Resumen
In recent decades, universities and technology institutes have joined the construction of artificial satellites; they are developing small satellites for research in aerospace. These satellites require at least one ground station, which uses hardware and software to establish communication with the satellite. In addition, ground stations have computerized systems to manage data from the satellite. This document describes the procedures for automatic tracking of small satellites to receive Beacon signals, i.e. basic information that are sent by small satellites on a regular basis in the form of radio-frequency signals. The system uses a set of hardware devices such as radio, antenna, rotor, TNC, which will be responsible for receiving satellite data, the system also uses software for remote management of equipment and data received. Small satellites are usually low orbit, i.e., they are orbiting around the earth at an altitude of between 200Km and 800Km, moving at high speeds relative to ground station. Therefore, the position of the satellite transmitter and the frequency of the received signal changes continuously, then antenna orientation and radio frequency adjustment are required, these often are done manually. Automatic control of radio frequency and antenna orientation improves the reception of Beacon signals emitted by the satellite. The frequency shift and antenna angle values are obtained by orbit predictor software and equipment will be handled by open-source libraries; also, using the advantages of the internet, we can control the system from any PC with Internet access. The main objective is to improve the reception of satellite signals, reduce noise level, facilitate earth station monitoring and get automatic decoding with few errors. The information obtained through Beacon signal is coded using Morse code, which is why it is necessary to use a TNC to decode the information. The management software for small satellite data obtained is based on Mercury project, adapted to the hardware of CTIC-UNI ground station. We achieved on-line decoding of Beacon signals from several small satellites that are operational to date.

Caplina river is the main tributary of the hydrographic basin of the same name, It has an extension of 4 239,09 km2, because of this reason it is one of the principal sources of water supply for different uses in Tacna's city. For this reason diverse entities have been interested in knowing the water current and future availability of the river Caplina, because know the above mentioned values performs is the fundamental importance for the planning and managing of the systems of water resources. The stochastic models have been during long time, the most common alternative in the prediction of flows. Nowadays, the tools of intelligent computation like the artificial neural networks, specially the networks you multi-geld with algorithm of retro-spread. In this context, the current investigation center his efforts on the application of the neural networks to the prediction of the average monthly flows of the river Caplina-station Bocatoma Calientes, model development of neural networks from information of flows, rainfall and evaporation, as well as the evaluation of the capacity of performance opposite to stochastic models. So, 10 models of artificial neural networks were developed with different architectures, which training was realize with the first subset of information corresponding to the period 1939 - 1999, and his validation with the second subset of information of the period 2000 - 2006. The models of artificial neural networks showed comparatively better performance as for prediction opposite to a periodic autoregressive model of the first order PAR (1).

Resumen
Commercial broadcasting systems in the mid-twentieth century, were performed using amplitude modulation - AM and the radio signal generated locally to transmit directly to their area of influence. In the second half of the twentieth century, the transmission frequency modulation - FM, it quickly spread about the quality of sound, which is a signal with two channels, left and right, and in the last decade of the twentieth century in our country using satellite links and FM broadcasters, making national radio, and achieved the highest-rated radio listeners in the provinces. The costs for the satellite uplink, you could take if they needed more than a dozen base stations, however with technological development, now is accessible to entrepreneurs and provincial institutions to form regional channels, with signal generated in the main town in the area, with information of local interest and with a program aimed at satisfying the tastes of the region. The project addresses the need to expand coverage and improve signal quality, and obeying the challenge of the transmitted signal reaches the districts of the province and neighboring provinces, and stereo sound quality, using stations FM broadcast, forming a Regional Satellite Network in the Northeast of Peru, in the northern department of Cajamarca and Amazonas, on the border with the neighboring country of Ecuador. The project is aimed to harness satellite system that has the organization, formed by a transmission station to the satellite or Link Up, and only one receiving station and amplitude modulated broadcasting - AM, located in the province of Jaén, Department of Cajamarca. The present article to share the experience has had on the design and implementation of the FM relay station for Regional Satellite Network, implementing the satellite receiving station and FM broadcasting in the District of Chirinos, in the Province San Ignacio, in the Department of Cajamarca.

