Se extrae lignina de la guadua Angustifolia kunth por el proceso de la digestión con NaOH en un reactor a alta presión y temperatura, separándola de la celulosa. Se caracteriza la lignina purificada por medio de la espectroscopía infrarroja que da las características funcionales de ésta. Aquí se determina el tiempo empleado por el micelio en cubrir toda la caja de Petri. A continuación, se repite esta siembra, pero adicionando diferentes cantidades de lignina, determinando el tiempo para cubrir las cajas de petri, encontrándose que la lignina inhibe el crecimiento del micelio y a partir del 40% de lignina en el sustrato no hay crecimiento siendo esta cantidad la equivalente a la dosis letal media. En cada caja se mide el área cubierta por el hongo, encontrándose como futuro potencial en la industria no agroalimentaria de la región cafetera del país

This study presents the characterization of macroinvertebrates colonizing La Calaboza creek (an important hydric system from Casanare department), to determine the status of water quality and to improve understanding of the native entomofauna, in response to summer and winter conditions. The macroinvertebrates were collected from six sampling stations and identified at the family level. And also, their relationship with various physicochemical variables was established. The environmental status was determined by the application of three biotic indices: BMWP, ASPT, and EPT. Despite the impact of anthropogenic activities, the water quality of the stream was classified as acceptable or good. Regardless of the season, Ephemeróptera was the predominant order in most of the selected stations. However, the winter period presented the lowest biotic indexes, associated with a different distribution of individuals and low diversity, as a result of fluctuations in the physicochemical state of the water. It is concluded that the environmental status of the study area is highly influenced by the change of period, presenting greater susceptibility in winter conditions

Nowadays, autonomous systems that incorporate renewable energy sources and energy storage systems play a fundamental role as a solution to energy supply problems. These systems are a good alternative, mainly in remote areas of the electricity network such as islands. This paper analyzes the cost of battery life, operation and maintenance costs and the uncertainty costs associated with renewable energy agents for an autonomous microgrid developed on Dong-fushan Island in China, all in order to obtain the adequate parameters for the optimum operation of the same, without forgetting the characteristics of useful life in specific lead-acid batteries. It is intended, through the non-dominant algorithm of genetic classification (NSGA II), to achieve maximization of the aforementioned variables: useful life of the batteries, and the reduction of the generation cost, proposing a multi-objective optimization. In addition to the above, the costs of uncertainty associated with renewable wind energy are included.

Information is considered today one of the most important resources in organizations, not only as fundamental input of processes, but as a resource to properly run allows to define organizational strategies, what has not been outside in the public sector, especially in what it has to do with its protection. This article aims to present a case for the application of the management of information security in a public entity, using, prior review of the literature, four international information security standards) ISO/IEC 27001:2013, ISO/IEC 27002:2013, ISO/IEC 27003:2010 and ISO/IEC 27005:2008) and their contextualization in Colombia, from the guidelines laid down by the Ministry of information technologies. Resulted in the development of a methodology adjusted to the needs of the public entity with management of risk and controls relevant indicators and parameters to reduce the uncertainty in the management of information. The contributions made by this work is related to the integration of international standards of security of the information and their contextualization in a Government area, responding to regulatory requirements and allowing once After implementation, having a relevant methodological development that allows the public organization develop information security management processes continuously.

This article exposes the results of a research made in the classroom looking for establishing elements of comparative judgment that would allow comparing two teaching strategies, and their impact on learning, of computer programming in a Systems Engineering program. The two strategies to be compared consist of the teaching of the logic of programming (the episteme) or the teaching of its application reflected in a programming language (tekné). In order to measure the impact of the two strategies on the learning of programming, Programming I courses were divided into two subgroups so that a comparative follow-up could be carried out permanently. The process was carried out with the 1st semester of Systems Engineering of a public university. The results were measured quantitatively from identical written evaluations and under highly similar conditions for their resolution. A qualitative approach was also made based on the opinion of the students at the end of the course. It is concluded that the teaching of the episteme of programming seems to be much more relevant than its application since the student can go from the 1st to the other. However, there were cases in which some students, from the study of the programming language, were able to infer the underlying concepts of the relevant logic.

 The objective of the article is to present the research development of socio-environmental conflicts for oil exploration. A descriptive interpretative study was carried out through documentary research with a qualitative approach. Fifty research references were reviewed in various databases. In the results, Latin American countries stand out with the highest research output. The predominant method was the case study. It is concluded that the study of socio-environmental conflicts has been increasing in Latin America and with it, the extension of the studied realities from several perspectives. However, the socio-environmental conflictivity has been little approached from the perspective of the thought of the social groups, aspects such as value systems, information, and knowledge of the communities, have not been widely developed in the investigations.

Develop a literature review of the use of metaverses and virtual reality focused on teaching. This article was developed under an exploratory, descriptive methodology; using the following categories: metaverses, virtual reality, and teaching, a search was made in the Science, Scopus and web Science databases, obtaining one hundred reference articles. Education is going through stages of improvement, where the use of new tools helps to promote education. The use of virtual platforms focused on virtual reality, and metaverses are, in essence, the tools for the best-cataloged modern teaching, where this proved to be useful for education.

En este artículo se examina la vigencia de las normas estructurales de la ciencia postuladas por Robert Merton, a mediados del siglo XX, en el contexto contemporáneo discutiendo las nuevas miradas que debaten tales planteamientos. Con base en las percepciones de 352 investigadores de la Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla se describe cómo éstas o sus registros expresan nuevas configuraciones del ethos científico por disciplinas. Los resultados muestran que el ethos científico se expresa de forma ambivalente en las prácticas de los investigadores, sobre todo en las actividades relacionadas con la producción y la evaluación científicas. Además también queda demostrado que la formación de los mismos es un componente clave del ethos expresado en la práctica que ellos apoyan.

En este artículo propongo una perspectiva que permite observar la violencia como un elemento constitutivo de lo social, es decir, como un modo de socialización. Con este fin, son reunidas tres posiciones de la discusión sociológica reciente sobre la violencia, que hasta el momento discurrían indiferentes entre sí. Dichas posiciones son la tematización de la violencia como interacción física inmediata, como acción moral y la discusión sobre el significado del Tercero para la violencia. A la vez, vinculo la discusión sobre la violencia con la cuestión de los límites de lo social. Al hacerlo, sigo la tesis de que la violencia se debe entender como "inmediatez mediada" (Plessner), esto es, como un actuar corporal, que se constituye de un modo simbólico-institucional, mediado por terceros. A través de la violencia, los participantes representan de manera generalizada la validez de las expectativas normativas de los demás. Por lo tanto, también representan los límites del mundo social, ya que el acto de violencia implica necesariamente que el destinatario de la acción violenta es una persona social, que solo en cuanto tal puede vulnerar expectativas normativas o representar su validez. El análisis de la violencia en el sentido de la inmediatez mediada conduce al análisis de las regulaciones de procedimiento de la violencia, ya que cada una de ellas media en las acciones de violencia inmediatas.
