Resumen
In this article is shown the privation of sense and meaning as to what the bored
person feels and experiences in his factical life when in boredom. This privation of sense
and meaning in one‘s bored life is seen as a crisis that is being experienced and suffered
while in boredom. From a proper hermeneutical standpoint of the bored one as the
"who" of boredom an intuitive way is traced to the factical lived experience.

Resumen
This paper deals with the uniqueness of the enlightened conception of tolerance. It is inspired by the Spanish medieval experience of the coexistence between the three cultures, but aims at giving account of it in a new way: that is, we are first and foremost equal, before we are different. Despite the undeniable progress this approach has represented for the history of the West, it was not able to withstand the onslaught of nineteenth-century nationalisms. This made clear that the enlightened approach had underestimated the weight of the differences. Such a painful experience gave way to a new approach to tolerance, as represented by Franz Rosenzweig, when he said that "we all have a house, but we are all more than the house".

A comienzos de 2017 Rebecca Tuvel publicó un texto intituladoIn Defense of Transracialism; éste defendía que las razones que tenemos paraaceptar la transgeneridad/transexualidad debían llevarnos a aceptar la transracialidadcomo posibilidad, puesto que la ontología del género y la de la razacompartían dos elementos fundamentales: la autoidentificación y el etiquetamientopor parte de terceros. En el presente trabajo se cuestiona la validezde tal extrapolación, al señalar que conduce a análisis metafísicos y políticosque ignoran la historicidad y la materialidad que caracterizan a las diversascategorías así homologadas. Por tal razón, se cuestiona críticamente ciertatendencia que ha igualado diversas ontologías sociales, al tiempo que se enfatizanotros enfoques metafísicos que no incurren en estas problemáticas

Resumen
In this essay I offer a comparison between the philosophy of the German Marxist thinker Ernst Bloch and that of the French thinker Quentin Meillassoux apropos of the fact that both put forward an ontological foundation of hope and a politics of hope. In the first section I present the religious concept —criticized by Bloch and Meillassoux— of hope; in the second I explore the dialectical-materialist conception of Bloch, and in the third section I present the conception of Meillassoux, which I interpret as a critical radicalization of an immanent and materialist philosophy of hope. Throughout the essay and in the brief conclusion I show the similarities and differences between the conceptions of both thinkers and, due to its greater theoretical consistency, favor the perspective of Meillassoux.
