The aim of this text was to identify and analyze the role of The Africa Water Vision for 2025 (AWV2025) regarding access to water for human consumption in Mali. Key actors who promoted the creation of the Vision were interviewed in the African Union headquarters in Ethiopia and questionnaires were applied in twolocalities in Bamako, the capital of Mali. The results showed that although AWV2025 is a document referred to in political messages and discourse , it fails to reflect the reality of Mali, since the situation of access to drinking water in the areas studied is dismal. The author concludes that the representative associations of local government lack clarity regarding the objectives of water programs and in some cases the requirements of water law, which highlights the enormous lack of coordination of those responsible for performing public functions related to water management.

This article conducts a documentary analysis of the conceptual orientations related to the idea of ​​environmental education. As part of the approach, the emerging perspectives that question an abstract education model, designed to make relationships of equality between human beings sustainable, are highlighted. The article underlines the need for environmental education committed to social change and presents the features of what is considered an emerging paradigm in this disciplinary field of environmental education as a conclusion. This paradigm is extremely important, because although it corresponds to the qualitative analytical vision of the researcher, it contributes to a new proposal of environmental education as an integral part of the new contents and educational models.

In this paper we describe the emergence and development of a new generation of studies in political ecology known as posthumanist political ecology. Based on a wide literature review, we trace its main influences, its central topics of analysis and the advantages it provides to understand our relationship with the environment, at a time when it is increasingly difficult to distinguish between the social and natural domains. Posthumanist political ecology makes use of concepts such as relational ontology, a more than human agency and performativity to overcome the limited definitions of what is human and assign variable degrees of agency to what is non-human. The development of adequate methodologies is an important challenge in this area, but it is necessary to consider that it is not about improving our representations of the non-human but rather of experiencing the environment in new ways. Posthumanist political ecology offers us new ways to think and explore our encounters with the non-human and, at the same time, to reflect on what it means to be human today.

La familia como célula de la sociedad es la instancia primaria y básica de socialización del ser humano que se lleva a efecto entre padres, hijos, hermanos, abuelos, primos, …; es la primera fuente de apoyo ante situaciones desfavorables como la economía, salud, relaciones afectivas; sin embargo, esta puede verse afectada cuando uno de sus miembros sufre alguna calamidad, influyendo en las instancias psíquicas y afectivas del sujeto que la adolece, en este caso de alguna enfermedad crónica. El objetivo de la investigación consistió en identificar la incidencia del soporte familiar en el estado emocional de los pacientes con enfermedad renal crónica en Manadiálisis de la ciudad de Portoviejo. Para la puesta en marcha de este estudio de carácter cuantitativo, de nivel descriptivo y correlacional, se aplicó una encuesta estructurada a familiares y personal médico del Centro, y a los pacientes, la escala de valoración del estado de ánimo, instrumento diseñado para evaluar cuatro estados emocionales de carácter situacional con entidad clínica: depresión, ansiedad, hostilidad y alegría. En los resultados se destaca que los estados emocionales de ansiedad y alegría son preponderantes en los pacientes y que la familia los apoya física y emocionalmente en todo el proceso que implica el tratamiento, ratificando el rasgo cultural de la familia manabita: “la familia está para apoyarse”

