Resumen
Evaluation is a process that must be studied as a process and as a result. The objective of this study is to analyze the content of a group of Cuban and Latin American articles on evaluation in the educational process of preschool children from the V de Gowin methodology: why evaluate? What to evaluate? and how to do the evaluation? The evaluation is carried out to assess the contents of the dimensions of education and development (value function), develop a diagnosis based on the child's strengths and weaknesses (diagnostic function), and to conduct the educational process in in order to improve it and organize the stimulation of the child and the group (formative training function). What to evaluate? In preschool childhood, development and for development, learning and for learning, the result obtained in a task and the process to solve it are evaluated. As for how to evaluate? the educator must carry out the evaluation through the use of several evaluative methods, but at the same time, she must consider some requirements, such as the unity of the cognitive and the affective, the biological and the social, the teaching and development; as well as the principles of evaluation (systematicity with the other components of the process and objectivity). Know the ¿what for? ¿the what? and the ¿how of the evaluation? It is a significant step for the educator to carry out the evaluation of the integral development in the educational process of preschool childhood and guide the progress of the child in a specific way.

Resumen
This article is a scientific result of a qualitative research of a pedagogical nature, whose objective was to develop a system of actions for the education of responsibility and social commitment in the first-year students of the Civil Engineering career of the Central University. "Marta Abreu" of Las Villas. The materials used were the Professional Model, the Study Plan E of the career, the Teaching-Methodological Work Regulation, the Director Program for the strengthening of fundamental values in Cuban society and the most up-to-date definitions of the social commitment concept. 70 students were taken as a sample. The research methods used were at the theoretical level, historical-logical, inductive-deductive, analysis and synthesis, ascent from the abstract to the concrete and systematization; from the empirical level, analysis of documents, observation, semi-structured interviews; other measurement techniques were used, such as surveys and sentence completion. The main actors of the teaching-educational process were involved to determine the educational needs, the proposal of the system of actions was elaborated and its implementation began, the results were evidenced in the significant achievements achieved, since it positively influenced the formation of the future university graduate that Cuban society aspires to. The objective proposed in the investigation was fulfilled satisfactorily and caused its impact in the university context. The practical contribution consisted in the introduction and validation of the scientific result obtained that can be extended to other university careers with similar characteristics presented, through a comparative study.

Resumen
The COVID-19 pandemic prevented the Sucre Mission in the year two thousand twenty-one from developing the educational teaching process through its historical forms of organization; this situation led to the question: ¿how to prepare the collaborating teachers of the Sucre Mission to develop the "University at Home"? The objective of this work was to propose the strategy that was carried out for the preparation of the collaborating teachers of the Sucre Mission, in function of the development of the "University at Home" in the State of Delta Amacuro, in the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. This emerged from the action-research process; methods and techniques of the qualitative research criterion, the interview, the survey and the focus group discussion, were used in order to achieve the proposed purpose. The main result obtained from the research process was the preparation strategy of the collaborating teachers of the Sucre Mission to develop the "University at Home" in the State of Delta Amacuro, as well as the system of actions that appeared as part of the four stages that comprise it: diagnosis, planning, execution and evaluation. This strategy allowed the preparation of the Mission's collaborating teachers, through the organizational forms of professional preparation.

Resumen
The research problem that motivated this work is framed in the demotivation in the use and application of digital tools within the educational field by teachers, which leads to difficulties for students in their training; In this study, an analysis of the teaching methodology and the resources used when developing experiences with their students was carried out. The objective of this study was to expose the characteristics of digital tools based on a bibliographic review, to highlight the advantages and benefits of their use in the educational context. The focus of this research was qualitative and documentary review, supported by the search for articles from scientific journals in repositories such as Scielo, Redalyc, and with the support of the academic Google tool. The main results were determined by the analysis around the planning and application of methodological strategies, with the support of technological tools. As conclusions of the analyzed information, the importance of virtual resources in education for the development of learning is exposed to enhance the performance of students, and also, the leadership of the teacher for the adaptation of new methods and strategies.

Resumen
The professional training of computer engineers at the University of Pinar del Río has historically been determined by learning statistical content, which are key to understand their culture and professional identity. In the present study, a didactic conception was proposed for the teaching-learning process of Statistics energized by the project method. Theoretical methods (modelling, systemic-structural, analysis, synthesis, induction and deduction) and empirical methods (scale of attitudes towards statistics, teacher survey and document review) were used. The research was descriptive-cross-sectional. Working with scientific-professional projects favored the appropriation of statistical content. The experts assessed the proposed concept as positive and confirmed its validity, functionality, applicability and durability over time.

