Romantic love is one of the most interesting and complex processes, bothsocially and individually. Defining it in one way is even more complex. However, we have all experienced it in one way or another. We find it in allsocial spheres and in all stages of life, generating sensations that are possiblyunique and particular. Nobody knows how or at what moment love hascome to us, but we experience it, and we accumulate experiences that havegiven us great satisfactions. But how do we fall in love? How did we learn todifferentiate what was love with respect to any other sensation or emotion? This article is based on the premise that nobody has taught us to love, and oursocial processes have allowed us to build fantasies and myths about falling inlove, which mark us in each of the romantic experiences of a couple, at sucha level that, When difficulties arise during the relationship, we do not knowhow to resolve them, because we think that eternal love will be perfect. Inview of this, the objective of this article is to give continuity to the reflectionsmade in the article "Love, falling in love and the body" (2017), but focusingon the processes of crisis, ruptures and dis-love that we all go through, takingreference the Latin American music “plancha”.

Objective: The purpose of the research was the isolation of microorganisms of the genusStaphylococcus and Bacillus Gram negative after two handwashing techniques, during the laboratorypractices of nursing students. Methodology: The research was correlational and transversal, carriedout in May 2018; The participants were 40 students distributed in two groups (Control and experimentalgroups). Samples were taken by swab from recently washed hands. The 11-step clinical handwashing(CML) was applied in the control group and the 3-cycle CML in the experimental group, after training.Isolation, identification and microbial count was carried out in suitable and selective culture media. The data was processed in the Excel program, using tests of statistical significance and descriptivestatistics. Results: Negative Staphylococcus cuagulase was isolated in 40% of the total participants; Depending on the type of washing this microorganism was found in 50% of participants who appliedthe 11-step CML, and in 30% of participants after the 3-stroke CML. Regarding the search for Gramnegativebacilli, Klebsiella spp was found in 5% of the total participants in the 3-stroke CML. Bacterialcounts were lower in the 3-stroke CML and a statistically significant difference of p = 0.033 (p≤0.05) wasobtained when comparing both washing techniques. Conclusions: There was a difference betweenthe two handwashing techniques in bacterial counts, with greater growth after the 11-step CML, andlower growth in the 3-stroke CML. The most frequent microorganism was Staphylococcus cuagulasenegative and in a minimum of samples, Klebsiella spp.

Objective. To determine the factors related to adverse drug events in children hospitalized in a health institution in Sucre-Colombia. Material and methods. Observational, descriptive, retrospective and relational study, in which 20 children were analyzed who had 23 Adverse Events for Drugs between January 2014 and June 2018. Results. 45% of the children were under one year of age and 91.3% were polyimedicalized. The most frequent EAM was the chemical phlebitis with 34.78%. 91.30% were preventable, because they were a consequence of human failures such as error in the prescription (13.04%), dispensation (13.04%), application of the wrong medication (30.43%), incorrect dilution (13.04) %), the permeability of the venous access was not verified (8.7%) and 17.3% were EAM tracers, that is, mistakes were made in several phases of the process. 43.47% occurred at night. There was a sentinel EAM and 65.22% were mild. There was no evidence of nursing follow-up after the EAM in 65.22% of the cases. There was a statistical relationship between prolongation of stay (p = 0.018), prescription (p = 0.018), nursing errors (p = 0.0023) and anatomical site affected (p = 0.001) with the occurrence of them EAM. Conclusions. EAMs are always present, because they are implicit in care; the prevention depends on the institutional commitment of the professionals before the correct fulfillment of their work and of involving the caregivers and the patient in their safety.
