ABSTRACT
The study was carried out in the Unit for Experimentation and Validation of Technologies El Plantel, belonging to the National Agrarian University (UNA), which aims to characterize the conditions of groundwater through the monitoring of piezometric levels, water balance and water quality for irrigation. Well #1 (main well) and well #3 (reference well) were selected as study objects. To evaluate the flow of groundwater, static water levels were measured in a period from May 2020 to April 2021. To determine the groundwater balance, the principle of entry and exit of water to the aquifer was used, where the entry of water was estimated with potential recharge by the Soil Water Balance method proposed by Schosinsky (2006); water outflows were estimated from groundwater discharges; along with extractions by pumping to irrigate the crops established in El Plantel. Irrigation water quality was evaluated using water quality criteria proposed by the U.S. Salinity Laboratory and the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO). The results suggest that the fluctuations of piezometric levels have a natural behavior during a hydrological cycle in the area, where it is shown that it is influenced by the variation of rainfall. The groundwater balance shows that the irrigation activities in El Plantel are not causing exploitation of the groundwater resource, since the water output is less than the input to the aquifer; the excess water is part of the storage in the local aquifer. The quality of the groundwater used in El Plantel is suitable for irrigation.

Resumen
The estimation of soil erosion with the Revised Universal Soil Loss Equation (RUSLE) method, requires estimating the rainfall erosivity index. The aim of this study is to determine the monthly rainfall erosivity index for the meteorological stations Managua Airport, Rivas at pacific south part, Jinotega at central north part and Juigalpa at central south part of the country. Pluviographs from the stations were used to calculate the rainfall erosivity index, using the equations proposed by Wischmeier & Smith in 1978.The total kinetic energy (E) was estimated for each storm and its maximum intensity in 30 minutes of duration (I30), the storm erosivity index Rt was estimated as the product of EI30, and the monthly rainfall erosivity index Rmes was estimated as the sum of all the Rt from the storms that belong to a month. The monthlies precipitations data were used to calculate the Fournier modified index IMF. It was obtained linear correlation equations from the monthly values of rainfall erosivity index, and the Fournier modified index with a coefficient of determination greater than 0.70. It was verified the performance of the correlation equations with the coefficient of determination (r2), the Percent Biass (PBIAS) and the root mean square error (RMSE), resulting those the determined correlation equations are good to estimate rainfall erosivity index at monthly scale. The equations could be used through the months May to October, when are presents the significant rainfalls in the Managua, Jinotega, Juigalpa and Rivas departments. The maximums values of the erosivity index R were presents in the periods May-June and September-October.

Resumen
Information culture (IC) arises from information flows to optimize communication processes within an organization, parallel to development of information and communication technology and a series of contributions from different disciplines that gave rise to the phenomenon. Process of analyzing and understanding its complexity refers to its study from different perspectives; given the multidisciplinarity that characterizes it. The purpose of this paper is to provide theoretical contributions to the field of study on IC in educational field, specifically from higher education level and approach of access and use of information. Conceptual analysis was carried out with qualitative methodology, which allowed to identify semantic elements generated from organizational context and how these were inserted in educational environment. Constant comparison method (MCC) was used from theoretic integration of creative intellectual field (CIC). Results confirm some elements that went from organizational to higher education learning processes, where these institutions are responsible for implementing strategies for development of skills in access and use of information as vital components of IC. Additionally, value of information as intellectual capital is argued and it is established as a conclusion that, implementation of IC emerges from generation of intellectual capital and the fact that this is monitored and measured or quantified in systematic way, it can be affirmed that there is a consolidated IC.

Resumen
The study aims to analyze the growth rate of scientific production and the citation-based impact of the Chilean University System. The analysis includes 49 571 papers that received 340 534 citations. The method consists of allometric or power law correlation. This is a robust method for comparing the growth rate of scientific production and the citation-based impact of science systems of vastly different sizes. The results show that the growth rate of scientific production and the citation-based impact of Chilean private universities are higher than that of public and public–private universities. The scientific production growth rate of Chilean private universities is 2.25 or 21.17 times with respect to public–private universities and 2.35 or 21.23 times with respect to public universities. The citationbased impact growth rate of Chilean private universities is 6.59 or 22.72 times with respect to the citation impact of public–private universities and 5.78 or 22.53 times with respect to the citation-based impact of public universities.

