Resumen
An analysis of the condition of implementation of projects in agricultural production is carried out. The disadvantages of existing methods and models of planning of the content and time of execution of works in the projects, which mostly do not take into account the changing components of their project environment, are substantiated. The proposed methodology for justifying the models of a changing project environment for harvesting grain, oilseed and legume crops is based on the analysis of official statistics of agrometeorological stations and involves the implementation of production experiments, which makes it possible to increase the accuracy of the results. It has been established that the dewy periods of time in the projects for the collection of early oilseeds, cereals and legumes are characterized by a probabilistic distribution of the time of occurrence of dew and its duration. The indicated regularity and the established correlation relationship between the occurrence of dew and its duration are the main components of the model. The substantiated model of the pink period of time allows to take into account the changing events of the project environment and to improve the quality of the content management process and the time of performance of the harvesting work. It is established that the deficit of humidity in the air, in which the performance of harvesting is effective, changes over the course of the day by parabolic dependence. Its maximum value depends on the agrometeorologically acceptable duration of the works in the projects of harvesting early oilseeds, grain and legume crops, which is the basis for substantiating the model of the air humidity deficit and taking into account its impact on the implementation of works in these projects. The obtained results of the research are the basis of development of simulation models of projects for the collection of early oilseeds, grain and legume crops to improve the accuracy of determining the use indicators and resource requirements for the implementation of these projects. The obtained models increase the quality of management decision making in the projects of harvesting early oilseeds, grain and legume crops.

Resumen
The theoretical calculations carried out by the authors made it possible to establish the stability conditions for a tricycle tractor on the slope of the field. The research methodology was based on a theoretical solution of a static problem and the establishment of stability of a tricycle tractor depending on its layout and the angle of the field to the horizon. The layout of the tricycle tractor, which has one steerable wheel in front and two wheels in the rear, is considered. The conditions of the steady state of the tractor for the selected scheme are determined. The stability of the tractor will be ensured when the vertical line lowered down from its center of gravity crosses the surface inside the supporting quadrilateral. The surface of the supporting quadrilateral is formed as a result of connecting the outer points of the wheels. The dependence of the influence of the rim width and the wheel radius on the maximum angle of inclination of the tractor with one front wheel is established.The scientific problems posed in the work are solved in the developed theoretical bases for determining the stability conditions of a tricycle tractor. The theoretical foundations have been developed taking into account the layout of the tractor and the angle of inclination of the field to the horizon. The dependencies of the maximum angle of inclination of the tractor were theoretically determined, which made it possible to establish the conditions for its safe operation. The scientific background for increasing the safe operating conditions of tricycle tractors has been further developed.

Resumen
This article investigates the economic gains with the reduction of logistic costs after the asphalt pavement of the highway MT 235 for a Brazilian crystal sugar and alcohol industry. Investment in infrastructure is an attribute that increases economic growth and increases the competitiveness of companies. As far as road transport infrastructure is concerned, the problems are not limited to a specific area, but stretches of highways, which link urban transportation and ports to the generation and transmission of electricity, among others. Only 12.2% of Brazilian highways are paved. This work is the result of a longitudinal case study with participant observation, in a time line from 2009 to 2017. It was possible to identify that, after improvements in road transport infrastructure, the asphalt pavement of the highway MT 235 made possible a gain in travel time and a decrease in logistics costs, which led to the closure of the activities of one of the subsidiaries of the company studied, located in Manaus (Amazonas), in 2009. With the benefits of the asphalt pavement of the MT 235, in 2017 we found that sales volume increased 650% in relation to 2011, logistics costs have been significantly reduced in relation to gross revenues, maintaining an average of 11.58%. In 2017, the logistic costs of the company studied were 12.61% versus 20.7% from the group of Brazilian agribusiness companies. The findings show that investments in road transport infrastructure are crucial when it comes to fostering trade and competitiveness of domestic products in international markets, by reducing logistics costs.

Resumen
The theory of organizational learning seems to be practical when researchers can find connections between two or more variables that can be justified and implemented. The term “intellectual capital” has appreciated over time acquiring a growing value. Work based on sustained learning contributes to the development of the intellectual capital not only of the employers, but also of the universities. In the current period of “knowledge economy” and “corporate university” development, the creation and evaluation of knowledge are recognized as important and necessary to be included in the educational programs. Knowledge management regards tacit and explicit knowledge. During the theoretical training, students mainly access information in written or verbal format, transmitted mainly on the teacher-student communication channel. During practical activities and mutual interactions, students agree to the informal knowledge, highly sought after by employers. In this paper, we will deal mainly with the ways of coding the information of statistical interest, which will be subject to a meta-level coding at the programming languages level, applicable to the analysis of the central trend and the shape of the data series distribution by estimating the parameters of the regression equation. According to the analysis, it results that in the absence of some measures to stimulate birth rate or attract foreign students, the Romanian higher education will register a considerable decline compared to the reference period in terms of the number of enrolled students.

