Resumen
Is political humor a discourse that encourage democratic oversight of public management through discussion and opinion? To respond to the premise, an analysis of two humor videos published on YouTube was worked out, that show the political reality of Colombia from a satirical and humorous tone: "We went to march against corruption (but they didn't like it) FT Vladdo" from YouTube channel of journalist Daniel Samper Ospina: Hola Soy Danny and "Why doesn’t anyone pick on Álvaro Uribe?" from newspaper El Espectador YouTube opinion channel La Pulla, videos that were analyzed under the proposal of Teun van Dijk to unveil ideology mental representations shared by a democratic society , from the discourse structure. The result of the investigation showed that through political humor as a discursive strategy it is possible to unveil the discourses that infringes shared ideology by a democratic society, not only because by disaggregating thinking into comprehensible units (through humor) it is possible to pointed out to those who transgress the imposed norms, but also because it generates debate, necessary for democratic control.

Resumen
With 75 affirmative votes, of 137 that make up the legislative body, the National Assembly of Ecuador, on December 18, 2018, approved the ninety modifications in which it includes the elimination of the media lynching, among other questioned legal figures. However, the text was sent to the Executive on the 20th of the same month and the presidential promulgation remains pending, and with this the uncertainty about the fate of these debates concerning the study of communication is preserved.
Is it possible that a law that was presented as the antidote to democratize access to communication is the instrument to intimidate critical public opinion and become an initiative for the social construction of fear?
This work is divided into three parts. The first is intended to study the etymological meaning of the word lynching. The second part proposes the concept studied as a broad figure in its application, studying examples in different countries. The third part deals with the subjects to briefly explain the variables of transversal comparison in the communication dynamics and anticipates some elements that make it possible to establish some conclusions. Finally, some plot solutions are offered to the present work.

Resumen
The television networks have seen in the use of social networks an opportunity to favor the relationship with their audiences and to know them better, and this has been an object of interest for the profession and the academy. So has the use of Twitter as part of their communication strategy. The development of on-demand audiovisual services, which alter traditional consumption patterns, suggests a different framework in the study of the use of social networks, Twitter in particular.
The objective of this study is the analysis of the discourse maintained by Netflix on the social network Twitter. We ask ourselves how the brand relates to consumers outside its own channel - its application, its platform. That is, what kind of conversations you have in a public space, if you do so; what these conversations are focused on and what is the weight of the contents of their catalog in them. To do this, we will combine the creation of a theoretical framework for the understanding of the use of Twitter in a video on demand service with the case study of Netflix Spain focusing on a specific month the year after its launch. The final objective is to extract trends that point to paradigmatic practices for the maintenance of a relationship of engagement through Twitter in a video on demand service.

Resumen
The shooting at Stoneman Douglas High School on February 14, 2018, in the state of Florida, led to an intense public debate about the possession, commercialization and use of weapons in the United States. With a global projection beyond American territory, this tragedy in particular, became the starting point to find a solution to this problem. Therefore, the present article of analysis, through the application of the postulates of the critical analysis of the discourse of Teun A. van Dijk, combined with the categories of the order of discourse proposed by Michel Foucault, reflects the convergence of the political materiality of the main speeches issued after the shooting. The proposed analysis contrasts four speeches that make up a device that brings together the government point of view (President of the United States Donald Trump), local security (Broward County Sheriff Scott Israel) and the citizen position (Activist Cameron Kasky), as opposed to the institutional point of view (Second Amendment of the Constitution of the United States). The main result shows that, even though the four speeches are enunciated by diverse discursive subjects, they are convergently articulated around an ideological process with clearly defined political purposes. In the case of the analyzed subjects, an unintentional interdiscursivity is evidenced, their relationship, especially with the materiality of power and ideology, show three different positions with the same purpose, imposing their purposes and objectives through the discourse towards recipients who can subordinate to the mechanisms of power and knowledge. No speech is isolated and in this particular case the significant incidence of the discursive process is equated with the beginning of the comment. The three subjects converge discursively in an ideological imposition that does not contemplate their origins or the social investiture they represent. The constitutional reality of an Amendment, which defends the nature of a right, is not part of the discursive structure of the subjects analyzed.

Resumen
Citizens have both true and false ideas on mining, which in both cases should be taken into account by the institutions, businessmen and society, for a better approach to the cultural conceptualization involving mining.
In this research work applied a survey which was carried out with a national universe of Mexicans over the age of 14. These perceptions influenced institutionalized education, family, the mass media, the information technology and communication (ICT), among others. Three of the key elements and determinants in the sample were age, gender and socio-economic status.
Applied a total of 4483 surveys, face-to-face, with 73 approaches, an extensive, but above all deep survey. As a social researcher, by the perception that expressed society, we have the diagnosis that there is misinformation and subinformation.
The subinformation understood as the lack of necessary information, either because we do not look for it or because it is not offered, and the disinformation conceptualized as the reception of the wrong elements before a reality.

Resumen
Big data and automation have become two major challenges for the strategic management of communication in organizations. The process of collecting, storing and analyzing large amounts of data is key when it comes to segmenting stakeholders, analyzing the environment, evaluating the effectiveness of communication campaigns and, ultimately, responding more effectively to the needs of the key publics. However, this article highlights the limited use that Brazilian communication professionals make of big data, largely due to the lack of knowledge and analytical skills necessary to take advantage of this new technology. In addition, there is a large gap between the perceived importance and the level of implementation of big data and automation in Brazilian organizations.

Resumen
Actually, the 28 members of the European Union have different results on the Digital Economy and Society Index (DESI), which is a composite index that summarizes the most relevant indicators on Europe’s digital performance and digital competitiveness in order to understand the Digital Divide in this continent. To address this problem, the European Commission has created the Digital Agenda, which aims to reduce significantly the digital divide that affects Europeans in the XXI century. The main objective of this article is to analyze the indicators of the DESI according to the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) of the top five countries with the highest and lowest GDP within the European Union in the period 2014-2018. In this way, it will be possible to determine the achievements in challenges in reducing the digital divide in the EU; as well as the perspectives for the next five years identifying the most important factors that allow reduce considerably this problem.

Resumen
This article is based on chapter 14 of my academic book “The Discourse of a Neopopulist Caudillo”, of forthcoming circulation. The text points out the different strategies that, over ten years, were built around this character of Ecuadorian politics who, from the perspective of political marketing and electoral communication, tried to turn into a myth, similar or close to the five times president of the Republic of Ecuador, José María Velasco Ibarra.

Resumen
This article offers a perspective on Dance and its character of "thought of the body" through the study of the work and the texts of Isadora Duncan (1877 - 1927), dancer and American choreographer. Duncan made great efforts to bring back into the dance mainstream the dance and ideals of Beauty of ancient Greece. The depth of the aesthetic thought of Isadora Duncan allows us to put her texts in a dialogue with contemporary authors of her time, such as Nietzsche and Schopenhauer who wrote about dance from a philosophical perspective. Also, we will visit the thoughts of the artists who admired her art and personality, such as Rodin, Clará and Walkowitz.
