previously considered a priority in the six-year development agenda.