Abstract The Program Visualization Techniques perform graphic representations and high level abstractions that describe the code and data of the program, transforming the traditional information into a more meaningful one that facilitates the understanding by the programmer, which constitutes a problem to be solved at present. The objective of this work is to analyze the role of technology-mediated teaching as an alternative to the traditional teaching model, the impact of software visualization tools, as well as the adequate theoretical bases for the use of these systems to help the process of teaching-learning, that contribute to elevate the excellence of the teaching process in the career in Computer Systems Engineering of the Southern State University of Manabí in Ecuador. Tools and strategies are used to show the stages in the design and implementation of algorithms, which allow us to conclude that Piaget's constructivist approach, meaningful teaching and psychogenetic approach must be foundations to be considered in order to design environments mediated by technologies that will allow the development of applications effective educational in the teaching of Computer Programming, thus facilitating collaboration and exchange between the subjects of the process; Likewise, it is determined that Piaget's approach is very useful to diagnose what the student already knows and how to go, gradually, using their potentialities, incorporating the new concepts always in a higher level of complexity, respecting their rhythm so that they can assimilate, accommodate and apply what has been learned, developing new mental structures. Abstract: Social networks have become an ideal platform to raise awareness and increase the visibility of a brand or company and also to interact and analyze the actions of customers and followers of these. This paper presents the impact of a corporate page on Facebook to strengthen business management, the promotion of products, events and services, digital marketing, customer loyalty and the visualization of the corporate results of the National Association of Economists. and Accountants of Cuba in Granma. Graphic design methods, images and techniques of work in teams are applied to achieve the creation of the page, the administration and daily update of the information, the increase of the visibility of the entity on the Internet and the interaction with related people and organizations. of the country and the rest of the world; which allows reaching the goal of presence in the network, as the first stage of the Cuban Information Strategy of the company and ensures that the work of the entity is valued by an increasing number of customers or potential customers in the province and the country. It also develops an excellent alliance with the Information Technology Management Center, which translates into new services, strategies to computerize the entity, training in information technologies for business management and in the area of ​​Information Security. Abstract Granma's Information and Technology Management Center (CIGET) offers a range of services in the scientific-informative area through projects, which are managed in Excel documents, as well as the contracting, billing and other associated process, which together with other deficiencies slows down its work, introduces errors in the data and therefore disadvantages the process of making decisions in the organization. This research focuses on the development of a web application to improve the management of information associated with CIGET's services projects, to speeding up the flow of data, as well as obtaining the accurate information in a secure way, its consistency and centralization. The application development process was guided by the methodology Extreme Programming. Technologies such as the MySQL 5.5 database manager and web development frameworks like Laravel 5.4 and Bootstrap 3.3 are used, where the Ajax technique enables the exchange of information in most requests, and the fluid graphical interfaces facilitate its use in different devices. The implementation of the system in the entity, means an improvement in the management of information, obtaining statistics, and therefore, in decision making, also decreases labor burdens and contributes to the use of technological infrastructure in the entity, that is to say, to use the new technologies in function of their business processes. Abstract The design of algorithms and their subsequent coding have always had a high level of complexity, cognitive skills are required as the ability of abstraction, a good logical-mathematical aptitude and the ease for the efficient solution of algorithms, to which the necessity to motivate and encourage creativity. Concept maps have proven very useful to achieve meaningful learning in this subject. This paper aims to analyze the role and impact they have on teaching, learning and evaluating computer programming, as well as assessing the advantages that the cMapTools tool offers for collaborative work in networks, which can be integrated as an object of learning to a teletraining platform. It is concluded that the maps allow to guide the students to learn, to organize the learning materials, the concepts and, above all, to visualize processes as complex as the recursion; the cMapTools has been used to create conceptual mapping environments that contribute to a better understanding of various topics of computer programming, facilitates synchronous and asynchronous collaboration, record and graphically reproduce the steps taken in the construction of the map, it is a software free and easy to use. The constant development of technologies, Internet and telecommunications, have caused society to turn towards a digital context based on connections. Higher education has evolved, changing both the way of learning and the way of teaching, with technology being the transversal axis in every educational process, which is why the present research analyzes digital platforms (Facebook, YouTube, twitter) as a new style of learning in higher education in Ecuador, particularly at the University of Guayaquil specifically in the Faculty of Philosophy Letters and Education Sciences, in the Multimedia Systems career, where a descriptive study was conducted with the participation of 200 students and 12 teachers who received a structured survey of 20 questions with 12 items, the result of the study indicated that 82.42% of respondents feel satisfied to use digital platforms, especially Facebook and YouTube, in the teaching-learning process. 92% consider them as help in their academic activities, and 94% use them as communication channels. ommunication student-teachers. 78% of students improved their academic performance, 96% agreed that digital platforms improve the group's learning levels. So it was concluded that it becomes a need for teachers to rethink their role in the classroom as a mediator between knowledge and technology, incorporating digital platforms into the curriculum as a new learning style in the career of Multimedia Systems.

Abstract o Summary It is important that, in accordance with the quality standards demanded by the Universities, a humanistic training should be provided alongside the academic development, so it is possible to identify the students that face obstacles or difficulties involving family, personal or social issues that may affect their academic performance and the search for a possible solution that is given by means of correspondence between the teacher and student in the process of supporting him/her, which offers orientations and defined actions that promote the permanence of the students to achieve their professional goals. About 6 years ago, San Gregorio de Portoviejo University created the Department of University Welfare, whose members direct and execute the program of student support. The present research work has allowed to examine the process through a survey applied to a sample of the undergraduates during the period September 2016 February 2017.The obtained results confirm that a large part of the pupils, during the interviews, activities and formative events have been oriented and fully supported by the tutor in the process of supporting the student, but also a significant percentage of them stated that the process has not been of benefit in their university stay, which allows to consider that this process is not covering the total amount of the students, being necessary to analyze all the activities that were carried out in this process to establish changes and variations in the procedure of supporting the student  in order to accomplish welfare, support and permanence of the total of the scholars in this institution of higher education.
