Resumen
Phonological processing refers to the set of capabilities that allow operations to be carried out with linguistic units and is closely related to literacy learning. The objective of the article was to socialize the results of the evaluation of phonological processing for the early detection of difficulties in the reading and writing process of 4-year-old infants in the province of Tungurahua-Ecuador. It had a quantitative approach, a descriptive and transversal design, ex post facto. The population consisted of four-year-old infants from the Huambaló parish in Tungurahua and the sample with which we worked were 20 infants who met the established inclusion and exclusion criteria, to whom the Test for the early detection of difficulties in learning to read and write. As a result, it was obtained that these infants presented slight difficulties in their phonological processing, which can negatively affect the development of the reading-writing process.

The complexity of the educational reality requires the constant training of education professionals in the training of future teachers. The objective of the work was aimed at socializing a strategy on training from the application of active pedagogies in the pedagogical professional training of Education students. Based on a fundamentally qualitative methodology, the approach to teacher training was produced from the case study. Methods derived from analysis and synthesis in vocational training were combined, together with induction and deduction. Participant observation of the teacher training process, interviews with key informants on the needs of the training, as well as the bibliographic review of updated sources, normative documents, academic reports and other basic texts in the study of the subject were applied. The training process was conceived as a case study from the analysis of fundamental theoretical aspects related to the professional training of the teacher of Initial education and Basic Education. As a result, it was perceived that the training program allowed to deepen in contents of transcendence related to the professional training of teachers and the strategies to be used for its effective execution. It is concluded that training in the domain and deepening in documents and active techniques is a fundamental premise for the elaboration of feasible and necessary strategies in the pedagogical training of teachers.

The article deals with how to establish the relationships between the nursery school, the preschool grade in primary schools and the Educate your child program, to improve the work of educational agents, while organizing the educational process. The aim of the work is to present a theoretical-methodological conception that enables the articulation between the modalities of attention to the child of early childhood and is specified in revealing the relationships between the components that make up early childhood, which is distinguished by offering the design of the interrelation of the personal and organizational components for the solution of the problems that are manifested in different work scenarios. The foundations of the socio-critical approach are assumed, which enables the use of participatory action research as a fundamental method. The main methods of the theoretical level were applied: historical logical, synthetic analytical, inductive-deductive, structural systemic and as empirical methods: observation, interview, survey, modeling, documentary analysis and triangulation of sources. In addition to the percentage calculation and qualitative data analysis for the comparison and interpretation of the results obtained in educational practice, the research was able to modify the performance of the educational agents involved in the educational process, and from their joint action to solve or mitigate the effects of the shortcomings that occur in practice in the modalities of early childhood care through institutional and non-institutional channels.

The evaluation in the educational process is fundamental to direct the development of the preschool child in an integral way. This research aims to present the results of the implementation of a methodology for the evaluation of comprehensive development in the educational process of preschool children. For the implementation of the methodology, the "Veinte Primaveras" nursery school of the Cienfuegos municipality was selected in the 2018 - 2019 academic year. The research sample was made up of 93 students according to selection criteria: (1) children between the 4th and 6th year of life (between 3 and 6 years), (2) stay e" 6 months in the institution. To carry out the research, theoretical (historical-logical, analytical-synthetic and modeling) and empirical (observation, interview, document analysis and discussion group) methods were used. The application of the methodology in the educational practice allowed the educators to express a positive opinion about the proposal: (1) the methodology offers ordered actions to direct the evaluation of the integral development during the educational process, (2) the proposal offers actions that allow exchange educator - family to carry out the evaluation, and (3) allows the use of various pedagogical situations to assess the physical, cognitive and affective development of the child and make decisions regarding their education and development.

University extension, given its importance and complexity, must be framed in its corresponding expression within strategic planning, both at the level of the Higher Medical Education system, as well as that of the institutions themselves and their structures. It is proposed to design a strategy that allows the application of an extension management model in the Universities of medical sciences. The structural systemic and modeling method was used for the elaboration of the proposed model. Group interviews and brainstorming were carried out, which allowed obtaining and analyzing the external and internal forces that facilitated the identification of positive and negative elements, inside and outside the system of Health-related management and extension process in universities of medical sciences, the SWOT matrix was applied to obtain an overview of the strategic situation. The strategy developed, as it corresponds to the university extension management model designed in the Universities of medical sciences integrated into the health system, contributes to the improvement of this process on solid theoretical bases and with a strong scientific foundation. The determination of the strategic actions for the implementation of the proposed model, determines the essential patterns to establish the conditions, which in the order of communication, the coordination between the different levels and the creation of a favorable climate, among others, lays the foundations. For a new vision of the management of the extension, process in the Universities of medical sciences.

Resumen
In the present article it is referred the topic related to the development of the communicative competence in the English language through the use of cultural and artistic elements in the discipline Integrated English Practice. The objective of this work consists in determining the main fundamentals of the communicative competence in the English language with a cultural and artistic approach. For this, theoretical assumptions are stated; highlighting communicative competence, Marti´s works of arts as an artistic fundamental, among others. The study was supported in the following research methods: critical analysis of the sources, consult to oral sources, workshops of critical opinions and collective constructions and pedagogical experience. As the result of this research, the formation of the categorical system was determined, which allows the authors to point out the next steps of this study. In the same way, it permitted to establish the possible lack in theory in order to provide a theoretical and practical contribution in the Foreign Language Didactics. It is concluded that this conceptualization is the epistemological base of the main author´s doctoral study for the elaboration of the integrated didactic conception.

For more than half a century, a set of theories have postulated the advantages of active learning, and the implications of this approach for pedagogy, however, not enough information was found to address this issue comprehensively from its different investigative perspectives. The article aims to expose the most recognized cognitive and pedagogical theories on the concept of active learning, as well as their practical application based on the positive effect they have on the acquisition of knowledge, with significant advantages in relation to traditional forms of learning. teaching. From the application of different theoretical methods such as historical logic, documentary analysis, analysis and synthesis and the structural systemic method, the description of the classic ideas of Dewey, Montessori, Piaget and Vygotsky was obtained as a result. Also addressing the pedagogical theories of active learning: learning by discovery, learning through experience, learning by inquiry and self-regulated learning; and also the most recent cognitive approaches to active learning. The investigative analysis showed that the theories studied show the positive effect that active learning has on the acquisition of knowledge, as well as its advantages in relation to traditional forms of teaching. Consensus is reached that active learning implies high levels of reasoning and motivation, from which it follows that its impacts could be greater at higher levels of instruction.

Resumen
The article addresses the university extension and its relationship with the training of student promoters. The objective was aimed at socializing the main results of an investigation about the training of students as cultural promoters at the University of Pinar del Río. The general method was the Dialectical-Materialist along with others, theoretical and empirical, among them the historical-logical, the synthesis analysis, the induction deduction, the Documentary Analysis, the In-depth Interview, the Participant Observation and the Discussion Group. The main results were in the regularities about the object of investigation. The conclusions point to the need to emphasize the role of these students and the importance of a training process based on the sociocultural development of the intra- and extra-university community.
