Resumen
This is a descriptive study that applies a cross research methodology through the application of an original scale of attitudes, likert like, composed originally of 32 reagents, reduced to 29 items after the statistical analysis through the item-test correlation. The scale obtained a cronbach alpha coefficient of, 938 thereby determining the consistency and validity for the purpose of this study. The participants were 120 people natives from the combayo’s community, region cajamarca, ranging in age from 18 to 60 years (men and women) selected randomly. no preference was given to any gender and all doubts were resolved in an individual manner. also, after application of the instrument brief interviews were conducted with a subgroup (30) randomly chosen in order to complement and contrast the information obtained, thus disclosing whether the villager from combayo has a basis for the position taken. We looked into five factors: Quality of life, community development, community prospecting, psychological wellbeing, and physical wellbeing. Where indicators serve to establish approval levels on mining, with the following results: For 80% of the subjects mining is unfavorable, for 14% of the subjects mining is favorable, and for 6% of the subjects the influence of mining is neutral. We conclude that despite the negative attitude towards mining in this community, residents accept it since they generally perceived that this activity could contribute to their welfare but at the cost of their quality of life (First Factor), but it is of their greater consideration (scores of arithmetic mean) the development of their community (second factor), the communal prospects (third factor), the psychological wellbeing (fourth factor), and physical wellbeing (Fifth Factor). nevertheless, such consideration falls on contributing to improve their quality of life. one can see that the commoners of combayo are more interested in obtaining short-term results and immediate satisfaction regarding the benefits expected from the development of mining activities in their community, which shows the presence of cognitive dissonance in that community since they would be recognizing their needs and also the cost of meeting them.

Resumen
Within the areas of the knowledge of the PMI one is the Management of the Human Resources, the same that is in charge of the processes that organize and direct the project team, the same that is made up of people with rolls and assigned responsibilities to conclude the project. Considering that is necessary to count on personnel involved and identified with the project, it is necessary to know some technique to apply to achieve that objective. Psychologist Frederick Herzberg indicates that three general philosophies of the personnel administration exist. First one is based on the organizational theory, second in industrial engineering, and third in the science of the conduct. Within this last philosophy, Herzberg he raises what it denominates “Principles of the Vertical Load of Work”, indicating that this consists of employing to motivating factors when assigning. For it he determines seven principles associate that them, each of them, to “types” of motivating, denominate that them motivating implied. In this way he obtains what the flame “Labor Enrichment”. This theory appears, the same that has been applied of experimental way obtaining satisfactory results.

Resumen
This work was developed at the universidad nacional agraria de la selva. The objective was to determine the formulation of fish burgers with textured soy and sacha inchi oil, and evaluate the cooking time of the burgers and its progress during storage. The raw material was paco fish obtained from the instituto amazonía (iiaP). to determine the formulation of hamburgers, treatments varied in textured soy: sacha inchi oil, and were: t1 (0%:5%), t2 (0%:7.5%), t3 (0%:10%), t4 (2.5%:5%), t5 (2.5%:7.5%), t6 (2.5%:10%), t7 (5%:5%), t8 (5%:7.5%) and t9 (5%:10%), this was determined by sensory testing of balanced incomplete block design, incomplete and complete block test, and the “t” test. to determine the burger cooking time it was subjected to 85 °c for 5,10 and 15 minutes, and it was evaluated by the crac. The progress during storage was evaluated by the ph, humidity, tbars, sensory and microbiological evaluation. The nine treatments were evaluated by three balanced incomplete block design treatments t6, t5 and t7 for the attributes of texture, flavor and general appearance, where it was determined that t5 was the better treatment. The cooking time for hamburgers was 5min/85 °c, with a 16.113% crac. During storage for 20 days burgers showed good physicochemical and microbiological characteristics.

Resumen
Working in teams and the development of critical thinking are capabilities that we must promote in university students, as proposed by the latin america tuning project. Guided by such demand we set out to determine the influence of the first (t .e.) upon the second one (P.c.) in the context of teacher training. We have selected a correlative and explanatory study type, the design chosen is the quasi - experimental, with multiple treatments with evaluations of pre test and post test. at the same time, we considered two groups: experimental and control. The universe was constituted of 753 alumni and the sample of 60 alumni. The applied techniques were: for the samples, not probabilistic with finite population; for the data collection survey and documentary analysis. The main conclusion reached by this investigation is that teamwork influences favorably in the development of critical thinking in the teacher training.

Resumen
In this work the one-dimensional boundary-value problem given in (1) is considered. The solution of the problem by means of finite-difference method comes near supposing that the function c(x) is nonnegative on 0,1, which allows to establish the convergence of the considered method of approximation. The use of the finite-difference method, in turn, involves the solution of linear systems with very sparse‟ matrices, whose zeros are arranged in quite remarkable fashion. These matrices are of tridiagonal type. For the solution of these systems the Thomas‟ method has been used.

Resumen
The main objective of the present paper is the determining of the decontamination factor in the chemical separation of caesium-137. The separation of this radioisotope is is very important because it could pose risks to human health and the environment. It was noted that the higher values of decontamination factor was achieved with the addition of nickel sulphate 0.7 M to a solution of potassium ferrocyanide 0.5 M. The results show the advantage resulting from the addition of bentonyte because it increases the surface for the adsorption of caesium 137. Similarly it is noted that the pH has an important role during the respective precipitation.
