Resumen
The first list of groups of benthic invertebrates Mandinga lagoon complex (MLC) is presented. Seven collections were carried out in dry seasons from 2008 to 2015 and one in rainy in 2015. The endo-benthic organisms were collected with a dredge and the epi-benthic organisms, with a renfro and seine net. All organisms were identified to the permissible level. The list consists of a total of 43 groups, distributed in eight phylums, seven classes, nine orders, 16 families and three types of larvae. The groups Decapoda (10), Gastropoda (8), Amphipoda (4), Bivalvia (3), Tanaidacea (3) and Isopoda (3), were the most diverse, followed to by the groups that were determined at higher levels a Family (12). The diversity of groups is similar to that of other coastal systems in Veracruz, where the orders Decapoda, Amphipoda and Tanaidacea were the most diverse, followed by Isopoda. The results of the present investigation represent an important contribution for the knowledge of the diversity of the system studied and the distribution of the groups in Veracruz and the Gulf of Mexico.

Resumen
The Connecticut Warbler (Oporornis agilis) is a species of neotropical migratory bird. Literature and distribution maps published by eBird suggest that the species uses the Caribbean region during the autumn and spring migration. The island of Cuba only has a report of the species in the northern keys of Ciego de Ávila and Camagüey. A male individual was caught in fog nets at the Juan Christoph Gundlach Permanent Banding Station, located in the Siboney Juticí Ecological Reserve, in the municipality of Santiago de Cuba, Santiago de Cuba province, in Cuba. This is the first report of this species in the eastern part of Cuba. The lack of sightings of Connecticut Warbler in Cuba can be conditioned by two factors mainly: the low density of individuals on the island during migration or the possible confusion of Cuban ornithologists with similar species.

Resumen
Two extinct species of the genus Cerion Röding, 1798, found by first time in subfossil state for Holguin province are described. Both were found in lithologies that date from the Neogene to Quaternary period. The first species, Cerion alejandroi sp. nov., spotted in El Júcaro, Ramón de Antillas, is discussed comparatively with other extant species: Cerion geophilus, Cerion disforme disforme, Cerion milerae and Cerion proteus, showing as distinctive characters: imbrication in the whorls, a visible sutural cord and low and sharp ribs. The other new species, Cerion seguii, located in El Uno, Nicaro, is discussed in comparison with: Cerion pygmaeum, Cerion paredonis, Cerion portillonis and Cerion pretiosus. In this case exhibiting as diagnostic characters: a small and spherical shell, more numbers of whorls at the apical region, with the next to last, moderately more enlarged.

Resumen
In this comunication, the commensal status between Metanophrys sp. and L. variegatus is refused due to the predatory behavior of the ciliate against the echinoid larvae. For this work, the sea urchins were placed on bottles filled with 1 l of sterilized seawater, destined for spawning to obtain the gametes with the oral part up. An injection of 5 ml of KCl was applied to the coelom. A total of 32 sea urchins was sampled to complete 30 bottles with both gametes types. After an hour of fertilization, the presence of Metanophrys sp. was found in some bottles. After 72 hours, 24 of the 30 bottles had ciliates with a ratio of approximately 25 individuals by larva, observing predation by Metanophrys sp. to the larvae. Due to the predatory behavior of Metanophrys sp. against L. variegatus larvae, concerning the ecology of the species they should not be considered as commensal.

