The purpose was to develop a methodology for the implementation of Standard NTP ISO / IEC 17025: 2017 for the accreditation of soil, concrete and pavement testing laboratories in private universities in Peru, for which the PMBOK and the requirements of Standard NTP ISO / IEC 17025: 2017. The methodology was structured into three main components: diagnosis, management, operation and maintenance, each of which contains a group of formats structured according to the regulatory requirements to be implemented. The proposed methodology is a tool to help university laboratories that aspire to be accredited, that guarantee the quality and reliability of the tests and contribute to their management as a training, research and service center. In Peru there are few accredited laboratories of universities, a problem that is reflected in the positioning of our country in terms of quality infrastructure, in this sense, the proposed methodology would be very helpful in the process of accreditation of laboratories and therefore improve the quality of the infrastructure.

A study carried out to measure whether the postural alteration is associated with low back pain in the administrative staff of Hospital III Daniel Alcides Carrión Essalud Calana - Tacna 2017. Observational, analytical, prospective and cross-sectional research at the relational level. We worked with the total of the administrative staff of Hospital III Daniel Alcides Carrión Essalud Calana - Tacna 2017, who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria of those who collected the data of the postural tab for sitting, duly validated and filled out by the participants. It was found that in the first 10 hours of the morning, the intermediate and anterior positions predominate in the increase of pain and in the following hours it is the anterior position that exacerbates the pain followed by the intermediate one. There is no significant difference with the variable nutritional status of workers and linkage with low back pain. There is a directly proportional relationship between pain intensity and working hours (p: 0.03). A significant difference is observed in the evolution of pain at 12:30 pm. According to sex, the pain is greater in the female staff, time of service (p: 0.002) and early work days especially in the staff with service time of 21 years to more.

The consulting companies that are engaged in market research and the development of public and private projects are facing the excessive time spent in the field, which results in the loss of customers and under the commitment of the services that are offered. During the data collection, there is a non-sample error, which comes from the interviewee, where they are not sufficiently objective and sincere with their performance on the survey. For this study we consider the veracity patterns to admit a survey that can come from: questionnaires, scales or inventories. The objective of this study was to develop an android application that allows to elaborate a veracity model of surveys in urban and rural areas. In this context, the research shows a solution based on a model of veracity of surveys, which is based on an android application and that can be used in any District, it also allows to perform supervisions on the personnel (pollsters) that perform field work and finally to monitor the assessment under population parameters. The present research, according to the characteristics of the problem is of an applied type of relational level and experimental design, the population study was concentrated in the Ancocala and Calacala CPMs of the Cairani district of the province of Candarave, with a sample of 96 households, the informant being the head of household, therefore the sample is non-probabilistic and for convenience, since it will only serve to verify the degree of veracity of the survey. It was possible to apply programmable patterns in an android application to generate a model of veracity of surveys (87.50% of truthfulness and 12.50% of lies in the applied surveys). It is concluded that the traditional method failed to detect the sincerity in the performance of the surveys based on the socioeconomic levels.

The development of this research work is focused on the relationship between the participation in trade fairs of the associated companies in Pro Olivo and its performance, period 2016 - 2017, which allows to establish how participation in trade fairs is related to performance, product promotion, competitive level and achievement of business objectives; The present research work is non-experimental at an explanatory, descriptive level, because data is obtained directly from the reality object of study according to the purpose of "the research. The area of ​​"research is framed in foreign trade, related to international fairs in the department of Tacna considered as a region that has a developed export vocation that are driven by state agencies and mainly by the Ministry of Production who comes implementing public policies to promote "exports. Likewise, "it has been observed that there is a need to improve the performance of the companies associated with Pro Olivo, which will allow improving their productivity, the quality of their products and therefore have a better offer in front of the" international markets. It is concluded that there is a direct relationship between the participation in trade fairs of the associated companies in Pro Olivo and their "performance.

The development of this research work is focused on the aspects related to proper risk management, as a tool to minimize the possibility of error that may occur in control actions, taking into account that there is no intention to perform an act illicit until proven otherwise. The present research work is non-experimental because data are obtained directly from the reality under study, it is also descriptive, then explanatory and finally correlated according to the purpose of the research. The research area is framed in the customs control, establishing how the risk management influences the actions of control posts in the Tacna customs intendancy, through the strategic level, tactical level and operational level. Likewise, the lack of control actions by the customs administration has been observed, since the inspection of merchandise is necessary in order to be able to control the transit of goods according to the regulations in force, the immobilization and seizure does not have a adequate control for the lack of security measures and also operative control often do not have the necessary logistical support. So finally it is concluded that the implementation of adequate Risk Management significantly influences the actions taken in the Control Posts of the Customs office of Tacna, 2016 period.

The main objective of this research is to measure the influence of the factors of the labor area in the organizational climate in the group of workers of Silver Lake S.A.C. The proposed model is evaluated based on measures present in a company in the city of Tacna and it is investigated which have the greatest impact on certain organizational outcome variables. The methodology of this research work corresponds to the type of basic research, and the design of the research is explanatory in order to establish the level of influence of the factors of work activity in the organizational climate of the company Silver Lake S.A.C. The obtained results allow to verify that the age, the masculine sex and the areas like the administration, control, and distribution are those that greater negative influence have on the organizational climate of the company.

