Resumen
A unit-dose drug distribution system is a method for dispensing and controlling patients’ therapy used in Hospital Pharmacy Systems. This study aimed to analyze the situation of the medications returned to the Mexico Hospital Satellite Pharmacy, assisting with the Medicine Services, from January to March 2019.
A prospective-descriptive methodology was used to determine the medicines most commonly returned as a result of the analysis of both, the institutional computer system and registry forms completed by staff members. Additionally, we conducted interviews with nurses and pharmacists completed an on-line survey to understand their perception of the causes of medication return.
Antibiotics, leucovorin, and sodium enoxaparin were documented as the products with more individual returns. The main causes of return were attributed to the suspension of treatments, extra doses, and transfers of patients to other hospital services.
In conclusion, improvements can be done at the unit-dose drug distribution system analyzed. It is necessary to promote an integral perspective were pharmacists, nurses, and physicians identify their role and responsibilities in assuring patient safety and system efficiency.

Resumen
Nowadays there is a major consumption of macrobiotic or herbal products. General population thinks that they are innocuous because they come from a plant and that they are highly effective in treating diseases or preventing them. The aim of this study was to determine which macrobiotic or herbal products were the patients treated at the Dentistry Faculty of the University of Costa Rica consuming. We interviewed 80 adult patients using a semi structured questionnaire divided in two parts, the former asks about the consumption of macrobiotic or herbal products and the knowledge about “natural remedies” from a list of common diseases and the second part questions the interviewee about their biographic data. The results show that 51% of the patients were consuming botanical products and there was no significant statistically association between the consumption with sex, age nor scholarship. However, it is recommended that dentists and physicians study this subject and ask about their use during the medical interview.

The culture of consensus, a particularity specific to the Moroccan political culture resulting from the conciliation between two diametrically opposed types of legitimacy (religious and secular), will give the different concepts and tools of political practice and the exercise of power a genuine and unique connotation compared to that known both in political science and constitutional law on the one hand, and in the political practice of Western countries on the other: separation of powers, parliamentary monarchy, constitution, political parties, elections, opposition ... etc. Alternation, as well will not escape from this founding rule on which the specificity of the Moroccan exception is based.

Resumen
Elvira Lindo started to collaborate in the Spanish newspaper El País at the end of the 1990s, in the suplement Edición de Madrid along with some articles in El País Semanal. In the summer of 2000, she started her Tinto de verano edition, which she would finally leave on 2005 to dedicate herself to a more serious type of columnism in the section Gente, later Don de gentes. Her columns and opinion articles address various topics, but the most recurring are those related to social rights. Problems such as gender violence, sexism and misogyny from a cultural prism, abortion and LGTBI rights are some of her most outstanding topics. The main objective of the present work is to explore the evolution of the homosexual identity to the gay identity that was created in Spain at the end of the 20th century through the column El bufón, published in 1999 in the Madrid section of the newspaper El País.

Resumen
The right of property constitutes one of the legal institutions par excellence throughout history. In this case, and given its privileged and preferential creditor status, the Roman Law managed to configure it with an absolute and excluding character, although this statement deserves nuances, to the point of presenting limitations in its exercise and, even, perform the expropriation by cause of public utility and common interest. Precisely, the public utility and the common interest allow to establish a connection with the right of property in our days through the social function that must fulfill, in virtue of which the individual interest of the owner is subordinated to that of the community. Emerges here the relationship between justice and efficiency in decision-making, fertile field for the economic analysis of law, which allows us to establish, not without risk, the appropriate link with the Roman Law, with the clear intention to claim their projection and incidence in our days despite the conceptual and chronological disparity..

Resumen
Through two teaching innovation projects of the University of Oviedo, we have tried to show how it is possible to conjugate the classic objectives of the learning of Roman Law -to provide the knowledge of Roman legal institutions as a means of acquiring the entire conceptual basis that will be needed in the study of the rest of the legal branches and for the understanding of comparative Law - with modern technologies, which provide a learning environment with which the current student is more familiar. The channels followed have been: 1) search, creation and development of digital didactic resources to be introduced into the learning process (interactive tests, crosswords and other online exercises) 2) use of gamification and mobile learning to increase motivation through the use of audience response tools such as Socrative and Kahoot and 3) implementation of activities to promote the good use of technologies and information sources through the Internet at the service of learning (development of a virtual portfolio with the main Roman law sources of knowledge; Facebook group and magazine on Flipboard with news of interest for the subject)..

Resumen
There is a real fact the not so recent momentum of studies and research about women along history, societies and cultures and in fast all fields of academic specialization (philology, sociology, history, law…). From the perspective of Roman Law it is intended to address a specific aspect of the legal status of women in ancient Rome and in a certain time period: archaic and pre-classical Roman Law, and taking into consideration a state in the life of a woman that has not been treated on a frequent basis: that of single, unmarried women. The conclusions are based, moreover, on the perspective offered by women’s inheritance rights. The possibility of being an heiress will provide women both: a particular legal status and to be economically solvent, even wealthy..

Resumen
An imperial constitution, dated back to the reigns of emperors Honorius and Theodosius II, collected in CTh 7,17 under the title «De lusoriis Danuvii» and addressed to Constans, magister militum per Thracias, represents the main legal reference for the analysis of the administrative setup of river frontier patrols in the Eastern Danube area during early 5th century. Based on the mentioned text, it is possible to deduce some of the key features of the fleets and the reorganization of those units in the provinces of Moesia Secunda and Scythia Minor, from a military and administrative point of view..
