Resumen
The research presents an approach based on data analytics and automatic learning mechanisms integrated into one of the most widely used digital learning platforms in the world (open EDX) as a contribution to the improvement of learning processes in middle school students in municipalities of Colombia. Methodologically, according to Creswell y Plano Clark (2007), and Clements et al. (2017) a system was created to recommend educational contents adapted to the individual characteristics of students considering the limitations in the use of technologies in educational institutions; we developed interviews with teachers and focus groups with students of 10º and 11º grade; as a result, a functional architecture proposal was generated that allows the generation of initial recommendations of contents managed according to the students' performance and the characteristics of the territory.

Resumen
The advance of bioethics as a science has exceeded the ethical scenario to fully immerse oneself in other environments of knowledge, essentially in the sphere of the legal, as it is, the bio-legal and towards a new protagonist of an emerging science such as the biolaw. There are dilemmas or bioethical premises from which generate the great juridical questions, around the legal sciences, which must be adjusted to the social reality generated by the great biotechnological advances, in order to regulate the behavior generated by human behavior. The objective of the research is to analyze the role of bioethics in the development of biolaw or biolaw as a mediator of new biomedical dilemmas. The methodology used is a bibliographic documentary research which focuses on the positions of some authors such as Aparisi (2007) and Schaefer (2017), among others. A documentary review was made from a critical stance of the literary sources selected and used for the development of the research, this with the purpose of identifying the different conceptions that biotechnological advances have had on human behavior and its need to be regulated by law. It is concluded that the relationship between bioethics and law has been very useful, at the time of responding to the theme of the debate on the great bioethical dilemmas, which results in the emergence of a novel legal branch such as bio-legal or biolaw.

Resumen
This investigation aimed to determine the use of web 2.0 services in the Catholic University Cecilio Acosta (UNICA) site by the institution, located in Maracaibo city, Venezuela. The theoretical contributions were supported by O'Reilly (2007), Lévy (2004), Rheingold (2004), Surowiecki (2005), Cobo (2007a), among other authors. The investigation comes from a project attached to the UNICA Research and Postgraduate Deanery, was descriptive, an observation guide was applied to collect information from the UNICA website and the 2.0 services to which it is associated as the platforms for vertical social networks YouTube, Instagram and SoundCloud, and platforms for horizontal social networks Facebook and Twitter. Among the most relevant findings was the exclusive use of social networking services for interaction with the university community, without including other services that seek to generate knowledge. It is concluded that UNICA uses web 2.0 services in its site in a limited and non-strategic way, with a purely informative nature that includes specific topics of the university and the catholic church, which could hinder the knowledge management as process of 21st century universities.

Resumen
From critical rationality, new ways of thinking about theory and evaluative practice have emerged with a sense of the contextual partner and human, propitiating the sociohistorical and cultural subject recovery that it is required to communities’ development. Therefore, this paper has as objective to reveal the constitutive bases of the evaluation by competence, detached from the subjective to envision another notion like power. For this, critical hermeneutics was used as a methodological way to get into the evaluative reality, showing two possible edges of its task: the objectification of the educational subject or its emancipation. In this sense, the ideas of Freire (2006), Foucault (1990), Deleuze and Guattari (1999), served as support to propose an evaluation like powering of the most human human being, who by empowering himself of his subjectivity, he re-invents reality in collective as an intersubjective expression .That is to say, an evaluation of the sensitive, the creative and the autonomous, intrinsic in the formation, which will resurface as emancipatory and vitalist empowerment of the pedagogical praxis, from an ontology another of its doing. In sum, current socio-educational demands lead to a new ontoepistemology of evaluation in order to emancipate transformation of being of education. To do this, we have to get rid of technical and instrumental notions and practices, thus drawing new leakage lines in their events, constituting it in a space for the empowerment of the human.

Resumen
People with disabilities have to deal daily with physical, attitude, social and political barriers, since their integral development is limited. The objective of this paper is to analyze the importance of the social model as an alternative for the development of the person with disability, Callao, Peru. The methodology used was a qualitative approach, case study method, the technique used was the interview with their respective guide, we have also coexisted as reporting units: a State official of the Municipal office of attention to the person with disabilities Omaped Provincial Municipality of Callao, a former regional coordinator of the Council for the integration of the person with disabilities Conadis Callao, four people with different types of disability and two people without disabilities. Data processing was carried out through the Atlas Ti-7 qualitative analysis program. In this way, we proceeded with the triangulation of the related theories and the previous works, resulting in that the studies were consistent with the investigation. It should be noted that multidisciplinary authors such as Abberley (1987), Oliver (1998) and Palacios (2008) founded a social model like the one proposed. In the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities CDPD (UN, 2006), these persons were recognized as subjects of Human Rights. Currently there are advances in the State and society regarding the dignified treatment, universal accessibility and inclusion of the person with disability, but the barriers still exist, even more because the authorities do not comply with the regulations to achieve a better quality of life. Therefore, it is necessary to specify that public policies based on the social model would constitute an alternative for the development of the person with disability.

Resumen
Year after year the number of students in higher education increases worldwide, and particularly in the virtual mode. In the face of this reality, a series of phenomena combine that have driven university institutions to reinvent themselves. The objective of this work is to analyze the influence of globalization and internationalization on the curriculum of university education, with particular emphasis on Latin American virtual education. The methodology used is the review of both literature specialized in the subject and official documents of the agencies involved. The results reveal that: 1) multilateral agencies have been made efforts to establish two-way academic partnership and cooperation agreements, on the one hand, to promote the mobility of students and teachers, as well as the realization of joint projects; on the other hand, to promote the processes of quality control and internationalization of the curriculum. 2) Regarding virtual education in the region, the need to ensure and demonstrate the quality of its programs has been set, with the Latin American and Caribbean Institute of Quality in Distance Higher Education (CALED) being one of the main references regarding guidelines and instruments for evaluation and advice to universities on quality assessment and accreditation processes. It is concluded that the internationalization of the curriculum in virtual university education in Latin America faces the challenge of taking the step towards comprehensive internationalization, that is, the one that comprehensively impacts the curriculum from a conceptual and cultural structure including interdisciplinary studies and multiculturalism.

Resumen
This article exposes the tool “Model your easy business” for the construction of participatory business models in rural organizations, based on the characteristics of the rural context in Colombia. The tool is part of the Runin-Ruta methodology for the success of innovative rural businesses-, which integrates four tools that make it easier for organizations to enter specialized markets that demand added value in their products. The theoretical foundation of the tool is based on authors such as Osterwalder and Pigneur (2010), Ries (2011), Maurya (2014), Blank and Dorf (2012), who propose the principles of business models that are based on Lean Japanese Manufacturing, a management model that arises from the culture adopted by Japanese companies that aimed to implement improvements in the manufacturing plant based on efficiency, speed and agility in decision-making in the face of changes in the market. In the methodological design the research approach - action or mode 2 was used, in which the community, in addition to being the object of research, participates and influences the results according to their needs, as part of the conclusions the need is highlighted to carry out processes of adaptation of methodologies related to the business models that were created and validated in contexts of Europe and the United States; with the purpose of achieving effective results in the Colombian rural context.
