This work mentions the process of developing an instrument that was validated to measure the motivation and attitudes of students in the undergraduate course of Legal and Forensic Dentistry that is taught in the Professional School of Dentistry. The instrument was applied in an experimental group of 46 students. The instrument has two parts, the first is a motivation test and the second part an attitude test both under the Likert mode. The instrument was adjusted by expert judgment and by contrasting reliability and consistency of Cronbach's alpha, reaching a value of 0.8. With this analysis, it is confirmed that the questionnaire is congruent and tests its consistencies for internal reliability, to be applied and adapted to other subjects.

The present research work brings together the different aspects of the management of patrimonial control, which influence the additions and cancellations of the movable property of the Regional Government of Tacna, in the 2016 period; Likewise, information on procedures, registration and control of assets, coordination and supervision, norms and directives established by the entity of the Regional Government of Tacna was compiled. The work that was developed is not experimental, descriptive and correlational according to the purpose of the research. The research area is framed in government accounting, because it is an activity aimed at the analysis and evaluation of procedures, registration and removal of movable assets for a good management of patrimonial control, through the evaluation of efficiency, effectiveness, economy of the Entity. The institution subject of study has deficiencies in the control of inventory, this is due to the fact that physical inventories are received without being verified with exhaustive verification, as well as the goods that are obsolete due to technological changes, not having an exact quantity of the assets that are under the administration of the institution, as well as untrained personnel.

El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo principal el determinar en qué medida la responsabilidad social empresarial influye en la imagen institucional que perciben los clientes de las entidades financieras de Tacna, año 2017. Estudio de tipo básico y correlacional, de diseño no experimental. La muestra fue de 381 clientes de las instituciones financieras: Banco de Crédito del Perú, BBVA Continental, Scotiabank e Interbank. Se encontró que la responsabilidad social empresarial influye en la imagen institucional que perciben los clientes (p = 0,010); el balance económico no influye en la imagen institucional que perciben los clientes (p = 0,209); el balance social influye en la imagen institucional que perciben los clientes (p = 0,048); y el balance ambiental no influye en la imagen institucional que perciben los clientes (p = 0,749). El 57,9% de los clientes considera que es de nivel regular la responsabilidad social empresarial que perciben de las entidades financieras de Tacna, y el 61,2% de los clientes considera que es de nivel regular la imagen institucional que perciben de las entidades financieras.

The present work of investigation has as principal aim determine the influence of the transparency in the management organizacional of the Regional Government of Tacna during the period 2011 - 2014; it was considered to be a sample of 266 persons; the type of investigation was basic of level correlacional, being the not experimental design; one thought that significant influence of the perception exists on the transparency in the management organizational that it characterizes to the entity. One found that the level of trasparencia that it perceives the electoral population of Tacna on his Regional Government is regular, and that the dimension "Investigation and sanction" was the most out-standing, and the focused one to improving the "Institucionality and efficiency"; the level of management organizational that is perceived is inadequate, being the most out-standing dimension the "Development organizational", and the focused one to improving the "Democratic Gobernability".

The present research work analyzes the economic and financial factors that contribute to the strengthening of the financial solvency of the 12 municipal savings banks that operate in Peru and, on the other hand, the relationship that exists between the global capital ratio and the Altman Z score. The study was carried out with data from the financial statements of the last five years (2012-2016) of each of the 12 institutions that are valid as of December 31, 2016. The results obtained indicate that the factors that have the greatest incidence in the strengthening of the financial solvency of the entities are related to income and profits generated by each of the institutions, likewise, there is a relationship between Altman's Z score and the global capital ratio. The multifactorial model has been obtained that allows making future estimates of financial solvency indicators that, coupled with the analysis of simulations, contribute to risk management in the CMACs.

Validation of the Management Methodology to improve the execution of Infrastructure projects by Direct Administration of Local Governments in the Jorge Basadre de la Tacna Province. The type of research is applied because it is oriented towards the validation of an international standard methodology of international prestige and to seek an improvement in the execution of infrastructure projects under the infrastructure modality in the Jorge Basadre Province of the Department of Tacna. It is concluded with a level of confidence of 95%, that the level of validity that the development of a Management Methodology improves the efficiency in the execution of infrastructure projects by direct administration of the Local Governments in the Province Jorge Basadre of the Tacna, regarding the Scope, cost and time, proposed, is high, therefore, it constitutes a viable alternative for the solution of the research problem. The design of the Management Methodology was validated to improve the execution of Infrastructure projects by Direct Administration of Local Governments in the Jorge Basadre de la Tacna Province, based on seven processes appropriate to Public Management.

In order to investigate the seismic behavior of the concrete Diagrid structures, 03 models of 06-level buildings are proposed with a typical 30 m x 37.5 m plant located in an area of high seismicity in Peru. A comparative analysis has been made between two structural systems on the one hand the conventional or orthogonal system and on the other the Diagrid system of reinforced concrete, for the latter two types or models that we will call type A and type B, whose modulation will be analyzed, will be analyzed. every 02 and 04 floors respectively. The three models will have the same characteristics; roofed area, dimensions in plan and elevation, construction materials and loading loads, geographical location, soil type, use and importance, Basic Coefficient of Reduction of the Seismic Force (Ro), these characteristics generate the factors that are regulated by E.030.2016 that defines the procedure for seismic analysis. In this research it has been shown that of the buildings studied (03 models) those with the structural Diagrid system of reinforced concrete (Diagrid type A and Diagrid type B) are more efficient than the conventional system (frames with structural walls), weight of the structure results in lower costs and lower demands of foundation structures of the three models, the lightest is the Diagrid type B system, both Diagrid systems are 30% lighter than the conventional system, the amount of steel needed to the diagonals of the Diagrid type A systems is 29% less than the longitudinal steel required for the structural walls of the conventional system, while Diagrid type B, requires 40% less than the conventional system.

Objective: focused on formulating a proposal for an associative model for the commercialization and internationalization of small and medium agroindustrial olive companies of the Tacna Region in 2016. Methodology: non-experimental, relationship and proactive study. Population: 50 entrepreneurs and companies’ Main results: the diagnosis of the agroindustrial activity of the small and medium agro-industrial olive companies of the Tacna Region is favorable (MEFE Matrix = 3.23, MEFI Matrix = 3.69). Conclusion: the proposal of an associative model for the marketing and internationalization of small and medium agroindustrial olive companies of the Tacna Region, is the Group Agro Olive Tacna Cluster that has five axes: Axis 1 Problem identified through a strategic diagnosis; Axis 2 Objectives; Axis 3 Olivícola cluster and internationalization; Axis 4. Success factors and Axis 5. Challenges, because it would generate competitiveness and improve the positioning of the olive in the international market.
