To direct, in a conscious way, the development of the thought during the process of teaching learning of the subjects, constitutes a fundamental objective of the Superior Education in Cuba. However, they are not sufficiently taken advantage of the possibilities that offer the same ones or subjects to favor this purpose. In this sense, the investigation tackled the theme of the development of the theoretic thought in the running Bachelor's Degree in Education in Physics at Holguín's University. He was offered of a methodology expedited by a method, once the stimulation of the development of the theoretic thought of the professionals in initial formation of the race was addressed to major's Degree in Physical Education at Holguín's University. I article the objective of the east you are to socialized the research findings developed. The study was accomplished from an investigating descriptive explanatory perspective and the recurrence to methods of the theoretic levels and empiricists, among themselves the historic logician, next to the logical procedures of analysis synthesis, as well as techniques of the scientific investigation like the interview and the opinion poll, in addition to the methods I experiment and longitudinal design panel. The partial intervention in practice revealed a gradual development of the operations and attributes of the theoretic thought once the process of teaching was evidenced in the students' active participation learning of The Physical General discipline. The successful results evidence that it comes in handy to accomplish studies that systematize the roads for the stimulation of the development of the theoretic thought in the students of the educational level considered through the process of teaching learning of the General Physics.

Business management throughout history has been concerned with achieving objectives and goals, through the use of strategies in order to try to guarantee the revenues that allow it to continue operating over time. The interest in achieving business efficiency has been key for modern researchers to have made important contributions to the epistemology of administrative sciences. The question then arises in the minds of administrators: Is it important to apply key performance indicators in the strategic management of health companies? Key performance indicators, or KPIs for its acronym in English, are part of the set of metrics that modern management uses to know if the business is achieving the objectives and goals set by senior management. Kaplan and Norton's Balanced Scorecard, since its appearance in 1992, has also been of great value for strategic business management. The objective of this study is to present the importance of the use of key performance indicators when applied in the strategic management of health companies through the use of a methodology based on the qualitative-descriptive and hermeneutical paradigm in the which was based on studies between 2017 and 2021 supported by the Google Scholar and SciELO platforms. The inclusion criteria were articles and texts that addressed the topics of: key performance indicators, business intelligence, strategic management and balanced scorecard. The continuous monitoring of the competitive environment in which the company is immersed, allows the adaptation of the metrics according to changes in the environment. To the extent that the metrics allow the company to become liquid, that is, make it easier to adapt to changes in the economic environment, effective and timely business decision-making will be facilitated.

It has been found that the structuralstability of the biofilm, as well as theclose proximity between bacterialcells, constitutes an ideal mediumfor gene transfer between the.  This mechanism allowsthe acquisition of DNA available in theexternal environment and generates atranscendental impact on the plasticityof the genome, the adaptation andevolution of bacteria. These characteristics take on special relevance when their implications manifest in antibiotic resistance.  

La generación de impactos ambientales por los vertimientos de las aguas residuales, es una problemática que se presenta a nivel mundial, afectando la salud humana, contribuyendo con la alteración de los ecosistemas; esta afectación se da principalmente en los países que se encuentran en desarrollo. Por lo cual, a través de los objetivos de desarrollo, se ha buscado proyectos que contribuyan a disminuir las alteraciones; es así que esta investigación analiza e identifica las principales actividades antrópicas, generadoras de aguas residuales que afectan directamente al Río Chiquito ubicado en el municipio de Pamplona Norte de Santander Colombia.     El trabajo presenta un diagnóstico ambiental de los componentes: biótico, abiótico y social; de igual forma una caracterización de la fuente hídrica en el sector de vertido del casco urbano, a través de los parámetros físico químicos y biológicos: pH, DQO, DBO, sólidos suspendidos, sólidos suspendidos totales y grasas, la cual contribuyó a conocer el estado actual de la corriente hídrica de acuerdo a la normativa ambiental colombiana, ejecutando una comparación con los valores límites máximos permisibles y hallando el grado de biodegradabilidad. Producto de la línea ambiental del casco urbano del municipio estudiado, se identificaron los impactos y se evaluaron a través de la metodología de Conesa, donde se describen las principales actividades antrópicas que se ejecutan en el municipio, con su valoración correspondiente; para finalmente brindar estrategias que contribuyan a mitigar, prevenir y/o compensar los impactos ambientales generados por los vertidos sin ningún tipo de tratamiento sobre este cauce. Se determinó que el vertido de este tipo de residuos líquidos, está generando alteraciones significativas al recurso hídrico, al no cumplir con los límites máximos permisibles, generando una preocupación para que las autoridades pertinentes tomen acciones, para minimizar los impactos generados en los diferentes componentes que se encuentran en la zona de estudio.    

Canis latrans, es una especie que posee grandes capacidades adaptativas lo que ha contribuido a su expansión por el continente americano. En esta investigación se busca analizar su proceso evolutivo y capacidad de expansión en este continente. Para analizar el proceso evolutivo se realizaron tres árboles filogenéticos y para conocer su expansión se realizaron modelados de nicho. De esta manera se pudo observar que no hubo consenso en cuanto a la posición de C. latrans en los árboles filogenéticos. Los modelados de nicho no muestran una diferencia significativa entre el pasado y futuro de la distribución de la especie.

Deben contener Titulo, autores, resumen, palabras clave, introducción, metodología, resultados, discusión, conclusiones y referencias bibliográficas. Su extensión es de 6 a 20 páginas.   Artículo de Revisión: Documentos resultado del análisis estructurado de información publicada en torno a un objetivo definido. Deben contener título, autores, resumen, palabras clave, introducción, materiales y métodos, resultados y discusión, conclusiones, y referencias bibliográficas. Su extensión es de 6 a 20 páginas.