Resumen
Default by contractors in meeting the time and cost performance of a project is usually counterproductive. Considering safety from the high financial burden of construction projects, clients are compelled to seek a level of guarantee in bonds to safeguard them from financial problems and provide incentive for proper and timely completion of the project by the contractor, thereby minimising failures and risks. Therefore, the study assessed the level of bond utilization in Nigerian construction industry, with a view to examining the benefits of its utilisation in construction projects. Survey method was adopted in which questionnaires were used to collect data from respondents. With a response rate of 45.30% (164 of 362), the collected data were analysed using descriptive and analytical scientific method. It was found that the level of bond utilisation in construction contract is high, with performance bond and Advance payment bond being most commonly used construction bond types. Assurance of performance and financial security are the major benefits of bond utilisation. The study recommends that there is need for more enlightenment of construction participants on the various types bond used in construction contracts

Resumen
The paper briefly presents the geometry, structure, and kinematics of a universal joint, very commonly used in machine building, especially today for heavy and engine-driven vehicles and transmissions located in different areas as well as for all-wheel-drive vehicles. The universal joint, or the cardan cross, conveys the rotation movement from one bridge to the other (when the rotary shaft suffers both movements, upward and downward). The kinematic scheme of a cardan transmission is composed of two cardan shafts (one input and one output), both of which are equipped with a cardan cross (universal joint or universal joint). Between the two universal couplings, a further (additional) cardan shaft (axle) is mounted. This mechanism is designed to transmit the mechanical movement (within a vehicle) from one bridge to the other. If the vehicle's motor is on the front and with on the rear axle transmission, or vice versa when the vehicle's engine is on the rear and the transmission is on the front axle, or when we have multiple (multi-axle) transmission on heavy vehicles or 4x4 cars.

Resumen
The paper aims to define the strategic goals of the Accounting Chamber of Ukraine’s institutional reform. Securing the social confidence towards a public audit institution is the fundamental of its effective implementation. As a result of the proposed strategy realization the transforming the control system according to world standards and good governance requirements must take place focused on economic development maintenance and Sustainable Development Goals achievement.The analysis is based both on directives of the United Nations, INTOSAI and OSCE ruling documents in regard to state audit development and on empirical data obtained under the questionnaire survey among the Accounting Chamber experts and independent accountants in Ukraine.

Resumen
The objective is to delineate a hierarchical model of decisions and respective management indicators. In an everyday universe of events that occur, if considers a purpose of the organization can face a hierarchy of decisions, from major strategic to minor ones. Such a finding, if delineated as a model, it can be useful in the study of decision-making process. For this analysis was adopted a multiple case study method applied in commercial, industrial and service organization. Afterwards was maximized with a differentiated sample of managers selection to be interviewed according to the organizational pyramid hierarchical rank as structured bases; meetings with key opinion groups; available preliminary data collection directly from the websites. As a result, a hierarchical decision model was obtained, differentiated according to the acting economic segment.

Resumen
The theme urban mobility has been gaining prominence in recent times due to the impact it causes on the quality of life of people living in large centers, this article aims to study and evaluate the Capacity and Level of Service in a specific route in the city of São Paulo based on the concepts and methods established in Highway Capacity Manual 2000 (HCM 2000), in addition to using linear regression to estimate the forecast of short-term traffic demand in a biennial scenario, to propose alternatives to provide a satisfactory Service Level compatible with the forecast demand, to analyze the efficiency of the method as a tool in the decision-making process in the measures for the improvement of circulation and retardation in the municipal road system. In this exploratory, quantitative and descriptive study, the calculations were performed using concepts and methods contained in HCM 2000 evaluating the efficiency of the method as a means of obtaining information to support decision-making regarding the improvement of urban mobility. The results showed a tendency to reduce the volume of vehicle flow in the studied road. The results obtained demonstrate that the tools applied in the present work can be of great value for decision making or proposition measures for improvements in the attendance of demand in the capacity of the roads to provide a Service Level that allows to improve the satisfaction of the users of the road system of the municipality of São Paulo.

Resumen
Logistics has become a strategic activity along the time not only a mere operational task in corporations, for that reason having a suitable management for logistics processes bring benefits all over the companies and impacts customer satisfaction. This paper was developed based on a case study performed in a packaging company located in the east area of the city of São Paulo, it was conducted in the period from April to September of 2017. An evaluation of logistical processes was performed based on non-participative observations and posteriorly with participative observations, with the diagnosis of main problems corrective actions were implemented as well as processes control. A training program was done to prepare the workers to accomplish with the new procedures, that made possible to stablish a comparison between past results and the ones achieved with new procedures and controls. It was also proposed and utilized the Net Promoter Score – NPS method to evaluate customer satisfaction that allowed to observe the results evolution achieved with the new procedures implemented.