Resumen
It may be that on the basis of doctrine, the task of raising awareness and that this purpose can delineate the ethical approaches that humanity requires and needs to understand once and for all, because it already perceives, the damage that infringes the earth , despite appreciating it, refuses to participate pedagogically in practical solutions for their care, with which the different religious confessions occupy part of their dynamic of faith and conviction in making repeated calls to the human groups that follow their discourse, and injecting their own dynamics in their particular style they seek to create social awareness around a proposed dilemma, and it is the environmental issue and the direction taken by the eager proposals that some of these leaders present in exhortations, which translate into warnings and warnings about an environmental debacle that it affects us today and that can be the trigger for a deterioration of the human race and its environment, where beings and ivos will march towards an amazing sunset. The technique of the hand of man contributes greatly to development, but the ballast accompanies inventiveness and industrialization. Thus, throughout the present study, we are going to analyze the interference of religious creeds in all this paraphernalia and for that reason it is definitive to rescue the new face that confessions of faith show in this situation, because it is necessary to warn that the religion opaque the environment to the point of condemning all who need to make use of some elements of nature, but this is history, today starting a new century the churches and their practitioners, in an ethical hint seek first to compensate what once affected with their habitat rant, to make man believe that the earth was only his pantry was a mistake for centuries, now they participate in world colloquies and even produce encyclicals that call for fraternity and solidarity with the environmental issue.

Resumen
In this research, an approach to the so-called “market economy” is carried out, based on the principles of the neoclassical school, from the perspective of underlining that it continues to be the fundamental basis of today's economies. Accepted and assumed by most Western economists, politicians and jurists, they would show that we are facing a pure, perfect economy, without complexities or problems, although, in practice, these parameters are certainly not linked to reality, then, imperfections or "failures", become more than palpable, especially, from an environmental perspective, in general, and water as a fundamental element for life, in particular. Thus, the intervention of the State in the economy - unfair, where the defects or imperfections of the market become visible -, through policies that attempt to mitigate, stop or eradicate the negative externalities produced by the lack of conservation and preservation, or by the deterioration or contamination of the environment, becomes indispensable - as well as to enhance the so-called “positive” externalities -, which will favor the use of new instruments or mechanisms that are not closely linked –where the symbiosis between law and economy becomes essential-, in the current moments, with the environment, in general and with water in particular; in addition to deepening a structural change in the current economy.

Resumen
Throughout this research we have approached the study of the complex world of groundwater, from the idea that we must start from the reality of the hydrological cycle, its phases, and its unity, as an essential part of water legislation. In fact, when dealing with matter related to groundwater we have to review that these waters are formed as part of natural resources, of great relevance not only strategic, but also for each and every one of the aquatic ecosystems dependent on them. Estos natural resources have been approached from two significant perspectives, which are the need to protect these resources, and the interest in using them for drinking water supplies. From these two perspectives, the purpose of achieving the objective of the groundwater bodies used to extract the aforementioned drinking water arises (or undertaken for such purposes for future moments), be fully protected, in order to prevent deterioration of their quality, and to reduce the rates of purification treatment required for such purposes. Their study and research has brought us closer to the legislative treatment of the European Union and of Spain, in the case of the different Directives, up to the National Hydrological Plan or the protection of groundwater from pollution and environmental deterioration.

Resumen
This paper studies the geographical framework and the environmental situation of Argentina, in particular related to mining, and its protection system, from a sustainable development perspective with the determination of evaluation if said system is adequate and effective for environmental management. Starting from an introduction that locates the Argentine environmental issue and its study interest, it presents the perspective of sustainable development and then addresses the Argentine geographical framework and the environmental regulatory framework for the continuation of the main aspects of the general environmental and mining situation. in particular. The main conclusions about the situation and the system of environmental protection of Argentina, from the perspective of sustainable development, is that although important advances have been made in legislation and in the creation of environmental management organizations and institutions, the information available These institutions are lacking executive capacity to correct important issues that affect ecosystems. In the specific case of mining, this is manifested in the lack of substance improvements in mitigating the environmental effects they cause.

Resumen
The main topic of this study is, on the first hand, to create a product whic may be feasible and consumable, for it, we have supported the indications that a sample of respondents has allowed us to analyze; and also with it, it is intended to achieve a previously stipulated objectives.
These objectives are related to the invigoration of tourism in the country of Iceland, through the creation of a tourist itinerary that travels the territory in search of the most important natural resources for the visitors. In addition to creating the itinerary, the product has been closed as a tourist package that is complemented by the completion of different activities in the destination. Finally, we have created a tourist package, which includes all the services necessary to travel the main natural resources of the country, and at the same time, to enjoy the destination territory through the realization of characteristic activities of the destination.
