This research departs from the hypothesis that the communicative messages created by Public Relations 2.0 professionals, in cases of multinationals with franchises, are conveyed without previously analyzing the most suitable translation strategies for their aimed market. The objective of this research is to find the correlation between the messages sent by multinationals, whose business structure is based on franchises, and the messages issued by the parent company as well as the translation technique chosen, with the aim of comprehending how this affects their digital identity, the effectiveness of their messages and whether or not these messages are altered. For that purpose, a content analysis has been carried out on the messages posted on Facebook by Starbucks Spain and Starbucks UK, during September and October of 2016, celebrating the arrival of autumn and Halloween, considered crucial events for this company to launch new products. In conclusion, this research states that the communicative strategies should not be so strict on the part of the parent company and, in spite of having to keep a common communicative strategy with all franchises, there should be margin to adapt the messages for the target recipients of the different countries or, at least, assure that the translation of these messages is rendered by translation professionals so that their efficacy is the same.

The article discusses elements of the process of politicization of online conversations about migration in the Cuban site Cubadebate. The migration issue in the Cuban imaginary of the revolutionary period becomes a controversial scene that promotes discussion hubs about values, demands, concerns and wishes from the commentators that participate. Through the analysis of content, discussion threads, discursive architecture and the social environment that characterizes this forum, we compare conversations from 2012 and 2017 regarding the development of reciprocity, the formulation of sensitive issues and the extrapolation to external environments. It was demonstrated that to the extent that the subjects improve a logic of communicative interaction, technologically mediated, they have more possibilities of politically getting involved, tend to be more creative in the elaboration of the discourse and proactive in the proposal of solutions to the problems that they have collectively identified. This research aims to contribute to the development of studies on politicization of online conversations in societies that undergo transformations in a political and connectivity culture fields, particularly those not aligned with the patterns of Western democracy.

Rethinking the conservation of nature, otherwise, it is a work that presents the biological individuality by endosymbiotic incorporation occurred by the action of microalgae, archaea, cyanobacteria and proteobacteria and that gave rise to the eukaryotic world, in the eagerness of recognize in these organisms their intrinsic non-instrumental value. We argue that the non-human living nature also have a purpose, the desirable, as a good-for-itself, as the teleological or sensun, not mechanistic, where a knowledge would not necessarily act, but a "minimum will" of their being to self-transcend, hence, anthropocentric actions should not interrupt it. An aim does not reside only in conscious subjects because it is not necessarily linked to consciousness. The non-human nature also possesses its own subjectivity, although dispersed, dispersed in its structuring parts or in its cells. This evolutionary complexity had its beginnings in a microalgal swimming cell reaching an organization of the ecological level, whose purpose is life. Both the conservationist discourse and the legal praxis that have recognized the intrinsic value of nature through Ecuador's 2008 Constitution, apparently, are not enough. We think it is necessary to resort to the interpretation of nature as an open text from a hermeneutic of the text for the practice of a renewed eco-ethics, in another way.

This article discusses the relevance of a critical reflection on the themes of sustainability, ethics and citizenship in the Brazilian business environment, based on the social role represented by communication agencies, both in their work of values and social sense circulation, as well as construction and the support of the image and the reputation of the organizations (Rosa, 2006; Felix & Borda, 2009; Bueno, 2012, 2015). The empirical support of this research is constituted by the recent Brazilian experience of developing a Sustainability Index for Communication Agencies (ISAC), conducted through a joint initiative between the Brazilian Association of Advertising Agencies (ABAP) and the Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing - ESPM Higher Studies Center (ESPM-CAEPM), from 2010 to 2014. Methodologically, the construction of the ISAC, described in the research, was based on results obtained through the application of a national statistical survey, which had 140 respondents, whose results are presented and discussed throughout the text. Conclusively, the article reflects on the difficulties, limitations, challenges and perspectives of an initiative of this nature, highlighting its importance in the context of contemporary marketing communication, in all its complexity. Particularly noteworthy is the urgency of adopting discussion agendas and addressing the issues addressed in the strongly interactive context between companies and clients - given the connections and digital tools (Rosa, 2006; Sabich, 2017) - where business reputation is daily put into check in social disputes around sensitive issues such as ethnic, aesthetic and gender diversity, environment, inclusion and citizenship.

Interculturality is considered as a paradigm of integration that seeks the harmonious coexistence of communities through the exchange of cultural expressions in the framework of equity, interaction, understanding and dialogue of knowledge to achieve Good Living. The present research uses qualitative methodologies that facilitate the analysis of the incidence of article 36 of the Organic Law of Communication of Ecuador, whose objective is to affirm interculturality and plurinationality through the revaluation of cultural heritage through the media. For this purpose, the typology of contents that are disseminated through the radios of the province of Cotopaxi for the rescue of visions, popular and ancestral knowledge is studied. In parallel, from the criteria of the radio directors studied, it is proposed to know who produces and creates materials destined to intercultural spaces and what is the participation of the native communities of Cotopaxi in the preparation of radio programs that promote the indigenous worldview. Finally, it is evident that the construction of intercultural radial production is conceived from the external perspective of the indigenous nationalities and the proposed content does not respond to the cultural dynamics of the ancestral communities settled in Cotopaxi. In addition, there is no equal integration and participation of native peoples in the democratization of the word, through the media. However, there are radio proposals, such as those of the Latacunga communication systems, that arose before the application of the Communication Law and that have allowed the promotion of the cultural legacy with the participation of indigenous actors and in their own language. Therefore, it is considered necessary to promote the preservation of cultural identity in the stations of the locality, from and to the communities.
