Resumen
The main purpose of this article is to present some theoretical reflections on the characteristics, functions and importance of social epidemiology in traditional systems of information and surveillance of violence. With this objective, violence is addressed as a public health problem, which transcends numerical factors and converges with sociocultural and historical variables, incorporating theoretical and methodological aspects of social epidemiology. The results of this reflection allow us to contemplate both the relevance and the need for the agencies in charge of designing and putting into practice the information systems, to know in depth the proposals of social epidemiology. As a conclusion, this work proposes that the social problems of public health be considered from the integral and collective perspective of the human processes posed by social epidemiology.

Resumen
The aim of this article is to recompose some perspectives and focus that guide contemporary research around sex market. In that sense, I propose two axes in order to organizate the presentation. On the one hand, I present some contemporary keys and coordinates as a current approach linked to the contemporary configuration of sex markets. On the other hand, I refer to perspectives that have contributed to know the plots of sex commerce in a located way. The review of the problems that these inquiries raise, which in general are usually dealt with in a dissociated way according to their disciplinary correspondence with contemporary studies or in historical perspective, can contribute to an important dialogue enabling areas of inquiry based on new approaches or questions, as well as, the formulation of new problematic areas.

Resumen
It article addresses the way in which the Argentine National State conceives and regulates specific territorialites within the framework of the social policies of the last decade, more especificaly, between the years 2008 to 2015. Based on a qualitative approach, which combines documental analisys and in-deep interviews, we enquiried into the nature of the State interventions on the territory, that took place following the national programme called “Plan Ahí”. The research claims that “Plan Ahí” is a governmental intervention that operates as an organizer model of the state practices, aimed at transforming the direction and meaning of territorial approach interventions, and to reverse the effects of a supposed State absence.

Resumen
What is the relationship of science with politics, on the one hand, and science with morals or values, on the other? Is theoretical thinking independent of the political thought of an author? Is a neutral social science possible? Is the search for objectivity in sociology lawful? Can science tell us what to do or how to organize? In the intellectual production of the three classical theorists in sociology we find dissimilar answers to these questions. This article compares the views on these problems, starting with the weberian consideration, and then comparing it with Durkheim and Marx.
