Resumen
It is a theoretical reflection on the notion of objective truth associated with the “book” (in its broad historical expression, beyond the vegetal codex) as language-artifact as a deterministic mediator of knowledge. The article focuses on the scientific denialism in the Anthropocene as one of the fruits of the scientific paradigm that opposes reason and affectivity, an ontological problem of language, from which Information Science is born. The beginning of the Anthropocene here is confused with the nature’s machine of reproducibility, encapsulated by the book, from the 15th century onwards. As a social science responsible for the organization, classification and circulation of official scientific knowledge, its foundation - based on the fetishism of technique as a solution for progress - remains one of the challenges to be overcome in contemporary times. For the dialogue, we start with the transhistorical theory of Lev Vygotsky, the notion of epistemological rupture in Bachelard and the concept of technology in Álvaro Vieira Pinto

Resumen
In recent years, approaches concerning to the relationship between environment, economic system and society have been gaining strength in national and international debates due to the constant deterioration of living conditions on the planet, mainly through the acceleration of the depletion of natural resources and the exacerbated generation of waste. The current economic model based on overproduction and overconsumption lead the world to the ecological crisis and this “old” model should be modified or adapted to this crisis reality. Thus, reviewing organizational practices is now a crucial element to disclose the areas where the innovative efforts must focus. The circular economy emerges as an alternative to the traditional linear approach. The challenge of this proposal is to develop an innovative approach to overcome the current trade-off between the model of unlimited economic growth and the Anthropocene. These innovations must face the environmental problems experienced, and thus must be eco-innovations, a type of innovation that can promote the reduction of the consumption of natural resources, the emission of greenhouse gases and the generation of waste, among other environmental challenges. In this context, can eco-innovations contribute to building this necessary circular approach? The present study aims to shed light on this discussion through a literature review analyzing the important role of circular economy and its interrelation with the eco-innovations

Resumen
The present article discus the “rebel documents”, made by the Zapatista indigenous in their territory, in southeastern Mexico, willing to denounce the fallacies of progress guided by the capitalist logic of accumulation and exploitation. In this sense, we approach a discussion from economic history and revolutionary praxis about time and the theory of history, emphasizing the critical encounter between an epistemological and practical-informational perspective. From unavoidable principles as human dignity, connection and respect for nature and the demand for freedom of subordinate peoples throughout history, learning about the Zapatista experience reactivates our hope for another time and a possible “other world”

Resumen
Introduction: dental caries and malocclusions are concerns for patients and dental professionals due to their worldwide incidence, due to the oral manifestations that they trigger and due to the aesthetic alteration of the patient.Objective: to identify the incidence of caries, malocclusion and caries-malocclusion in 7th grade adolescents from the Basic Secondary School "XXX Anniversary of the Battle of Guisa" of the Bayamo municipality.Methods: a cross-sectional descriptive research was carried out in the 7th grade adolescents in the period from January 2017 to December 2018 with a universe of 142 students.Results: it was revealed that the male sex had an incidence of 85.71% of affectation by dental caries, the malocclusion affected 43.10% in the female sex; the incidence of caries-malocclusion in the population under study was 29.31% and 27.38% according to the female and male sex, respectively.Conclusions: the incidence of dental caries, malocclusions and caries-malocclusion was determined, which had a high incidence in the adolescent population.

Resumen
Introducción: el parto pretérmino es el principal problema obstétrico en la actualidad. Uno de los desafíos más importantes de la neonatología es el manejo integral del recién nacido de muy bajo peso.Objetivo: evaluar cuidados de enfermería mediante la aplicación del Proceso de Atención de Enfermería en recién nacidos menor de 1500 g.Métodos: estudio descriptivo, retrospectivo y observacional de 53 neonatos menor de 1500 g, para describir la muestra se utilizaron los números absolutos y porcientos, la asociación entre variables y la significación estadística mediante el estadígrafo Ji cuadrado.Resultados: la morbilidad fue más frecuente en el grupo menor de 30 semanas 23 (43,4 %), aportando este grupo la mayor supervivencia, 20 (37,7 %) vivos y la mayor mortalidad, 3 (5.7 %); recién nacidos con un peso entre 1250 g -1499 g 25 (42,2 %) y estadía entre 15-28 días 25 (47,2 %) también aportaron el mayor índice de sobrevida. Las complicaciones respiratorias 3 (58,5%) y la mayor mortalidad 2 (3,8%), ocurrió en pacientes con tiempo de ventilación mecánica mayor de 72 horas con 2 (3,8%); las expectativas fueron alcanzadas en 48 (90,6 %) y las acciones se evaluaron de bien en 47 80,7 %).Conclusiones: la supervivencia se relacionó de forma significativa a las acciones definidas en el proceso de atención de enfermería (p=0,003).

