Resumen
The study of the conceptualization of the individualization, of the pedagogical differentiation and of the Universal Design for Learning formed the nucleus around which the main ideas and reflections of the presente article revolved with the objective of outlining some key aspects of the conceptualization of the individualization , of the pedagogical differentiation and of the Universal Design for Learning (DUA). The methodology used was based on the bibliographic review of primary sources, using as methods the inferential critical reading and the analysis and synthesis. The sources were obtained as a result of the searches made in different databases and portals of scientific information available on the network. The application of theoretical-level methods, including analysis and synthesis, allowed us to verify the
agreement of the different positions in relation to the importance of individualization and differentiation, whose foundations have to be assumed as an essential starting point in response to the diversity of the student body and as a reference for the application of current proposals, among which stands out the Universal Design for Learning with which it has been proven that they have a close relationship. As a result of the study, the role of the preparation and training of teachers for the creative application of the theoretical budgets presented as references for the development and application of methodological tools aimed at promoting successful learning and comprehensive training the students was underlined.

Resumen
The objective of this article was to analyze the innovations of Silence procedure in Ecuador through the critical study of the new Organic Administrative Code, which entered into validity on July 8, 2018. The silence procedure, as a consequence of the constitutional right of petition, and which represents a solution for people who have presented requests or claims before the government, has undergone a significant transformation with the entry into force of the new Organic Administrative Code (OAC). Thus, we analyze its foundation on the right of petition, its modifications for its configuration in the administrative proceedings and we carry out a critique of the reform in terms of its enforceability, which went from administrative litigation to ordinary justice in civil courts.

Resumen
In this dissertation we will address some of the didactic keys that a Spanish-language teacher will consider in their teaching-learning process. Among those keys we have the current vigor of our language; know that the language is primarily an oral phenomenon; that the linguistic community is the repository of language; that the linguistic use and the grammatical norm dialogue in the language; that the human being has a range of languages; highlight the difference and relationship between phonetics, phonology and writing of Spanish; and that the teaching of grammar should aim to capture the immense potential of our language for communication.