Resumen
Wetlands are among the most valuables ecosystems in the world, because support a great biodiversity. Besides, provides many hydrological functions such as surface water sources, regulation of hydrological cycle, weather and aquifer recharge and discharge zones, they are also natural barriers to flooding and sea intrusion in coastal aquifer. The knowledge of the environmental water demands for wetlands is of vital importance to include these ecosystems in water resources management. In this study, the results obtained in the evapotranspiration estimation in the Paraíso wetland are presented. The results were obtained by the application of the surface energy balance model known as SEBAL over a sub scene of Landsat ETM+ satellite dated April 8, 2000, this coincide with the beginning of upwelling season in the wetland are presented. Actual evapotranspiration (ETa) estimates was in the range of 0-6.3 mm/day, the lowest values were in desert and fallow land areas and the highest values were in surface water bodies and wetland vegetations. The wetland evapotranspiration rate was high, with a maximum ET of 4.9 mm/day and average value of 4.6 mm/day. The reference evapotransporation (ETo) estimated in the satellite overpass date was 3.9 mm/day and adjusted with the crop coefficient (Kc) was 4.2 y 4.3 mm/day, for wetland vegetation and alfalfa crops. This values area close to the ETa of 4.6 y 3.9 mm/day estimated by SEBAL for the same vegetation in healthy conditions. The results obtained shows that are feasible to estimate the ETa by satellite images with a relative mean error lower than 10%.

Resumen
VoIP deployments today have increased considerably, but not all the scenarios consider appropriate security mechanisms. This last point is very important to consider today, especially the depletion of IPv4 addresses and the deployment of many services IPv6, where will new security threats to try to overshadow the great technology boom VoIP. Although IPv6 was developed to solve many security vulnerabilities are currently present in IPv4, the fact is that still fails to achieve these goals by testing. The SIP protocol, the main actor of VoIP technology requires the implementation of security mechanisms. The current scenarios require high-end user performance and support to adapt to heterogeneous security mechanisms or assume trust relationships. But keep in mind that there are various combinations of security solutions that are provided by end users and servers. This paper presents a security model applied to an experimental scenario VoIP over Next Generation Internet (IPv6), which uses hop by hop security and end to end. The proposed scenario is on a local network with IPv6 addresses. Use two Asterisk servers implemented under the same characteristics that act as SIP Proxy, and are connected via SIP trunk - TLS. They also use two user terminals (IP phones) from a known trade mark registered by each SIP-TLS protocol for each server Asterisk. In previous work, there have been several studies on the performance of VoIP using IPv6 and IPv4 and comparing the results [1], evaluation of security mechanisms to support user authentication, confidentiality and integrity of the signaling and media messages VoIP over IPv4 networks [2] and [3]. This paper outlines a framework of security, which presents a scenario based on a VoIP network in IPv6 using TLS and SRTP. TLS is used for the security session establishment authentication mechanisms hop by hop and SRTP (Secure Real Time Protocol) for the safety of the establishment of media stream. We will focus on analyzing and evaluating the security of the messages in this scenario the secure transport protocol (TLS) .

Resumen
This project aims to demonstrate that the emissions generated in a landfill polluting the environment, can be exploited to obtain highly pure CO2 for human consumption in quantities sufficient to cover part of the growing market demand for increasingly demanding, an issue currently is being increasingly critical generation of emissions on the planet causing global warming. To reach the objective, design a recovery system for capturing and gases emitted by the reaction and decomposition of solid waste to produce high purity CO2 for human consumption in order to optimize the conditions of the place. The gases will be captured in a storage tank being cooled to room temperature, then be burned with ambient air, purified, compressed, dried, liquefied and stored. The CO2 obtained will be analyzed to determine the purity of CO2 and other gases (O2, N2, Stotal, C2H4O, CO, volatile hydrocarbons such as methane, odor, taste and appearance in water).

Resumen
The effective temperature for a sample of 62 solar-type stars has been determined fitting theoretical spectral profiles to observed Hα lines (6562.8 A). The stars analyzed has been observed using the 2.7 m Harlan J. Smith telescope at the McDonald Observatory of the University of Texas. The theoretical profiles are based on recent models of stellar atmospheres and quantum theory. The calculated temperatures have internal errors of ≈ 20 K with other techniques and speculate about the origin of the observed differences.

