The methodology used was qualitative, specifically a retrospective study of phenomenological design which the information was obtained through interviews and was complemented with a scale (this only for the familism category). Subsequently, the analysis of the information was done using content analysis, the constant comparative method and the methodological triangulation of the information. Among the main conclusions: found were the open communication about the subject within the families, overprotection of the sick child, a greater tendency towards familism by the women of the nuclear families, temporary transfer of housing, the main caretaker mother, Religious beliefs as a resource to overcome with the situation, among others.

Resumen
Measuring the installed capacity of a higher education institution is a complex challenge due to the lack of clear methodologies and research in this area, which makes it difficult to assign and use the academic spaces defined almost always according to the number of students enrolled. The objective of the research was to review the application methodology to determine the installed capacity, and the possibility of using or applying (totally or partially) its calculation methodology in a context different from that taken as a reference. The results obtained allowed to establish the partial application of this methodology, this due to the academic structure (understood as the organization and definition of class hours, without taking as reference the structure of credits) under which the institution of higher education taken as an example in this investigation is found. In conclusion, it is mentioned that the calculation of the installed capacity should relate the use of the university spaces with the number of students enrolled by career, program and course; In addition, this combined with the allocation of teaching class hours, would allow to optimize: time, spaces and resources not only academic but also human.

Resumen
This research carried out a correlational analysis between executive functions (conduct with initiative, capacity planning and ability to supervise and monitor cognition) and self-regulation of learning (management of planning and management of motivation) in a sample of 203 university students between 18 and 25 years of age (Mage = 20.53, SD = 1.77), 109 men (53.7%) and 94 women (47.3%). In the results, significant relationships were found between: management of motivation and capacity planning (r = .49, p = <.001), management of motivation and conduct with initiative initiative (r = .464, p = <.001), management of the planning and ability to supervise and monitor cognition (r = .51, p = <.001). No significant differences were found when comparing the dependent variables according to gender or marital status (t(201) = .07, p = .79), laterality (t (201) = 1.46, p = .22), gender or career ( x2(203) = 11.88, p = .04) and study time (x2(203) = 1.55, p = .46). As a conclusion, it is suggested that executive functions have a considerable correlation on the learning of university students, which, together with the selfregulation of learning, contribute significantly to the higher achievement of university students. The report is closed, highlighting the need to conduct more research in this area for the benefit of university students.

Resumen
Psychology had an early relationship with other species, using them in different ways. In the classic studies by Pavlov and Skinner, repeated cruelty is evident, and more recent research also reveals the unpunished use of painful procedures. It should be noted that since the last century there is evidence about the torture of animals in childhood and subsequent violent behavior towards humans, so that it is associated with disorders in the ICD-10 and DSM-5.When analyzing the relationship with animals, its use in therapeutic processes also stands out, especially with the participation of dogs, cats and horses, which provide benefits to mental health. However, a human-centric tendency is observed in a generalized way, although, it should be noted, there are ethical advances to acknowledge the rights of other sentient beings. The article presents a summary of the interspecies relationship from a psychological point of view, concluding that animal rights are imperative as a framework. It is urgent to develop active research that promotes empathy towards animals and motivates education for a culture of peace and respect for sentient beings and the environment.

Resumen
This article exposes the importance of emotions for the neurodidactics as they affect the learning process. The objective of the neurodidactics is to promote the development of new strategies based on the theories of neurosciences, that shows the manage of emotions and their relationship with the learning process, which can be conceptualized as the creation of memories driven by stimuli that boost or inhibit. Learning has a direct relationship not only with memory, but fundamentally with emotional stimuli, on which depends what and how deep is the student learning. Learning begins in the hippocampus and amygdala, which collaborate in the evaluation of emotional stimuli. The didactic strategies used in the classroom contribute to the learning process of students or to stop it, depending on the management of the emotions that the teacher make. The article was built on the basis of the review of literature related to the functioning of the emotional brain, and the way in which emotions influence human learning.

Resumen
The purpose of this article is to visualize and analyze if the hegemonic way of looking at women established during colonial times en Latin America, in colonial times, still prevails nowadays, and if this look perpetuates a discourse of power structured and imposed, through specific techniques of subjection and appropriation, that have contributed in the construction of a marginal subjectivity. The proposal is that this look that produces inequality could possibly be reversed though the divulgation of the voices of those others, as a possible resistance to the colonial power, reflected in the Coloniality of Power that prevails in modern times. Key Words: Look, power, women, body, colony.
