The university labor is based on three fundamental pillars: teaching, research and extension; these pillars are made up of routines activities, but also by projects carried out in order to achieve results with unique characteristics within limited timeframes and budgets, that is why these last require that the professors who perform them apply specific methodologies and tools, in addition to developing personal skills that allow obtaining the expected results. Within the proposed standards by the Project Management Institute are considered a group of processes and areas of knowledge that must be coordinated to manage a project, so this article, that is framed in a methodology of a descriptive type with a non-experimental design, has a main objective to diagnose, through a self-evaluation, the management carried out by the professors of the Services Technology Department of the Simon Bolivar University (USB) of the processes and areas of integrating and essentials (management of the scope, time, of cost and quality)of the projects that they develop in order to subsequently design a training plan in project management for university professors framed in their teaching development plan.

In a food company processes demand the use of a large amount of energy, that is why every saving opportunity counts and can not be wasted in the least, since this is reflected directly in the final cost of the product. For this reason, this research work centers its purpose in designing an energy management system for a sausage food company, in order to guide energy consumption more effectively and efficiently. For this, mainly in the company, a diagnosis was made in the electrical installations and all the necessary information related to the consumption of electrical energy was collected through an energy audit; In the same order of ideas, fundamental parameters were evaluated such as electrical energy consumed and production to then determine the consumption and energy efficiency indexes to design the energy management system, without affecting the productivity and comfort of the organization. Finally, the energy management system was established based on the continuous improvement framework Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA, acronym in English that correspond to "Plan-Do-Check-Act") which integrated the energy management in the good daily organizational practices through the analysis of the data collected during the diagnosis of electrical energy consumption, in addition, a series of recommendations are proposed that allow as much as possible the application of the system and reduce consumption through the application of new energy efficiency technologies.

The year 2,019 was declared as the international year of the Indigenous Languages, reason for which the world has turned to the search of strategies and measures that allow to safeguard them. The statistics reveal significant figures of the danger of extinction in which they find themselves and with them the socio-cultural legacy that identifies them as a people would be lost. Venezuela does not escape this reality, UNESCO registers in its Atlas 34 Venezuelan languages at risk of disappearing. Linguists and students of related subjects struggle to provide solutions and preserve them through written works, but it is necessary that government policies are devoted to safeguard and protect the linguistic heritage of our ethnic groups. That is why what Venezuelan anthropologist Esteban Monsonyi (2017) expressed when he said "the planet and our country are in danger ... I feel part of that indigenous people and as such I have to protest this humanity, forgotten, oppressed". This corroborates that the indigenous peoples live in the state's helplessness despite knowing that they were included in the 1999 Constitution, where indigenous rights and their contribution to the nation are recognized.

Two main aspects emerged from the main objective of this investigation, to analyze the behavior of the amounts spent by the 18 Sinaloa State Councils in the period 2010 to 2015 and their impact on a poverty indicator shown by CONEVAL and to identify the degree of perception about the expenditure classification made by the Local Governments (GL) in the analysis period. As a result, an econometric model was designed that determined the correlation between each of the spending categories (X) and the Social Lag Index (Y). Likewise, 70.43 percent dogmatized that they disagree and totally disagree about the amount of resources allocated to current spending; 82.9% indicated lack of transparency in resource management; 80 percent that the distribution has not been fair and at the same time that they have not had an impact on fighting poverty. The type of research took up the quantitative, non-experimental, cross-sectional and descriptive approach through the application of a survey to a random probabilistic sample of 112 inhabitants using ICTs.

This investigation allowed investigating the meanings and meanings that key informants give to ethics in Venezuelan pharmaceutical organizations and, based on the findings, construct a theoretical-axiological approach to managerial ethics in Venezuelan pharmaceutical organizations. To achieve these purposes, the study was oriented with the interpretive paradigm with qualitative approach, as a path to know the reality of the practice of ethics in the management of pharmaceutical organizations that underlies the people who work in them as professionals. It assumes an ontological position of the social reality of a subjective, varied and plural nature, this study is approached from a comprehensive, dialogical and intersubjective epistemological dimension. That is why we resort to interpretation as a methodological path, supported by the phenomenological-hermeneutical method. As a context, two (2) pharmaceutical organizations belonging to the Pharmaceutical Chains and two (2) common pharmaceutical organizations were selected and six (6) pharmaceutical professionals were the protagonists. To collect the information, the in-depth interview was used and the information was analyzed applying the criteria of the categorization and triangulation of the information coming from the different versions. The findings allowed us to generate a theoretical-axiological approach to managerial ethics in Venezuelan pharmaceutical organizations and a series of reflections on the topic studied.

The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are an opportunity for companies to expand Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), an initiative that is one of the global efforts to translate sustainable development into something concrete and measurable. In this challenge, companies have been included as a relevant actor to achieve them and today business organizations should be aware of the broad benefits that this entails. In this sense, the objective of the research was to describe the operations of an industrial and engineering services company in the Central-Western region, in such a way as to diagnose whether it carries out corporate social responsibility actions in accordance with the Sustainable Development Goals. (SDGs), included in the CEPAL document Agenda 2030 and the Sustainable Development Goals An opportunity for Latin America and the Caribbean. The results show that even though the company's key stakeholders were not aware of the existence of the SDGs and their impact on society, their operations incorporate practices and policies aimed at achieving them. Finally, a methodology was suggested into the work recommended by the Official Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Navigation of Valencia, Spain, as a guide for companies to expand their CSR practices, which was adapted according to the characteristics of the company that is the object of the study.
