Sommario: Cercheremo di mostrare come l’approccio da Enrico Chiavacci possa offrire un’utile prospettiva sulla morale sessuale e come questa sia coerente con l’attuale magistero di papa Francesco. Metteremo in luce la convergenza con le indicazioni di Amoris Laetitia, per orientare riflessioni future. Per rifondare la morale sessuale introdurremo le principali idee alla base della morale fondamentale di Chiavacci, in particolare l’attenzione al relativismo culturale, le acquisizioni scientifiche e la concezione della legge morale naturale. Porremo sotto esame alcuni elementi del rapporto tra sessualità e procreazione, mettendo in luce il cambiamento di paradigma operato dalla Gaudium et spes e la sua ripresa nella Humanae vitae, dove la reciproca donazione diviene centrale per una comprensione teologica ed antropologica della sessualità umana. Nonostante ciò, mostreremo come il paradigma precedente non sia totalmente superato ed evidenzieremo situazioni paradossali che richiedono un ascolto più attento delle acquisizioni scientifiche, filosofiche e teologiche. Abstract: We will try to show how Chiavacci’s approach offers a useful perspective on sexual moral theology consistent with the current teaching of Pope Francis. We will highlight the convergence with the indications in Amoris Laetitia, to guide future reflections. To refound sexual morality, we will introduce the main ideas of Chiavacci’s fundamental moral theology, giving particular attention to the cultural relativism; scientific knowledge; and the notion of the natural moral law. We will put under review some elements of the relationship between sexuality and procreation, highlighting the council synthesis of Gaudium et Spes and its recovery in Humanae Vitae, where the mutual gift becomes central to the theological and anthropological meaning of human sexuality. Nevertheless, we will show how the previous paradigm is not completely overcome and highlight paradoxical situations, which require a more careful listening to the scientific, philosophical and theological acquisitions. Resumen: La cuestión del abuso sexual de menores constituye una de las crisis más significativas de la Iglesia Católica en la era moderna. En primer lugar, este artículo ofrece múltiples argumentos para la comprensión del asunto a partir de unos textos norteamericanos especializados. El segundo momento representa el núcleo de la contribución: con el análisis de varios informes de diferentes nacionalidades, particularmente australiano y alemán, se pone de relieve el aspecto institucional de lo sucedido en la Iglesia Católica, en especial sus disfunciones sistémicas que, como se muestra con diversos argumentos, converge con reflexiones ya elaboradas en agendas teológicas de reformas en la Iglesia. Los estándares contemporáneos de buena gobernanza que se demandan coinciden en buena medida con la necesidad del desarrollo de una sinodalidad estructural. Abstract: The issue of sexual abuse of minors constitutes one of the most significant crises of the Catholic Church in the modern era. In the first place, this article offers several arguments for the understanding of the subject from specialized North American texts. The second moment represents the core of the contribution: with the analysis of several reports of different nationalities, particularly Australian and German, the institutional aspect of the issue that occurred in the Catholic Church is highlighted, especially its systemic dysfunctions, which, as depicted with various arguments, converges with reflections already elaborated in theological agendas of reforms in the Church. The contemporary standards of good governance that are demanded coincide to a large extent with the need for the development of a structural synodality. Resumen: La teología mística del Maestro Eckhart manifiesta una genuina experiencia de la unión espiritual con Dios y explicita el misterio de la revelación mediante un lenguaje teológico novedoso. Su teología enfatiza la condición del ser humano en su apertura a Dios y el reconocimiento de ser criatura, que en su libertad puede asumir el seguimiento a Jesús como un camino que pasa por la obediencia, la kénosis y el sufrimiento. En este caminar, el Maestro Eckhart advierte que el hombre está siempre sostenido por Dios, y que llega a saber de Él mediante el desasimiento (abgeschiedenheit). En toda su teología encontramos que Dios tiene un lugar preferido para habitar: el alma humana que ha renunciado a su propio yo y en la que Dios manifiesta su amor y se da a conocer. Abstrac: The mystical theology of the Master Eckhart expresses a genuine experience of spiritual union with God and explains the mystery of revelation through a new theological language. His theology emphasizes the condition of the human being in his openness to God and the recognition of being a creature, which in his freedom can assume the following of Jesus as a path that passes through obedience, kenosis and suffering. In this journey, Master Eckhart warns that man is always sustained by God, and that he comes to know Him through detachment (abgeschiedenheit). In all his theology we find that God has a favorite place to live: the human soul that has renounced his own self and in which God manifests his love and reveals himself.   Resumen: Uno de los riesgos del quehacer teológico es querer “domesticar” el texto bíblico, asumiendo inconscientemente que disponemos de los autógrafos originales. El método histórico-crítico y en concreto la crítica textual como su punto de partida sirve de recordatorio permanente para evitar caer en esa trampa. La “Nueva Filología”, la cultura manuscrita y las nuevas aproximaciones a la crítica textual neotestamentaria muestran que ante la imposibilidad de alcanzar el texto original necesitamos de cada uno de los manuscritos como testimonios de un texto “siempre vivo”. Las traducciones latinas son un ejemplo de esta vitalidad. Manifiestan cómo el texto escapa todo reduccionismo y no es separable de la comunidad de fe en que ha nacido. Abstract: One of the risks of the theologian is the desire of “domesticating” the biblical text, assuming unconsciously that we have the original autographs. The historical-critical method and, specifically, textual criticism as its starting point, functions as a permanent reminder to avoid falling into this trap. The “New Philology”, the culture manuscript and the new approaches to New Testament textual criticism show that in the impossibility of reaching the original text we need to analyse each of the manuscripts as testimonies of a “living text”. Latin translations are an example of this vitality. They manifest how the text escapes reductionism and cannot be separated from the community of faith in which it is born.
