Resumen
El presente documento constituye una propuesta pedagógica para la enseñanza de la Física en pregrado y se diseña con el fin de hacer un aporte al desarrollo del aprendizaje significativo, a partir de prácticas de laboratorio de alta precisión que disminuyan las dudas, faciliten el entendimiento y permitan asociar los conceptos con la realidad práctica. El enfoque de clase abarca desde la observación real del fenómeno físico, haciendo uso de las nuevas tecnologías, hasta el hecho de justificarlo y explicarlo dentro de las teorías establecidas.

Resumen
This paper is about the development and progress of technologies that improve the use of electromagnetic spectrum, focusing on several useful techniques for dynamic spectrum access in future wireless networks. Some of the most important projects are mentioned; later the significant orientations that are used for the solution of emerging problems are briefly described. Other topics as the challenges currently faced by researchers in the field, and the trends on evolution of wireless networks to be able to meet the requirements that have been imposed are treating. The main objectives of this paper are motivating to the academic and scientific community for awakening an interest on the topic and, in this way start to work on it, besides achieve the interest of industry and the general sector in those topics.

The System Dynamics is emerging as an alternative to the traditional techniques ofinformation analysis, since it permits analyze and synthesize different structural causesthat promote the behavior of interest. However, this involves raising awareness on therole of each element and how different actions carried out on parts of it, accentuate orattenuate the trend implicit in it (Garcia, 2007).Taking this aspects Into consideration, this article presents the first version of the modelto be developed within the research project "Model Market Access to BroadbandInternet Service to Residential, an Approach from the System Dynamics", in which thedifferent elements present in the market will be considered, and a simulation of theirbehavior will be conducted, using the Vensim PLE version 5.8c (2007) software,designed to work under the focus of system dynamics.

The permanent evolution of the TIC offers more and better tools to facilitate the pertinentaccess to the organizational information (data, audio, and video) every day.The information is nowadays the fundamental asset of any organization, therefore it becomesessential to find efficient mechanisms for administering and presenting it; the academicsurroundings are not the exception, the universities daily generate hundreds of kilobytes ofinformation that must be received complete and on time by the different members of theircommunities.This article presents the foundations of a proposal oriented to the implementation of a Systemfor the Spreading of Information through the mobile phone that allows the organizations totake advantage of the covering, massive use and easy way to acquire this technology in order to offer a service without the intermediation on the part of the operators of the telephoneservice (therefore without cost).

Se presenta un análisis descriptivo sobre los temas enseñados, las didácticas empleadas y las dificultades encontradas en la enseñanza de la probabilidad en la educación media para los municipios de Pereira y Dosquebradas, buscando así mostrar el estado del arte de la forma como se están orientando los temas pertinentes a esta temáticas en los grados diez y once, que buscan desarrollar el pensamiento aleatorio, enmarcado en los estándares básicos de competencias en matemáticas definidos por el Ministerio de Educación Nacional (MEN); exponiendo parte de los resultados finales de la investigación “Didáctica para la enseñanza de la probabilidad en la educación media” realizada durante el año 2006, para optar al título de Magíster en la Enseñanza de la Matemática.

The study is carried out via simulation and its character is exploratory. Resumen
La biotecnología es una herramienta utilizada en diferentes áreas del conocimiento como la salud, la industria, la agricultura y los ambientes acuáticos. Está basada en la ingeniería genética para la creación o modificación de organismos vivos, de sus productos o procesos. Es una ciencia de gran impacto, que ha emergido de la investigación universitaria, abriendo camino para la creación de miles de empresas en los países desarrollados durante las últimas dos décadas. Las compañías biotecnológicas han competido y cooperado, durante años, con empresas químicas y farmacéuticas bien establecidas. Los estudios han demostrado que las alianzas y la cooperación constituyen el factor clave para la supervivencia y el crecimiento de los centros de investigación y las empresas de tipo biotecnológico.

Resumen
From a research project registered in the UCPR Research Center, this article presents the study results on current techniques in the manufacturing process of edge-glued panels, as well as the technology used for the wood and furniture regional industry in the handling and disposal of the wood laths (raw material) and edge-glued panels. In addition, it is analyzed a different way of working with wood as an alternative for the regional industry, considering that not only adequate mechanical properties are achieved, which are higher than normal wood, but also itis possible to provide aesthetic value of wood products.
