The quality of presentations of research results has been a subject that has not been addressed much, seen as the ability to elaborate and present a report that summarizes the results of a research. Students, professors, directors and professionals in general often participate in scientific activities at different levels and face this task; there are quite a few examples that at this peak moment, have marked deficiencies. Such situations place the authors of this work before various challenges that must be addressed. The purpose of this research is to reflect on a group of elements that determine the quality of the presentations of research results.

Introduction: The thought of Fidel Castro in relation to the application and generalization of the scientific results is wide and profound. Thesis from his thought about science, its development and contribution to society, and in a particular way his ideas about the application and generalization of the scientific results and the ethic associated to these processes, are identified. Objective: To expose some ideas of Fidel in relation to the application and generalization of the scientific results. Methods: A bibliographic systematic revision; it reached as a starting point the speech in the Auditorium of the Academy of Sciences in 1960, and the speeches in the different editions of the Science and Technique Forums. In the study of the speeches the direct analysis of the content was applied. Development: The application and generalization of the scientific results captured space in the oratory of Fidel Castro. His discourse persisted to persuade the auditorium to assume a position, attitude or action of political type, cither in the general framework of the society, or in the stretched framework of an institution. This persuasive strength in the treatment of a scientific and social interest topic, as it is the generalization of the scientific results joined to an ethical behavior, permitted us to structure the main thesis derived from the study of the thought of Fidel about the application and generalization of scientific results. Conclusions: Thesis derived from the study of Fidel¢s thought about the application and generalizations of the scientific results were identified.

From March 27 to 29, 2019, the First International Symposium on Quality in Health was held, with headquarters at the La Pradera International Health Center, Havana, Cuba. The Symposium was attended by more than 180 professionals, including delegates from countries such as Canada, Peru, Colombia and Ecuador. The event was honored with the presence of Dr. Michael Murray, member of the Accreditation Council of the Isqua and the Accreditation Program of Canada, who gave the conference "Continuous improvement and excellence in services" and developed a work program. Books were delivered and specialized visits were made to health institutions in the capital. The First International Symposium on Quality in Health was an appropriate occasion to call for participation in the First National Colloquium on Quality and Patient Safety, to be held next year (2020) and the Second International Symposium on Quality in Health in the year 2022.

No. 29 (2019): INFODIRPags: 164-184Este breve relato testimonial recuerda la experiencia vivida en la República Popular de Angola en los meses de junio y julio de 1987, en el duodécimo año de la guerra en aquel país, que trataba de afianzar su reciente independencia del colonialismo portugués, mientras se encontraba amenazada por las fuerzas del imperialismo y el racismo representados por la República Sudafricana y los poderes más retrógrados y reaccionarios de nuestro mundo. Una epidemia provocada por el vibrión colérico podía diezmar tanto a los civiles cubanos y angolanos como a las tropas cubanas y del MPLA, disminuyendo la capacidad combativa de las mismas.Se relatan las experiencias recibidas y lecciones aprendidas en ese período en la República Popular de Angola que permitió a Cuba y la epidemiología de nuestro país salir victoriosas. Sin embargo aún tienen mucho que aportar y todavía mucho que aprender.

Considering that institutions serve as a framework for the interactions that take place between the various social actors among which the State plays a central role but without being an exclusive actor within the social fabric, this research has the primary objective of analyzing the educational impact of social programs for boys and girls in the Solidaridad and Castañares neighborhoods of the City of Salta. The adopted theoretical approach develops from the notion of Social Institutionality, since it is understood that social programs and the actions that emerge from them are contextualized in a social framework or in networks that, when institutionalized by facilitating collective actions, bring about the formation of social capital. It is based on the assumption that maintains that social programs for children have different results in educational matters, depending on to the contexts and areas addressed, and asses this point both qualitative and quantitative methodology will be used.

Este artículo refleja el proceso de inmersión inicial de la investigación “Migración y prácticas territoriales de la comunidad boliviana en la Ciudad de Salta, Argentina: la situación de los mi-grantes en los barrios populares”, que se inscribe en un programa más amplio, denominado “Migraciones y gobernabilidad”, en el cual participan las carreras de Psicología, Arquitectura y Relaciones Internacionales de la Universidad Católica de Salta, Argentina. El equipo de investi-gadoras se propone articular la información producida por las diferentes áreas involucradas a partir de una mirada interdisciplinaria, con el fin de facilitar el acceso a insumos que sustenten la formulación de políticas y programas que atiendan los retos y oportunidades del fenómeno de las migraciones.
