Resumen
This paper proposes an analysis of the anti-metaphysical and anti-philosophical posture of the poetry of Alberto Caeiro, in order to show how the philosophical question for Truth is displaced by an awareness of the impossibility of signs to tell the truth, which leads to a theory of lie that allows to create a possible world, real from within. Caeiro proposes a return to the realm of the no-semiotics, the pre-logical, but uses the material he refuses: language, signs, poetry. Thus, he stands on the edge of language and “embodies” the semiological project of recognize himself as a lie, a sign, a footprint without trace. By contradiction and paradox as tools of language, Fernando Pessoa, through his main heteronymous, combines philosophy and poetry, renounces the question for Truth –putting an end to the philosophical question– and deviates the unsolvable metaphysical opposition.

Resumen
In the present work we will try to make a critical approach to the treatment, by the russian formalism, of the category of history. To the extent that russian formalism resists, because of its heterogeneous nature, to be reduced to a lax set of principles, we will try to observe the way in which the category of the history was worked (with their respective revisions and mutations) throughout the years of formal school activity. In this framework, we will highlight the epistemological implications of each of these positions, without losing sight of the set of philosophical and scientific discourses in vogue in the Soviet Union of the 1920s.

July 17 is the world day of international criminal justice, marks the 21st anniversary of the adoption of the Rome Statute, the constituent instrument of the International Criminal Court (ICC), adopted at the "Diplomatic Conference of Plenipotentiaries of the United Nations on the establishment of an International Criminal Court".In this context, this article aims to reflect, from a legal-political perspective, on the importance of the ICC and the main challenges facing the Court, the international community and our country, in particular, in the fight against impunity.

This article gives a criminological perspective on hired killers in our country, in a special way shows the main psychosocial characteristics of the person who provides his "criminal work" in exchange for a benefit, generally economic, which reveals his lack of appreciation for the life of their peers and the generalized reproach of a society hungry for justice and drastic penal sanctions against crime. On the other hand, it addresses the problem of informal control systems, preventive work by the State and the importance of strengthening the formation ofthe individual through the family and primary social environments. It is mandatory that the Prosecutors justify because they ask for penalties. It would be ideal for them to carry out a development of argumentation similar to the instrument they apply, indicating the reasons that make their request permissive. Nothing exempts them from dispensing with an effort of justification when they intend to deprive a human being of their freedom. A Iushumanist policy hopes that the doors of justice are always open so that form of state intervention produces the same effect with a lower social cost. The second, includes some details about the ontology of legal norms compatible with epistemology.
