Resumen
The study’s objective was to learn how the Mexican public television updated the citizens on the federal election. It was carried out through a content analysis technique; the sample was formed from one constructed week from April, May and June 2018, and included newscasts from Canal 11 (Mexico City), Canal 7 (Jalisco) and Canal 28 (Nuevo Leon). Results show, on one side, that whereas Channel 11 highlighted the campaign in its newscast by featuring it at the beginning and for an ample time portion, regional systems operated in the opposite sense. Nevertheless, it is evident in all three institutions that public media limited their content regarding the presence of sources and did not elaborate nor discuss the candidates’ proposals. Therewith. going against the principle of information diversity. The election as presented by public TV stations denotes little commitment to the very society they rely upon, as they merely broadcasted the campaigns contents, without discussing or reflecting on them.

Resumen
The imaginaries of democracy admit variations in types and models. This paper presents the analysis of the responses to a questionnaire provided by a sample of 1 097 Nuevo Leon citizens on different aspects of electoral behavior, which include, among other things, interpretations and evaluations of some models of democracy. The data were collected in a random survey by household sampling carried out in the first three weeks of the month of June 2018 and sponsored by the State Electoral Commission of Nuevo Leon (Comisión Estatal Electoral de Nuevo León). The models are those that correspond to electoral or representative democracy, participatory democracy, assembly democracy and delegative democracy. Regrettably, the conclusions are not very novel and ratify the deficiencies in the construction of relevant concepts among the voters, in this case of the population of Nuevo León, Mexico.

Resumen
In the twenties of the eighteenth century, the opinions shared by many people, widespread, do not inspire great confidence in Father Feijoo, and rather seemed suspicious. "The value of opinions has been computed by weight, not by the number of souls," he says in his essay "Voz del Pueblo." He found the judgment of the majority, both in politics and in morals. And if sometimes it was right, it was "by a strange light or by chance".

The work that follows presents and applies a category of analysis specifically developed for the study of gender violence news. The tool is the result of a process of theoretical triangulation between the contributions of socio-semiotics and gender studies. Our goal was to identify the traces of the patriarchal discourse in the notes published by Diario de Cuyo, in its online version, about two cases of girls from San Juan who were raped, became pregnant, and accessed the Legal Interruption of Pregnancy during 2018 and 2019.The relevance of the investigation arises from the central attention that the media agendas provided in recent times to the cases of Argentine girls who were victims of rape and the revictimization that characterized their speeches. We consider that the role of the media has been decisive in the construction of social reality since, through their speeches, understood as phenomena of meaning, they have promoted a particular way of interpreting events. The results of the analysis showed the discursive strategies with which the graphic press has reinforced and naturalized the inequities between men and women.

Resumen
This work, in its organization and content, responds to a series of stimuli that I wish to make explicit. The immediate stimulus has been the need to tell the history of the surveys in Spain to a group of Venezuelan colleagues. On the other hand, and on the edge of the situation, I have tried to formalize a series of answers to questions that, in the last eight years, have raised me on the subject of surveys and in different contexts: the media, the University classroom or professional advice.Reviewing notes and files, I have again visualized the very diverse interlocutors of discussions on opinion studies. The product of these dialogues in absentia is this work. And I invoke them as justification. There are little basted sections and important issues that are briefly addressed. Since it was not about doing something original, but about telling things that others have done or said, I have felt the pressure of having to talk about everything a bit. And, above all, I have felt the need to not be able to tell the history of surveys in Spain without previously articulating a discourse, perhaps excessive, about the theory of public opinion and the nature of opinion polls.

Resumen
This article presents an analysis about work system organization inside higher education institutions; proposing the generation of new structures that repair troubles around the lack of planning, addressing and management, which substantially blocks the members of the educational community. Therefore, the document offers ideas associated with the professionalization of educational actions compared to the preparation of tasks in a work environment; based on a pedagogical-organizational project, which integrates the following factors: the identity features of administration model, the educational management perspective, the structure of a training course for managers and professors on the opening of learning and innovation; and, finally, the creation of the pedagogical and organizational strategy to improve management corporative practices. The methodology used was particularly focused on the observation of facts and realities (projective-holistic), centered on the subjects, and their relationships and interactions in the pedagogical and organizational context.

Resumen
In general terms, governments invest economic and financial resources to improve educational services in different areas and contexts. For this purpose, they implement projects of different types (infrastructure and services) in the education sector. The objective of this research is to offer a risk analysis in investment projects in the education sector in Puno. The study is based on the application of the Montecarlo simulation method through the computer software Risk Simulator and Crystal Ball. The results indicate that, for the public investment project in the education sector, the probability that the VANS is greater than zero [p (VANS>0)] is 67.10 %, consequently the probability of non-viability of the investment project public is 32.9 %; and the probability that the TIRS is greater than the social discount rate [p (TIRS>8 %)] is 67.10 %. It can be concluded, based on the outcomes found, it is advisable to apply risk analysis using the Montecarlo method in public investment projects in the education sector to decide the economic and social viability of the project.
