Resumen
In recent years, the issue of University Social Responsibility has acquired great relevance in the academic field, as a space for reflection on the social action that the university must generate in the social conscience and provide solutions to the problems of the community, something similar It occurs with the innumerable definitions of what is understood by University Social Responsibility, although the important thing, today, is to understand what universities do in practice because they are socially responsible.
The implementation of these practices is related to the growing need of universities to demonstrate that effectively, their operation and raison d'être are fully oriented to collaborate with the needs and problems existing in society, and that, therefore, decisions and actions that are implemented are fully coupled to reality, as a way to fulfill the four substantive functions: Teaching, Research and Linking with the Collective; to which is added the Administrative Management that is constituted in support of the previous ones.
It is hoped that this article of reflection can enrich the debate on the importance of University Social Responsibility and serve so that universities have a better appreciation of the potential impact that responsible activities have on the student community and society.

Resumen
The purpose of this research is to publicize the evolution and active integration of ICT in the management of current educational processes in the Educational Unit of the Millennium "Jatun Kuraka" of Ecuador, analyzed from an administrative, didactic and pedagogical vision. The instruments used in this investigation were surveys and interviews, applied to professors and managers, respectively, combining qualitative and quantitative methods. Among the results it is highlighted that the implementation of ICT in the education system through national policies, has not penetrated in the classrooms of this Educational Unit, 47.5% of teachers indicate that an Internal Regulation was never updated to support the ICT management. This has generated an imbalance in the distribution and use of the tools, because almost all the teaching staff still considers the computer (92.5%) and the projector (67.5%) as the most efficient technologies to create, process, present, transmit and share information with their students, leaving aside other tools and methodologies that enhance the teaching-learning process.

Resumen
In a context of medicalization of daily life and the disciplining of bodies, it becomes urgent to ask what happens with collective perceptions and practices in health, particularly in Latin American populations with ancestral health cultures. In this framework, here we propose the analysis of social representations about "local therapeutic itineraries" from the disciplinary perspective of Social Communication, as a symbolic space where the processes of production and circulation of social meanings are generated. For this, we put three arguments into consideration. The first presents the subfield of Communication and Health and the problems that converge there. The second argument refers to the possibility of thinking about discourses around traditional therapeutic knowledge as part of the intangible cultural heritage of a population. The third raises the need to investigate particular forms that the articulation between ancestral local knowledge and knowledge linked to functional therapeutic practices to cultural globalization. We conclude that the study of discourses, narratives and processes of social construction of health, can reveal one of the many mestizo faces that delineates the interaction between the local and the global.

This investigation has been made by the inductive method, through secondary sources. The news content has been extracted from the digital daily El País, El Mundo, ABC and La Vanguardia, edition 2013. These media have allowed constructing a narrative of events that take place after the derailment and evaluating published reports. They have been selected according to their relationship to the purpose and objectives presented and assigned a positive, negative and neutral value in relation to how they interact with the image of the government. After a previous analysis of 388 publications, we can get the conclusion that the crisis management from Spanish government was correct at the beginning.

Emotional education, which concerns feelings and affections, as well as their communication and the transmission of ethical values, is part of our lives. The University is a competent stage to study, understand and take all the integrated knowledge in education and learning ethics, regardless the degree and the knowledge sphere.
First, this work includes some points related to the basic foundations of emotional education, in order to clarify at the same time certain issues related to the development of the affection in the educating one.
Secondly, we think about the role of the University as tools for transmitting ethical values and educating emotionally. In addition, we will analyze the different actions carried out by different Spanish universities.
Thirdly, we will analyze the current situation of the transmission of ethical values in the University through the introduced subjects which are about those values, in the curricula of the degrees in the University of Extremadura.
Finally, we will try to expose and justify that emotional education and ethical values within the university scenario is presented as an alternative that can respond to the new educational paradigms prevailing in the society of the 21st century.

Resumen
This paper presents a study about female protagonism in Malhação: Viva a Diferença (2017-2018, Rede Globo). Based on the propositions about the centrality of characters in mediatic narratives (Pallottini, 2012; Motta, 2013) and on studies about adolescence (Léon, 2005; Guareschi, 2006; Ozella & Aguiar, 2008), the present paper focused on the five protagonists of the season and their dilemmas to identify what relevant discussions they propose for the context of adolescents, women in particular. With a characterization instrument, physical and behavioral aspects of the characters in the narrative were analyzed, considering the corpus of 147 episodes broadcasted on the television programming and on the Globo Play platform, from May 1st and November 22nd, 2017. As results, it was identified that each one of the protagonists was designed to depict a number of issues of being an adolescent, such as sexuality, alcohol and drug abuse, the combat against racism, social inadequacy, freedom, and worries about the future. All these issues that are explored in the season approach the reality of the audience’s reality and encourage the debate about what means to be a female adolescent.

Resumen
The purpose of this article is to investigate the influence of globalization and flexible accumulation on the removal of state power, for which the technical procedures were outlined by the bibliographical research, based on a review of the main concepts on the subject. As a result, it can be clearly seen that such processes influenced the decline of state power, since flexible accumulation became a way for capitalism to rebuild itself and secure its power, globalization, in turn, established a global market where companies and institutions are beyond the control of the nation-state. Finally, the work points out the indispensability of a theoretical deepening that allows future discussions.

Resumen
This research is fully committed to campaigning on social networks, as a communicative proposal, by Segovian adolescents in order to promote healthy lifestyles from an early age. The experience has had a lot of participation take place, creating collective action amongst adolescents. The Comprehensive School Sports Program of the Municipality of Segovia is taken as context in which the experience is developed. Starting from a qualitative perspective, the general use of digital social networks by teenagers are analyzed, using techniques of bibliographic-documentary analysis, semi-structured interviews, non-participant observation and workshops-meetings with adolescents based on informal group dynamics. The main result obtained is the design of a communicative campaign on Instagram to promote the sport, made by adolescents and for teenagers, achieving their participation as communicators with social purposes, identifying friendships as appealing, and channeling most of their actions through digital devices (tablets, smart phones, etc.). We conclude that the design of the communication campaign by the recipients of the same age, especially amongst adolescents surely represents an important qualitative leap, since it makes them the protagonists of social change with the matter at hand.
