Resumen
The supply chain has become one of the most important concepts regarding the current business environment; however, it focuses, almost exclusively, on the industrial sector, leaving services aside. In Latin America, the restaurant industry generates millions in sales every year, so analyze operating procedures is of great value to companies by the results that can be applied to seek to reduce time, effort and cost invested. The aim of this study was toestablish a procedure allowing the efficient supply of raw material required for day to day the restaurant industry. The main methods used were documentary analysis and interview. With the validation of the procedure, one of the main restaurant chains in the south-southeast of Mexico was obtained: reduction of time in picking orders, decrease of incidences in the supply chain and better work environment

Resumen
The study is carried out in the area of welding in the company Ciudad del auto (CIAUTO) for the four model car (M4), where the activities are identified in each of the work stations, as they are one work station where it is carried out Welding of the engine compartment, front and rear floor, work station 2 weld finishing, put three welding of the sides, put four welding finisher, put five installation of brackets, front and rear fenders, doors, post six installation of capot, gates, rails and finally the quality inspection post, in each of them using audiovisual resources the measurement, calculation and recording of normal times, standard times using as a work performance factor based on the Westinghouse tables, calculation of work supplements, company values, being 18191 seconds, a takt time of 2730 seconds with a on demand in that period of 10 units. With the standard times the precedence diagrams are made to determine the line balance and the corresponding work assignment with a total of 10 people, because the synchronized operations have to be performed both on the right and left side of the car

Resumen
According to ruling 38/2007 issued by the Constitutional Court on 15 February of that year, the freedom of religious denominations to make decisions concerning the suitability of those entrusted to teach their creed is subject to some control by the courts so as to ensure that religious and moral concerns and the fundamental rights of the teacher as a working professional are lawful and compatible. In this regard, whether or not the church authority has set out in writing the eligibility criteria regulating teachers is of vital importance. Revocation of such suitability is not a no-fault decision; the church authority is subject to religious and moral criteria and, therefore, the need for grounds of motivation may be inherent to any such determination.

Resumen
The apostolic exhortation Amoris laetitia and the 2014 and 2015 Synods have addressed the situation of Catholics who enter into a civil marriage following divorce. Greater involvement of such faithful in the life of the Church has been proposed, which raises the issue of whether they may serve in church offices and ministries, such as participation in pastoral councils, teaching religion in Catholic schools or leading catechesis in parishes. The concept of canonical suitability is analyzed in light of the teachings of the Magisterium of the Church and other general provisions; the second part of the paper suggests different criteria in relation to clear positions and other, less clear-cut situations.