Resumen
The Documentary Heritage of a nation has a strong component of digital documents that is generated today in public administration. Its management, treatment and access to this documentary specificity are subject to regulation and protection by law. The archival laws of Latin America have in these supports an inescapable challenge. Mexico (2018) and Cuba (2020) are the most contemporary legal bodies and they already evoke these records. With this premise, the objective of this article is to comparatively analyze the legal regulations of digital documents, based on the Archival Legislation of Mexico and Cuba, in order to obtain conclusive assessments that serve as a norm for the Latin American territory. The methodology and techniques used were those inherent to the theoretical-legal field, comparative, analyticaldeductive and technical analysis of legal documents. An evaluative comparison of both corpus was obtained regarding this object of protection and recommendations are inferred, in this sense for Latin America. It was concluded that digital documents are an indissoluble part of the Documentary Heritage; the Mexican and Cuban position of legal protection of the digital document and its archive, in a normative spirit, is not to contemplate the support.

Resumen
The golden age of the sound podcast is how the second decade of the 21st century is described. This period is characterized by the proliferation, diversity and wide distribution of this kind of sound materials that are evidence of the creation, thinking and artistic expression of society. The podcast besides being a medium through which audible information is transmitted, is a kind of born digital document whose documentary nature has been studied very little. The purpose of this article is to determine some of the characteristics of podcast as a born digital sound document, and defines the structure and the medium of podcast as a digital object, referring to it as a medium that deals with current affairs and social interest and points out the risk of loss of this type of documentary.

Resumen
The purpose of this study was to determine the scientific impact profiles of the most outstanding countries, institutions and authors in the field of Mathematics at international level. Data was collected from Essential Science Indicators tool, and LabSOM software was used to determine bibliometric profile of countries, institutions and leading authors based on a multiparametric analysis. The results show that the leaders of each bibliometric indicator do not coincide with any of the levels of aggregation analysed and demonstrate that these indicators should not be applied uniformly in all fields to measure the scientific development of disciplines, because each discipline shows different growth rates. Multiparametric evaluation allows the simultaneous determination of several bibliometric indicators. This method constitutes a novel tool for computational multiparametric analysis; and it also allows the application of bibliometric data mining to the decision making at the highest level of the organization. The newness of the study consists not only in its international scope and the timeliness of its data but also in the use of new indicators of scientific impact in Mathematics.

Resumen
The main objective is to analyze the articulation of community libraries as beneficiaries of the relationship between universities, businesses and societies, and the strategies used to continue providing services during the coronavirus pandemic. This descriptive research was carried out from an ethnomethodological perspective. In the face of the coronavirus pandemic, the results show that public libraries are not sufficiently recognized by local authorities, despite being considered learning support centers. In conclusion, although they are of great benefit to the itinerant and humble population, these libraries do not receive donations from the State, so that those interested in promoting this type of initiative in the current context affirm that it is an opportunity to reinvent and value libraries, making known their support as an intermediary between knowledge and culture. Therefore, they should necessarily innovate with technology in areas with internet connection or use options such as the bibliobus to have in-person access to areas with less connectivity, respecting and complying with biosafety standards at all times.

Resumen
News is freely spread and widely available to Internet users much more easily than traditional media. In the news, we can find an infinite number of hidden “minor data,” that can provide valuable information not collected in other sources of information. In this context, we have been interested in analyzing and characterizing the urban risks contained in the Uruguayan open newspapers using text mining techniques. This proposal makes it possible to create a news corpus based on risk events included in open data. The corpus covers 2003-2019 and is built from the digital open newspapers El Eco Digital, Montevideo Portal, and La Red 21. Various text mining techniques are applied to this corpus using the QDA-MinerLite software and the Python language (concretely, through the Scattertext library) to identify, characterize, and discover insights on these events. The corpus processing results help enrich the existing open data on risks in Uruguay, incorporating information on their effects, actors, and associated interventions.

Resumen
The Mexican mining sector represents one of the most productive chains in the country and the boom in this activity has boosted manufacturing nationwide. Four production periods are identified in the history of this sector: 1) precious metal extraction; 2) development and implementation of new methods of extraction, processing and smelting of metals; 3) mining industrialization through the exploitation of non-metallic minerals; and 4) the opening of the national economy with the presence of transnational corporations. This article focuses on the last stage (1970-2020), which is dedicated to the application of scientific-technological systems that gives way to the creation of patents. The objective is to carry out an analysis of trends in the granting of patents in Mexican mining to know the level of technological development translated into patents at the national level. It is used a patentometric analysis, based on the information contained in the Lens patent database, which considers temporal, authority, sectorization and classification indicators. The general results show the current production dynamics in patent granting and the presence of actors that contribute to the development of this work.