Resumen
As is publicly known, the central pool administered by IANA IPv4 is exhausted in February 2011, this means that the global system of Internet addresses has been exhausted. In that sense, it is necessary and mandatory to understand how IPv6, the new internet protocol, and its coexistence with IPv4. We also analyze and decide whether to migrate to IPv6 transition mechanisms which we use, among others. Simply put: It's time to prepare for the coexistence of two Internet protocols, IPv4 and IPv6.

Resumen
The viable system model - VSM proposed by Stafford Beer, allows the study of organizations from an approach that favours’ autonomy, self-control, information flow, monitoring, standardization, among other important aspects of management an organization, allowing you to identify if the system is viable. The study was conducted at a prestigious training institution Peruvian national coverage, with fourteen area offices and over forty professional training centres’ throughout Peru, dedicated to technical education at the level of operator or operators and technicians middle management, training and continuous training in companies for the industrial sector, including the identification of components, their key relationships and successful results that shows the management of this organization. The main results of this institution are: It is the first of its kind that has achieved ISO 9001 certifications for quality management, ISO 14001, environmental management and OHSAS 18001 for safety management and occupational health ; The employability of graduates is very high, 69% of this working in the specialty study and 9% in an occupation related to their specialty, and is considered among the 20 most successful programs of job training in the world , according to study by the U.S. Agency for International Development - USAID. With the MSV model of Stafford Beer companies are studied under this approach in the seventies and eighties of last century, as Cybersyn Project in Chile, and now with the technological development of ICTs and Industrial Automation, has been relaunched by scholars of the systems approach and organizational cybernetics, restarting activities researchers identified this model as the pilot project for the Russian national innovation system (NIS) of the Institute of Physics and Technology in Moscow since 2004. The MSV model approach in SENATI, shows its usefulness for identifying components and their relationships between themselves and the environment, and determine if the system is viable, which can interpolate from the results, which in the case of SENATI are demonstrates the successful management The model promotes the study of complex problems such as managing large organizations, in which autonomy, quality of decision making, monitoring and standardization may be decisive for the survival, growth and development, and so applying the systems approach viable, based on the principles of cybernetics, you can have a successful administration, becoming an institution of excellence, even if the application of these principles has not been previously identified as such, or perhaps, known by another name, which may be the case SENATI.

Resumen
This research entitled: Lifestyle and quality customer service the business assocation artisanal agro San Borja (ACMSB), generally aimed at determining the relationship between the lifestyles of our customers and quality service employers in the ACMSB, the specific objectives were: To identify the lifestyles of our customers, know the customer perception about the quality of service for entrepreneurs ACMSB. The general method used was the scientific method, the instruments were two questionnaires Servqual and lifestyles. The sample consists of 171 clients, men and women over 18, whose consumption exceeded the S/.10.00 and the day of the survey were buying goods and services ACMSB facilities are included domestic workers and excluded clients over 80 years. The hypothesis was: There is a relationship between lifestyle and quality of service for customers ACMSB. For data analysis was done using descriptive statistics and hypothesis testing for inferential analysis. Pearson test sheds 0,746 which mean there is a ratio of 74% between service quality and lifestyles of customers in the traditional agro business association of San Borja. The lifestyle of the customers is the modern ACMSB, this result agrees with the findings of Arellano [1] who reported that the modern lifestyle is preponderant in our country. The finding found by De Soto [2] that the newcomers from the countryside to the city, found an impenetrable wall of rules, that marginalized social and economic activities legally established, in which it was extremely difficult to get into formal business was has been overcome, since these micro and small businesses are viable, legal, and are still very well regarded by customers. Major argument is the statistical report INEI [3], which reports that business grew by 10.96%, this is a positive trend in most of its component items, highlighting among others, retail food through supermarkets and hypermarkets and department stores. It concludes that companies in the retail sector especially the ACMSB are reinventing strategies around customer satisfaction and are aware of the encroachment of large chains of supermarkets and hypermarkets and department stores. This research will serve as a basis for future strategies to be adopted by employers in the ACMSB, in order to keep customers satisfied with high quality service.
