Resumen
The research presented in this article concerns the potential of social networks in a foreign language acquisition process. This study, which was carried out in a university context, aims at verifying if the use of social networks can have positive effects on students’ motivation, participation and involvement and if it reduces lexical errors in the target language. In order to test the initial hypotheses, we analysed and compared the lexical contents in the corpora generated by the comments made to 21 Facebook posts by two groups of participants: an experimental one (that had used the social network during the course) and a control one (that had never used any). The results show a decrease in lexical errors in the group that had used Facebook and this must be related to the specific dynamics of the social networks, which encourage cooperation, participation and motivation and, therefore, reveal their considerable potential in education.

Resumen
Diana M. de Paco is one of the most representative voices of women´s theatre of the 21st century. Based on gender studies, the present work analyses the theatrical strategies of the author, which enable the building of a womanly speech. The following pages explore how playwright place together elements as diverse as humour and tragedy delineating the shape of her personal poetics. The systematic and deep analysis of eight of Diana M. de Paco´s plays —from Polifonía, published in 2001, to the latest one, published in 2016 by Irreverentes editorial— shows the existence of common dramaturgical procedures which weave and refined a mature and defined poetic particularly effective in the expression —and the denunciation— of female speeches which has been ignored and silenced.

Resumen
This article constructs a dialogue between the poetics of the theatrical artists Marianella Morena (Uruguay) and Lola Arias (Argentina), who develop their work in a twinned geographical context, the Rio de la Plata scene. The selected proposals combine two common elements: the scenic treatment of the memory of the dictatorial violence and their work from the practices “of the real”. As we postulate, the analysis of Antígona Oriental by Morena and Campo Minado by Arias makes it possible to reflect on the ways of working in the construction of memory from the call for testimony and affectivity as an artistic and relational mechanism with the audience.

Resumen
Emmanuel Bove (1898-1945) is one of those writers who have recovered from decades of oblivion to become a cult author. The article briefly presents the phases of this rediscovery in France and focuses on the first references to him in Spain. The interest in foreign literature in Spain in the 1920s and 1930s explains his presence in the Spanish press and the first translations of his work. Moreover, it shows that in addition to being a respected author in France, his work had international repercussions. In addition, it becomes clear that the brief reviews of his contemporaries that appear in the press make an approximation to his first novels that is confirmed both by his later works and by the criticism of the end of the century.

Resumen
This article presents a description of the use of coherence mechanisms in the written expression in Spanish as additional language, of four communicative functions, among Haitian schoolchildren of III and IV year of high school. This is an exploratory and descriptive study based on the qualitative analysis of samples of written language. This study is oriented from function to form, since its objective is to determine what resources students perform for coherence in high-frequency functions at school. The analysis consisted of segmenting the informants’ texts and identifying the nature of the coherence relationships established between them by cognitive primitives (Sanders and Spooren, 2009 and Sanders et al., 2018). The results in general show the strong predominance of additive relational coherence and a noticeable use of the conjunction to establish coherence relations.

Resumen
The article offers the edition of nine literary texts —seven poems and two short tales in prose— copied on the two final folios of a miscelaneous cartapacio from the Biblioteca Nazionale di Napoli (ms. Brancacciano VI B 19). The small anthology, unpublished until now, provides original versions of well-known poems by Hernando de Acuña, Espinel and Castillejo and some new poems, one by Pedro de Gracia Dei and other anonymous ones, plus two folk tales. The edition is accompanied by an essential commentary and philological notes about each poem and some final considerations on the collection.

Resumen
This article aims to examine the position of literary topoi in the field of comparative literature using Escobar (2000) and Laguna Mariscal’s (1999) definition of topoi. One of the requirements for distinguishing a topos from similar literary terms is its recurrence in literary history from the classical tradition towards modern literature. As a result, the study of literary topoi always constitutes evolution, development, and comparison. To show this in practice, we introduce “murder for love” as a literary topos and trace its development in Eugene O’Neill’s tragedies Desire Under the Elms (1924) and Mourning Becomes Electra (1931). The results of the study validate the necessity of comparison (in the sense of looking for parallel structures or syntaxes) when examining literary topoi. Consequently, when analyzing the development of “murder for love” in O’Neill’s plays, it is essential to look for its architextual relationships with classical texts, such as Medea narratives.
