The increase in population, the complex of the urban structure, the modernization of real state and the action of the real state promoters and the popular sectors devoid of housing will pressure over available land for construction, that only could be at the rural periphery or through density of the area already developed. If the present pattern of territorial growth continues, we will improve rapidly the ecology thresholds, in particular, the available of adequate soil, provision of potable water, capacity of the use of rain water, and the environment potential.

Resumen
Our study tries to make emphasis not only in those violent or adverse policies that motivate the people displacements, but also in how the economic factors, that in many cases we can find them concealed by political motivations, also are reasons for forced displacement and how in many moments they are confused or concealed in the others to not give them the value and the category that correspond to as we can observe it in the cases of Haiti and Cuba, that exemplifies this question perfectly and, mainly, characterizes the type of community movement.

An unavoidable aging process is projected for the Mexican population.Consequences are foreseeing in the social and economical functioning due to the incidence upon the dependency of the elderly due to health conditions, retirement from work and other activities and whitdraw from social roles. The aging process jeopardize the developing opportunities of a middle-income country like Mexico since new problems will arise and be added to unresolved difficulties and crisis. In this sense, it is urgent to consider the aging process within the own social, economic and cultural contexts. Paradigms should include conceptual and cultural dimension of aging; aging manifestations in the heterogeneoussocio-economic realm of Mexico, including the indigenous population; the shift in family structures and the requirements of the elderly for support; health problems and disabilities and tha availability and access of medical care.
