Resumen
This research was focused on the analysis and chemical risks assessment caused by volatile organic compounds in high traffic painting activities on Ambato Municipality. The objective was to assess chemical risks by isomers of dimethyl benzen e and its impact on health of the painters to decrease the workers exposure to the mentioned risk. This research consider the use of the theory of chemical risks assessment based on the maximum acceptable exposure limits in the workplace according to the American Conference of Governmental Industrial Hygienists and using the concept National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health to determine the exposure dose. The following methods were used: questionnaire, observation and bibliographic documentary research. It was obtained that is additive, the value was obtained 1.75, is over the acceptable limit for humans that is 1, which causes serious diseasesand the rate of morbidity is high.

Resumen
It was carrying out the analysis of the management of fixed assets throughout their cycle of life. For which the variation of the indicators of management of the entities is studied, as well as the affectation or not of the value chain of the production processes or services. The objective of this research was to propose a design of an integrated model for the management of the maintenance, with the use of the multicriteria techniques, in order to contribute to achieve maintenance plans, as a tool that facilitates decision-making. This model will allow the development of a logical structure and thus detect, calculate and analyze the resources necessary for carrying out maintenance. For this, techniques and tools were used to capture the primary data and its subsequent processing such as: interview with experts, the bibliographic search, and the Delphi method.

Resumen
An activity of vital importance in software testing is the design and creation of effective test cases associated with adequate generation of test values, because empirical tests can´t guaranteedetection of all errors and the exhaustive testing is very costly in time and effort. Therefore, the strategy is try to make the tests the most inclusive possible to consider a subset of possible cases and test values most likely to detect errors. In this context, the need arises for using test case design techniques for the automatic generation of test cases, which ensure high levels of error coverage. This paper presents a component that generates automatically, values for unit testing, using design techniques Loops and Conditions.

Resumen
The 20-year cycle that the Spanish economy has just closed shows a much more balanced growth model than the previous one, but it also leaves high levels of debt and unemployment and greater inequality. Such imbalances, together with the ageing of the population, a potential financial crisis and contingent liabilities, will affect the performance of the economy over the coming years. The main fiscal policy challenge in this context is to facilitate the simultaneous correction of these imbalances. To do so, it is essential to reinforce the current fiscal system, make a greater effort to assess the efficiency and quality of public spending, and incorporate inequality as an additional dimension of economic policy.

Resumen
The present article sets out to review the restructuring carried out in the Spanish banking system, with the perspective afforded by an entire decade since the onset of the crisis that triggered such restructuring. To do so, first the imbalances that led to that crisis are analysed, together with the differential nature of the crisis in Spain, as well as the way of addressing it, leading to a bailout that would prove a highly determining factor of the creation of the Banking Union (BU) in the EU. In the new competitive environment shaped by the BU, the Spanish banking system stands out as one of the more efficient, as a result of capitalising the capacity upgrades carried out in response to the crisis. However, the legacy of the crisis, in terms of unproductive assets, still represents a burden. In this regard, the recent resolution of Banco Popular, already under the BU regulatory framework, can be considered a belated instance of bank cleanup.

Resumen
The implementation, during the crisis, of a broad set of measures at both the European and domestic level has allowed to correct a substantial part of the imbalances that the Spanish economy had accumulated during the previous expansive period and the early stages of the crisis, which in turn helps to explain the strength of the recovery. However, since the start of the present recovery phase, the persistence of high public debt levels, in a context in which potential growth remains within moderate levels, makes the economy still vulnerable to new disruptions.

Resumen
This article describes the business dynamics of the manufacturing industries sector of the department of Huila (Colombia) during the period 2012 to 2017. A study was carried out with a quantitative approach of retrospective descriptive descriptive type, the source of information in the national database “Single Business and Social Registry (RUES) ”. Companies registered under manufacturing industries were taken as the main sector where the variables were studied: economic activity, size, location and renewal of the commercial register. A direct association was found between business survival and micro and small sized businesses; and between business size and registered economic activity. These results offer a baseline to design and implement future projects that allow improving business development and, likewise, regional productivity.

Resumen
A case study is described in the Isle of Youth, whose objective was to develop a Local Productive Arrangement scheme as an efficient management method to improve the performance of the articulating agents. A methodology with adaptations was taken as a basis, among its components are described the barriers, Local Productive Arrangement scheme, the identification of innovations and the performance of the actors. Several techniques and instruments were used among them; interviews, surveys and brainstorming for the validation of results. As a result, a work tool is obtained where the articulation between local actors is positive in the current conditions, due to the methodological foundation and its implementation demonstrates favorable results in the agricultural sector as a key factor for the generation, generation, diffusion and use of the knowledge in the municipality.

Resumen
Team building is a key factor for projects success, as it is a complex task with multiple aspects. The paper proposes two methods for solving the problem of forming multiple project teams using a multiobjective solution approach. The first method assigns the project managers of all teams and then performs the conformation of each of these teams. The second method conform the complete teams one by one, first assigning the project manager and then the rest of the team. A model that considers, among other aspects: the competences of the persons, the interpersonal relationships between the team members and the psychological characteristics was used. The problem of forming multiple teams of students for a subject is used as a case study. Complete solutions are obtained using the penalty technique for the treatment of restrictions and the algorithms of Multiobjective Stochastic Hill Climbing, Multiobjective Hill Climbing with Restart and MultiobjectiveMulticase Simulated Annealing.
