Resumen
This article analyzes how the legal frameworks that deal with “Pedagogical training programs for undergraduates without a teaching license” are carried over during their implementation by a federal university. In order to do this, internal regulations produced by the university regulating the training modality were analyzed, in addition to the “Opening Projects” and “Final Evaluation Reports” of 19 classes implemented from 2011 to 2017. Based on this analysis, it was concluded that the implementation developed by the institution is removed from the prescriptions presented by the actual legal frameworks and the evidence raised by the literature that deals with teachers’ specialized knowledge.

Resumen
The objective of this paper is to analyze the changes and survivals in the proposal of national/European historical narrative and competences in the textbooks of Secondary Education. For this, six books of two different Spanish laws have been chosen, and a specific content: the Early Modern Age. A mixed research approach has been used, combining quantitative and qualitative techniques. The sample consists in a total of 1300 activities. The results indicate that the textbooks have improved in the type of activities and in the cognitive level required, but continue to dominate the contents of concepts, facts and concrete data. On the other hand, there is a change in the proposed narrative, in which knowledge of a cultural and artistic nature clearly dominates, and in which the main lines of the national narrative have been framed in a mainly European context.

Resumen
This article discusses some of the limits of studies that investigate the relationship betweenexpenditure and results based on aggregated data, as well as the opportunities for improvement associated with the use of information on expenditure at school level. Taking such possibilities into account, approaches are developed to collect information at school-level expenditure, which usually suggest that expenses be aggregated according to activities carried out by the schools. Considering the results of two surveys that use data from school-level expenditure, some limitations of the studies based on aggregated data can be overcome, such as the ability to identify how expenses with different school activities are related to performance.

Resumen
This article discusses the school as a juvenile environment based on the analysis of ethnographicresearch and extension activities with students from two public high schools in the cities of Santos and Guarujá, located on the coast of São Paulo. Masculinities and femininities are described and discussed, considering the complexity of relationships and juvenile practices and the centrality of technologies like the internet and smartphones. It is assumed therefore, that gender expectations are shaped through the learning process. As a result of the study, reproduction as well as resistance were identified in relation to hegemonic gender positions and to the discipline of young bodies, developing strategies that give meaning to the school as a juvenile environment.

Resumen
In recent years, many investigations in the field of developmental psychology have tried to explain the way that children build their spatial thinking. This article intends to show that such a research programme can be more complex if we consider that the meaning of maps arises from the interrelation between values and social beliefs that are produced and transmitted. To this end, we consider contributions from critical studies made within the field of the history of cartography. Collaboration among different disciplines, more specifi cally between a constructivist developmental psychology connected to the beliefs of social groups and a critical cartography that has integrated maps with the social rules and values of the social tradition they are taken from, are considered.

Resumen
In this paper, we discuss the historical process involved in the construction of the Brazilian national identity, based on the racialization of the black experience, an element still present in the Brazilian identity formation process. Despite the processes of dehumanization endured by black people, they can and must be portrayed in educational spaces for their resistance and fight in order to escape from the zone of non-being and ontological erasure caused by modernity. The paper is organized in three general topics: a) racism, education and the national question in Brazil; b) the processes of racialization of black subjects; and c) black resistance and black agency as a way to construct new narratives in the field of education.

Resumen
The present study examines the perception of historical relevance that student teachers of Early Childhood Education have at the University of Zaragoza (Spain). Six hundred and sixty historical stories written by the students are analyzed in conjunction with texts that justify the choice of one historical event or another. The research seeks to determine the major historical contents that are considered relevant and relate them to the typology of the narratives. Historical relevance is a second-order concept of basic historical thinking in Early Childhood Education teacher training as, although the curriculum for this stage does not include historical content, it does include objectives that enable these topics to be addressed.

Resumen
In recent years, the literature has shown a significant increase in the enrollment of studentswith autism in regular classrooms. Among the essential teacher competencies to effectively deal with this demand is the knowledge on Evidence-Based Practices (EBP), conceived as scientifically effective intervention strategies. Knowledge produced by research centers about these practices is not disseminated and incorporated by teachers in the school context. In this scenario, this article aims: to revise the concept of EBP, in the scope of research in Special Education and autism; and identify factors that interfere with the transposition of the knowledge. As a complement, a theoretical-explanatory model of transposition of scientific knowledge beyond the walls of the academy is proposed.

Resumen
This article intends to show the role played by the newspaper Folha de S.Paulo in discussions on race-based affirmative actions in higher education. First, discussions are presented based on the conception focused on initiatives to reduce racial inequalities. Then, the newspaper publications on affirmative actions in higher education are analyzed. The screening of the publications of Folha de S.Paulo showed that the newspaper, not just through its editorials, is against affirmative policies, especially those race-based. Furthermore, the analysis of the discussions presented allowed to visualize the three reactive/reactionary theses by Hirschman.

Resumen
This study aims at understanding how the master narratives conveyed by the national accounts given by 14 to 18-year-old Spanish and Portuguese students converge or differ from one another and how they relate to national identity and temporal orientation. Data analysis was carried out in a qualitative approach inspired by Grounded Theory. The results suggest a parallel but conceptually convergent schematic template focussed on initial conquests, a golden period of maritime discoveries, and a recent dictatorship overcome by the restoration of democracy. Some particularities of students’ accounts linked to specifi c historical situations in each country, as well as diversified attitudes of the young people toward “their” nationstates are also discussed.
