The Mexican 68 is analyzed as a historical process that was the result of the political crisis that the country experienced from the itineraries of a student movement that questioned the government and that in a short time moved the established order that did not allow social protests and demonstrations against the presidential figures and the single party. At the same time, these processes are auscultated from the Sinaloa press, taking as analytical newspapers El Sol de Sinaloa, El Sol del Pacifica and El Sol de Culiacán. To conclude, the press was an accomplice of the government by not showing the excesses of the police and army forces against the students, and instead, legitimizing the visions that equated the students with communists and traitors to the country.

From social history and culture history, our interest is focused on the research of the popular religious itinerary from La Victoria settler during on 1980 decade, from its agrarian conception, in other words, peasant and indigenous traditions. Our hypothesis recognizes lines of identity continuity that qualify the eminently urban condition with which the bibliography on the movement of Chilean settlers (“pobladores”) has dealt with a privileged sear.

This paper aims to analyze the return policies for refugees and internal displaced persons as a way of approaching to the official discourse in that country. In the face of a war which had as one of its causes the incompatibility of conflicting visions about Bosnia’s statehood, the postwar official discourse is characterized by competence and fragmentation. The analysis of return policies should be understood in the frame of a larger dispute related to the state organization and legitimacy. Besides, it allows to explore both the progress and the predicaments which are still present in Bosnia more than 20 years since the war has ended.

Forced displacement has many aspects to be considered: a phenomenon which has run through the history of Latin America and it is still a current issue today.  It takes on different forms in different countries and regions but remains a constant presence. Our main concern is to promote a debate about what this force displacement represents from a conceptual point of view as well as to differentiate between this and other types of migrations We hope to contribute to the continuing research that already exists in Southern America and the Central America-Mexico corridor on the specific characteristics of these displacements, whilst paying special attention to their diversity.

This article analyzes how objects and images – the records - gave material and emotional meaning to the existence of a brotherhood; how the links between the associates were produced through the images and goods that belonged to their corporation, and how these symbolic relations were the ones that motivated the protection and defense of the common goods. In order to do so, the article also analyzes, from the list of goods the brotherhoods, the linkages and production that these materialities generate in the devotions of their members, as well as with their group identity systems. Analysis that focuses on social psychology and sociology to observe affectivity and devotion from a perspective that goes beyond religion.
