Resumen
Crypto-assets pose a significant challenge for regulators and supervisors, not only because of their disruptive features, but also because of the speed of their evolution and their ability to provide new products and services. This article aims to analyze firstly, the evolution of crypto-assets as an alternative way of financing and their regulatory environment, and then to outline their scope of consolidation and the new challenges that lie ahead.

Resumen
This investigation provides a solution to the problematic situation in the paperwork offices that can cause innumerable negative effects for the direction of the country and the lives of citizens. One of the alternative solutions consists in the use of simulation since it is useful, before applying changes, to know the impact that they can bring. The objective of the work is to show the advantages that agent-based social geo-simulation offers compared to the traditional simulation used previously to face this problem, in terms of support for decision-making. The main results were the design of a system and a simulation model that included geographic information systems and random behavior. From the results it was shown that the simulated model carried out provides a greater degree of information than the previous solution approach.

Resumen
The assumptions of a new strategic paradigm, enhancer of the transcendence of the relational human being and of the organizational strategic communication and the model of the 5'P of Mintzberg for its practical and organizational utility served as support for the design of the action model of the rescue and rescue brigades in the face of disasters. For its execution, the following were applied: Cronbach's a reliability coefficient, McKinsey's 7S model and Kendall's non-parametric W test. It was evidenced that the result achieved provides the Cuban Fire Department with a management tool for the training, categorization, evaluation and better professional performance of chiefs, specialists and technicians of the specialty.

Resumen
The article aims to present the management by competencies within two service-oriented entities, but organized by different forms of management. Documentary analysis, interviews, Delphi by rounds, questionnaire were used as methods, allowing an initial diagnosis of the aforementioned approach and the determination of the competency system. ARQDECONS management has achieved to assess its staff and to design an appropriate training process, taking into account observed development of their competencies. At CENCEC organization, the organizational competencies were updated along with their conceptualizations, prior to redesign the rest of the system. The most relevant results include the use of the competency approach in two entities from different sectors. Both experiences are useful as a reference to achieve greater intentionality and efficiency in the Training and Performance Evaluation processes.

Resumen

Resumen
The need to manage substantive processes with integrated and multi-stakeholder approaches by competencies in Municipal University Centers is a condition for aligning strategic planning with the demands of the municipality. The objective of this research is to establish a conceptual model, to develop the methodological and practical actions of competency management with integrated and multi-actor approaches in the substantive processes of the Municipal University Centers, to align the Strategic Planning with the demands of the municipality. The methods used are group work, analysis of reports and documents and implementation of applicable regulations. The main results were obtained from the conception achieved, which allowed to establish the conceptual model, to manage by competencies, with integrated and multi-actor approaches, the substantive processes of the university institution, aligning the strategic planning with the demands of the municipality. The conclusions reflect the results obtained, reaching the intended objective.

Resumen
It is proposed to optimize the service process for payment of salaries to workers, as an alternative to face the Coronavirus Infectious Disease 2019 (COVID-19) in the sugar agro-industrial enterprise Argentina. To emulate the behavior of the variables, based on a randomized experiment and with the application of exponential probability distribution, the spreadsheet was used for repetitive sampling using queue theory. A software was developed that bases its algorithm in the Mathematical Simulation Model referred. It is concluded that the implemented tool contributes to the decrease of client waiting time in queue, at the same time, improves decision making, which influences the reduction of exposure to contagion by the COVID-19.

Resumen
Smart labels are essential in the pharmaceutical sector for the control and traceability of medicines. The objective of the article is to evaluate the situation of labeling in a pharmaceutical company and propose recommendations to improve the traceability of products throughout the supply chain. An intelligent labeling methodology was defined to improve the labels of the Pharmaceutical Laboratory Company for Injectable Vials, Eye Drops and Aerosols (AICA). In order for each level of packaging to contain a label with a unique standardized identification code, the GS1 standards system was studied and the automatic capture level was deepened, comparing labels with traditional codes and smart label technologies. It was concluded that the use of Global Standards One (GS1) and Automatic Identification and Data Capture (AIDC) technologies are recommended at all levels of packaging in AICA enterprise.

Resumen
Esta investigación tiene como objetivo determinar el nivel de riesgo por manejo manual de cargas y su afectación en los Trastornos musculoesqueléticos de los trabajadores de una curtiembre. Para el presente caso de estudio, se integraron cuatro metodologías: cuestionario nórdico, riesgos por levantamiento de cargas ISO 11228 –1, Empuje y tracción de cargas ISO 11228 –2 y descenso de cargas, y Manipulación Guía Instituto Nacional de Seguridad e Higiene en el Trabajo (INSHT). Los puestos analizados presentan un nivel de riesgo no aceptable, tanto en el de pelambrado como en el de descarnado mientras que en el de divido el nivel de riesgo es moderado. El cuestionario nórdico de trastornos musculoesqueléticos revela que el 100% de los trabajadores presentan dolencias osteomusculares, principalmente en la zona de la espalda 83%. En conclusión, se evidenció que todos los operadores del área de ribera sufren molestias musculoesqueléticos en diferentes zonas del cuerpo relacionados con el manejo manual de cargas.

Resumen
The strategic components of the organizational culture need to be managed in interaction with the facilitating mechanisms, since the holistic relationship of these elements favors the dynamization of the organizational culture from corporate social responsibility. The objective of this research focuses on determining the strategic components and facilitating mechanisms that contribute to the dynamization of the organizational culture from corporate social responsibility in ETECSA. The methods used were: bibliometric study and bibliographic review that made it possible to carry out a search for the main elements that characterize the object of study, a network analysis, the dendrogram, the weighted evaluation and a reduction by filtering through the criteria of experts to know the facilitating mechanisms present in the company. As a result, it was found that the strategic components are: leadership, values, skills, communication, structure, business strategy and job satisfaction; and as facilitating mechanisms: induction, coordination, teamwork, participation, autonomy and flexibility.