Resumen
Introducción: el desarrollo de las tecnologías de la información y las comunicaciones desempeña un papel fundamental en el progreso de nuevos sistemas de enseñanza-aprendizaje.Objetivo: diseñar un entorno virtual como herramienta didáctica para fortalecer el proceso enseñanza-aprendizaje de la estadística general en los estudiantes de la carrera de estadística de salud nivel técnico medio utilizando la plataforma Moodle.Métodos: se realizó una investigación de desarrollo en la Facultad de Ciencias Médicas de Bayamo en el curso 2019-2020. Se utilizaron métodos teóricos para la interpretación y procesamiento de la información y los referentes teóricos del tema; empíricos: análisis documental de los programas y orientaciones metodológicas, y para la valoración del producto por especialistas y usuarios, la encuesta en su modalidad de cuestionario. La metodología utilizada para el desarrollo del software fue Rational Unified Process.Resultados: se implementó una herramienta que permite a los profesores la gestión de cursos virtuales como un espacio en línea de apoyo a la enseñanza presencial. Su diseño proporciona facilidad de uso y de gestión, permite la administración de perfiles de usuario, la gestión de actividades y recursos de los cursos creados, y la administración del sitio.Conclusiones: el entorno virtual de aprendizaje responde a las necesidades del proceso enseñanza aprendizaje de la entidad. Sus funciones se corresponden con el modelo de diseño y los requisitos funcionales tienen una apropiada implementación.

Resumen
Introduction: with the opening to Information Technology and Communications in the country and mainly in the educational system, strategies have been developed to improve the quality of classes in Cuban classrooms. Learning objects are currently a powerful tool to support teaching, so it is necessary to deepen their study from a pedagogical perspective. With the aim of arguing about the theoretical references of learning objects for the study of Human Ontogeny, this bibliographic review was carried out.Development: the subject Human Ontogeny and SOMA is new within the study plan, for this reason the creation of means for learning is in full development, which are based on special didactics as an element of the pedagogical creativity of teachers, being necessary to argue the theoretical references of learning objects, their evolution in the teaching-learning process in Medical Sciences. Characterization, advantages and disadvantages.Conclusions: the Learning Objects provided the possibility for students to interact and streamline the processes, enhancing educational activities, which is very useful to strengthen the contents of Human Ontogeny.

Resumen
Introduction: every day it is more frequent to observe the concern of patients for the presence of mucogingival disorders, and within these, one of the most common is periodontal recession. This can be accompanied by root sensitivity, increased prevalence of caries and cervical abrasions.Case presentation: the case we presented was a 25-year-old male patient who came to our office concerned about his aesthetics and dental sensitivity to thermal changes. It presented a periodontal recession of 3 mm at the level of 13.Discussion: we decided to solve the problem with the semilunar flap technique, fulfilling the objective of the work by solving the problems of aesthetics and sensitivity of the patient once the root is covered and the width of the inserted gum is increased.Conclusions: on clinical examination the results showed a root coating, increase in the thickness of the inserted gum, decrease in dental sensitivity and aesthetics accepted by the patient.

Resumen
Introduction: Administration, management or management should be part of the formative path in undergraduate health careers. Training linked to the development of countries and professions, with appropriation and administrative knowledge of the health context.Objective: To reflect on the central themes of health management in the curricula of health sciences careers in Chile, during undergraduate training.Development: The curricula of health careers were reviewed in order to recognize subjects-modules of different health professions related to administration. Descriptive design was used, with theoretical-logical-reflexive analysis, with content analysis from scientific literature and critical reasoning of authors, on the analyzed construct. The use of terms such as administration, human talent management, management or management reflected in the curricula were agglutinated. Most of the careers do not contain these subjects. The Nursing career in all the universities that teach it, include thematic categories analyzed, which could favor the positioning of nursing in health center management areas, for being a guarantor in administrative activities of the services, to guarantee the management of care.Conclusions: The absence of administration and management subjects in the curricula of health careers in Chile could have repercussions on the graduates' profiles, besides interfering in clinical-health care management and leadership, necessary to manage and lead the human talent in health care.

Resumen
Introducción: La garantía del progreso y sostenimiento de una universidad médica, constituye una compleja tarea, que como la propia Educación Superior y los Sistemas de Salud, demanda una visión innovadora e intencionados esfuerzos de los directivos y el resto de los profesionales en esas instituciones.Objetivo: Exponer con un enfoque holístico, recomendaciones que contribuyan a la construcción de universidades desarrolladoras en el sistema de salud.Desarrollo: A partir de las ideas renovadoras del presidente de la República, Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez y de los resultados de las investigaciones de los autores de este artículo, se emiten recomendaciones sobre el necesario y pertinente reconocimiento de estos altos centros de estudio como entidades desarrolladoras, en las que ciencia e innovación muestren un rol protagónico. En estas se precisa de contar, intencionalmente, con la internalización por todos los actores, y especialmente de sus directivos, de los objetivos que estos deben alcanzar en la formación profesional y la superación de posgrado y en los impactos, que tanto sus resultados científicos como la formación de recursos humanos, produzcan a favor de la sociedad.Conclusiones: El éxito y la capacidad desarrolladora de una universidad médica debe alcanzarse con la intencionalidad de la proyección estratégica de todos los procesos, en el ejercicio de un liderazgo soportado en capacidades y ética profesional. Para ello deben dirigirse esfuerzos, con un enfoque holístico, hacia el alcance consecuente de ese objetivo, al precisar como elemento sustantivo, la formación en gestión científico investigativa de los directivos universitarios. Una actividad dialógica permanente de estos con los órganos científicos, ha de contribuir a la potenciación de una cultura profesional que sustente la calidad de los procesos sustantivos de la educación superior.