The present investigation arises through the observation of the different structural problems that appear in the affirmed ones. These deteriorations are diverse and many of them are the product of the poor quality of the materials used in the construction of the affirmed roads. Objective is to determine the impact of the mechanical properties of the roads at the level of the reinforced synthetic fibers in the province of Moho, in the year 2017. The comparison of the mechanical properties of the synthetic without adding synthetic fiber was carried out. with respect to deformation (mm) (1), versus the mechanical properties of affirmed with the addition of synthetic fibers with 0.1% of the weight of soil in terms of deformation (mm) (2). For this, Pearson's r correlation was applied and it was determined how it affects the design of the affirmed. The Pearson r correlation was used. The level was experimental, applicative and correlational. It requires 0.1% of polypropylene fiber per weight of the loose one in order to improve the resistance to the cutting effort of a truck of 3.44 tons in a wheel; in the same way, produce an increase of the CBR to reduce the thickness of the initial one in 2cm.

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la incidencia de la aplicación de la estrategia de resolución de problemas en los niveles de logro de aprendizajes significativos en el curso de matemática IV, en la carrera profesional de Ingeniería Civil, en el semestre académico 2014-I en la Universidad Privada de Tacna. De tipo aplicada, con un diseño de investigación cuasi experimental. La población de estudio estuvo constituida por 467 estudiantes matriculados en los cursos de matemática del plan de estudios de la carrera profesional de Ingeniería Civil. La muestra estaba compuesta por 45 estudiantes distribuidos en dos grupos, uno de control y el otro experimental. Los grupos de estudiantes fueron tomados en forma no aleatoria, y los tamaños fueron de 19 y 26 estudiantes respectivamente. La técnica de recolección de datos fue el examen y encuesta, con pruebas de entrada y salida en ambos grupos, cuestionario de percepción de la aplicación de la estrategia. Los resultados demostraron que la aplicación de la estrategia de resolución de problemas, en el curso de matemática IV, permitió elevar el nivel de logro de los aprendizajes significativos, de insuficiente (100%) al nivel de logro de muy bueno (69%) y sobresaliente (15%), haciendo total de 84% mayor a muy bueno, en los estudiantes del cuarto ciclo de la carrera profesional de Ingeniería Civil. En conclusión, se logró comprobar que la aplicación de la estrategia de resolución de problemas, tiene alta incidencia en el resultado de los aprendizajes significativos, ello se evidencia en los resultados de la prueba de salida, en los estudiantes del grupo experimental en el curso de matemática IV, alcanzando el nivel de muy bueno.

The research carried out is of a social legal nature, of a descriptive-exploratory and dogmatic-juridical nature. Anonymous questionnaires (17 multiple choice and dichotomous questions) were applied to 341 participants, including trial lawyers in family violence, public defenders, magistrates and family court clerks, lawyers for the Women's Emergency Center (Tacna) and family prosecutors (holders and deputies). Likewise, a document analysis sheet was applied to collect data on 338 resolutions of hearings on protection measures in family violence processes. The investigation sought to determine the effectiveness of the protection measures granted to victims who denounce family violence before family courts of the Superior Court of Justice of Tacna (CSJT). Based on the results of the survey conducted and the review and analysis of the judicial resolutions, it was concluded that the protection measures granted to the victims by the magistrates of the four Family Courts of the CSJT are effective since guarantee the right to the integrity of the victims. Likewise, although the law itself expressly states that the National Police of Peru is the entity responsible for executing the protective measures ordered by the corresponding family court, most of the respondents consider that there is effective supervision of compliance with the measures of protection, this means that there is periodic follow-up of said measures granted in favor of the victim. On the other hand, the perception of the surveyed justice operators is that Law 30364 and non-regulation of conciliation is more effective than Law 26260, since Law 30364 guarantees the victim's right to integrity, generates more trust in justice and judges and projects it as a more severe measure to society.

El presente trabajo de investigación trata sobre la fragmentación del juicio oral y la afectación de la calidad del juzgamiento en el Juzgado Penal Colegiado de la Corte Superior de Justicia de Tacna-2016, la que se llevó a cabo con el propósito de determinar si la fragmentación del juicio oral afecta a la calidad del juzgamiento, en el Juzgado Penal Colegiado de la Corte Superior de Justicia de Tacna-2016. Para ello se estableció la siguiente hipótesis: Probablemente la fragmentación de la audiencia del juicio oral, afecte considerablemente la calidad del juzgamiento en el Juzgado Penal Colegiado de la Corte Superior de Justicia de Tacna-2016. El trabajo corresponde a una investigación de tipo básica, nivel explicativo; y, diseño no experimental. Para tal propósito se consideró la información obtenida a través del cuestionario aplicado a 170 profesionales del derecho en materia penal, la cédula de entrevista a los jueces de juzgamiento (04) y la ficha de análisis (83 sentencias); como instrumentos de medición de las variables: independiente (fragmentación del juicio oral) y variable dependiente (calidad del juzgamiento). Los datos obtenidos se tabularon y analizaron mediante tablas y figuras. Una vez finalizada la fase de análisis e interpretación de los resultados se precisó que: Probablemente la fragmentación de la audiencia del Juicio Oral, afecte considerablemente la calidad del juzgamiento en el Juzgado Penal Colegiado de la Corte Superior de Justicia de Tacna-2016.