Resumen
The flipped classroom is a learning methodology that combines e-learning and the face-to-face classroom, its purpose being to improve learning by allowing students to control the time and pace of their online learning and maximize their active learning. The objective was to determine the level of learning of the students of the Universidad Continental using the traditional model compared to the flipped classroom. The methodology was based on the participation of students in two groups, a Control Group who developed their sessions traditionally, and an Experimental Group to whom the flipped classroom model was applied; the population consisted of 240 male and female students from various professional careers; the sample was non-probabilistic, for convenience, with a size of 159 students, 80 (Control Group) and 79 (Experimental Group), for the measurement of learning a pedagogical test of 20 items was applied. Among the results, the learning results of the students of the Control Group based on the traditional method obtained a post-test mean of 13.09, and the Experimental Group based on the flipped classroom obtained 14.44, higher than the Control Group. Regarding the qualifications, the highest score of the post-test corresponds to the Experimental Group (19), and in the Control Group (18); the standard deviation shows that the EG results are lower. In conclusion, there is a significant difference between learning based on the flipped classroom compared to the traditional classroom, corroborated with the p-value of 1.543e-08 less than the significance of 0.05.

Resumen
Given the presence of the pandemic in Cuba, the Ministry of Higher Education outlines strategies that are renewed, to support the training of students in the midst of such measures and turn adversity into a new opportunity. To achieve this challenge, it is necessary to implement new policies such as: face the pandemic, manage continuity of study, improve and accelerate learning. To address this problem, the authors in this article propose the objective of socializing experiences carried out with students and teachers of the Bachelor of Primary Education career at the Mantua Municipal University Center. As a starting point, an assessment of the different positions in the study of the implementation of Distance Education is made, inquiring through the review of documents, survey and interview to students and teachers that was applied to know the level of preparation and satisfaction. The main results were based on developing the Educational Teaching Process at a distance with quality, the appropriation of the independent work method was achieved based on the quality of learning and greater knowledge management by teachers and students.

Resumen
This article is based on the result of the research project Stimulation of neurodevelopment in early childhood children that is carried out at the University Carlos Rafael Rodríguez of Cienfuegos. It responds to the claims of studies to stimulate the integral development of early childhood children in Cuba. In this sense, its objective was to analyze the guide for the exploration of linguistic intelligence in children between five and six years of age, based on the results obtained from the study of the Terré protocol for the evaluation of the potentialities of the multiple intelligences in the infantile neuropotential, with a view to its contextualization. Hence, theoretical methods such as analytical-synthetic and inductive-deductive were used; within the empirical ones the documentary analysis, the interview and the scientific observation. As a result, indicators were obtained for the exploration of linguistic intelligence that are contextualized in the education of children aged five to six years in Cuba and the standards for their application by educators. These elements will allow educators to identify the potentialities of students in this regard and transform their intervention strategies.

Resumen
The education of engineers in carrying out actions for the prevention of occupational risks, accidents and incidents and professional diseases is part of the integral training to which Cuban higher education contributes. For this reason, a study of the theoretical basis was made, it allowed to determine the main aspects of the subject that converge in its development with the help of the teaching tasks. This justifies, the use of methods such as: dialectical-materialist, historical-logical, analytical-synthetic, inductive-deductive, pedagogical observation, interview, survey and mathematical-statistical methods. That is why the aim is: to elaborate teaching tasks that promote Education on Safety and Health at Work of Mining Engineering major students, in the University of Moa, Dr. Antonio Núñez Jiménez. The result showed that the insufficiencies presented by the students require alternatives that favor the transformation of the current reality in several scope of action, and fostering their education as part of the country's economic and social development project.

Taking into account the importance of the formation of logical thinking, whose fundamental task is to raise the quality of learning, the professionals who graduate from the Bachelor of Mathematics Education career play an important role in fulfilling such purposes, since they contribute to the mathematical training of adolescents and young people. As the forms of logical thought are concepts, judgments and reasoning, in the Didactics of Mathematics, logical procedures associated with these three forms of logical thought have been specified. Training these professionals in logical thinking based on the ability to demonstrate exercises with geometric content is a current need; That is why the present work aims to: offer a definition, actions and distinctive operations for the ability to demonstrate in the teaching-learning process of Geometry that allow it to be associated with the three forms of logical thinking and not just one of them. As it is currently done. Methods of the theoretical and empirical level were used, all under a general dialectical-materialist methodological approach, whose results allowed to carry out a theoretical analysis of the formation of logical thought, as well as to establish the definition, actions and distinctive operations for the ability to demonstrate in the process of teaching learning of Geometry, achieving a contribution to the theory of Didactics of Mathematics that guides students and teachers in the teaching learning process of these mathematical contents.
