In 2018 Mexicans chose the most profound political change since the transition to democracy, leaving behind what in another work I have called authoritarian constitutionalism. The alternation has meant a change of regime in which a social transformation is announced. The transformation can take different paths and must be accompanied by ideas that inspire it. In this frame of mind, popular constitutionalism can be a useful theory in order for the transformation to take a democratic, participative and egalitarian direction, since it fosters political participation and democratic equality. It is time to forego the elitist theories of constitutional law and the minimalist understandings of democracy.

The formation of integral professionals, essential main characters of the necessary national socioeconomic transformation and local continues to be part of social responsibility of the university; however, the execution of this mission at the present time demands the approach and integration with the remaining actors of each territory that possess enough potentialities to participate in the pedagogic process of superior level. In correspondence with the above-mentioned the authors intended as essential objective the one of meditating about the educational potentialities that it presents the company like essential context in the process of the students' of engineers professional formation. He went possible to give execution to the purpose traced starting from a bibliographical review of the work of national and international investigators that, in the last years they have approached the thematic one. As a result, it is conceptualized and it defines the term educational potentialities; also, an analysis of some of the main educational potentialities identified in the managerial scenarios that convert them, next to the university, in contexts pedagogic essentials for the process of the engineering students' integral formation is carried out.

The Master degree course in Management, coordinated by the Center of Studies of Management, Local Development, Tourism and Cooperativism of the University of Pinar del Río “Hermanos Saiz Montes de Oca”, is aimed at enhancing the search for efficiency and effectiveness in the results of organizations and their effect on the sustainable development of the territory. It intends to encourage the systematic increase in the change capacity of the territory organizations, in correspondence with the conditions that the economic and social development of the country demands. The curriculum of the Master degree course is designed on the base of a system of objectives focused toward the development of skills in the students, in function of the scientific and technicians problems ‘solutions linked to the sphere of the management. However, this Program lacks an own mechanism that allow to evaluate its impact. For this reason, the purpose of this work is to design an evaluation system of impacts of the Master degree course in Management, which contributes to the continuous improvement of the Program quality. There was used the historical logical method from theoretical level with the aid of the documental analysis technique, fundamentally in the study of diverse models, systems and methodologies of impacts evaluation that served as theoretical-methodological referents, what allowed to determine its main contributions and limitations, as base for the carried out proposal. The proposed system has nine components, which, as a whole, will contribute to the continuous improvement of the mentioned program.

The need to orient the family on the development of the pre-school girl and boy skill in conversation and the inadequacies in the theoretical and methodological order to conceive the developing educational process, in the conditions of the home, are the motives that lead to the elaboration of a proposal for family orientation activities aimed at this end. As a starting point, an assessment is made of the different positions in the study and orientation of the development of the ability to converse, investigating the current situation through observation of the children and the survey of the parents, in addition to an interview that was applied to the parents to verify the effectiveness of the actions developed. The proposal contains a set of educational orientations, conceived with a direct, clear and accessible language; seen through all the procedures that are considered to give treatment to this important communicative ability, in the conditions of the home. In this sense, the development of the ability is facilitated in a timely, conscious and planned manner, while at the same time favouring the protagonism of the family. All of this makes it possible to encourage parents to play an educational role based on their active character in the education and development of their child, as well as providing valuable reference material for researchers or other people interested in this subject.

The development of spelling skills as part of the comprehensive training of the primary teacher, is today one of the main challenges in initial training, in particular, becomes a learning problem. The present work aims to present the results of the study carried out on the current state of the process of development of spelling skills in the career Degree in Primary Education at the University of Pinar del Río. To do this, the following methods were used: historical-logical, documentary analysis, teacher interviews, teacher-in-training surveys and observation of classes, which allowed us to verify the current status of this process in the initial training of the primary teacher. The dialectical-materialist method was taken as a methodological basis. From the systematization carried out it was possible to know that the topic has been little addressed in the particular context expressed. In the historical evolution of the training of graduates in this career has not been achieved the appropriation of the internal structure of this skill by students, which significantly limits the learning and practice of correct writing of the mother tongue.

The integration of Neuroscience knowledge in teacher formation is a challenge that must be assumed based on its pertinence for achieving better professional performance in the face of the challenges of inclusive education. The aim of this work is to propose a set of themes for the formation of Infant Education professionals on the relations between neurosciences and education. For this purpose, methods were applied at the theoretical level, such as analysis-synthesis, induction-deduction, content analysis, and modeling; at the empirical level: documentary analysis, observation, and the interview. For the tabulation of information, descriptive statistics was used. The integration of the results made it possible to make assessments of the existing strengths and weaknesses in this field. The proposal includes suggestions for the integration of diverse topics with subjects of the curriculum in the initial formation of the careers of Infant Education, its evaluation by means of integrating exercises and the realization of a course as a postgraduate response to the problems that persist in the training of teachers in exercises and the elaboration of a basic text with the systematization of the main contents of the neurosciences that contribute to inclusive education. As results the integration of the topics into the Special Education career formation curriculum was obtained, an increase in the quality of the integrating exercises with 90% of students with 5-mark evaluations, and the training of 14 teachers who reported high levels of satisfaction.

Books with teaching purposes should have a didactic approach in their content. They can be of rapid elaboration, socialization and distribution. Teachers during their teaching planning, produces documents and materials that can constitute a scientific book for teaching. There is a low scientific production of scientific and teaching books that can be used in teaching. Generally the optional subjects lack a bibliographical coverage that allows the students to have a specialized material that facilitates learning. The main aspect that limits this production is the lack of knowledge on the part of the faculty regarding the way to elaborate books with didactic focus destined to learning. The objective of the study was to identify the necessary aspects for the creation of academic books for teaching. To obtain results, methods were applied at the theoretical and empirical levels, mainly the documentary analysis. In the study, the teaching texts are classified from the content as basic texts or complementary texts, based on the form of presentation of the contents such as compilations and reading selections. The aspects for the elaboration of teaching texts and the way in which they should be evaluated as a way to guarantee their quality are established in order that the text has greater recognition and prestige in the scientific and academic community to which it is addressed.

The knowledge attained with humanity's own development has played a very important role. It is for this reason that one of the elements to which Higher Education aspires today is that university students manage their own knowledge, which can contribute greatly to strengthening the education of students and therefore their integral formation. This research is descriptive. The study was carried out in the Department of Primary Education. For the development of the research, theoretical, empirical and descriptive statistical level methods were used, which start from assuming the dialectical-materialistic method as a general method. The results of the diagnostic study made it possible to verify the scientific problem, which justifies the need to socialize a strategy that favors the management of knowledge in the students of the Primary Education career. The methodological strategy aimed at preparing teachers in the Department of Primary Education for students to develop skills in knowledge management is pertinent because it responds to a need of universities. Therefore, it should be insisted that teachers continue to develop increasingly flexible and creative actions that allow students to manage their knowledge according to the new requirements of Plan E.
