Resumen
The objective of this study was the characterization of the learning strategies of higher education students of a university in Lima. To achieve this purpose, the focus is qualitative, which allows us to interpret the same practice of the students. The methodology of this research, included direct observation and in-depth interviewing, and was aimed at understanding the reasons for practice in certain strategies. The conclusion of the research is that the metacognitive strategies, the processing of information and the control of the context become the fundamental principles at the moment of learning by students.

Resumen
This article shows fundamental notions of one of the qualitative research methods, we refer to the hermeneutical phenomenology based on the theories of Van Manen, Raquel Ayala and Miguel Martínez. This approach leads to the description and interpretation of the essence of lived experiences, recognizes the meaning and importance in pedagogy, psychology and sociology according to the experience collected. This method constitutes rigorous and consisted processes of the ethical dimensions of the daily experience, which are difficult to be accessed by other usual research methods. In this contribution, we present some methodological notions focused on the principles of phenomenology and its phases: previous stage or clarification of budgets, collecting the experience lived, reflecting on the lived experience or structural stage and, finally, writing-reflecting on the lived experience evidenced in individual and group physiognomy or also called phenomenological text.

Resumen
The aim of this research was to know the learning styles in the students of the business schools of a private university in the Department of Lambayeque. An applied survey, a test of VARK learning styles, was applied to 218 university students (71 students of Administration and 147 students of International Business Administration), from the II to X term of the business schools of said University. During the first semester of the 2018, it was found that 25.5% of students have a multimodal learning style. It was also found that age is significantly associated with learning styles. Finally, a significant relationship between the learning style and the professional school is demonstrated. On the one hand the Administration students have mostly a multimodal learning style (two or more styles), while international business students have a reading/writing learning style.

Resumen
The purpose of this article is to present a critical review of the ways in which the performance of university teachers are usually evaluated. Generally, the institutions state proposal of evaluation that usually coincide with what is evaluated and the use of the results. It includes the review of the different evaluation models to show the discrepancies between the objectives and the practices, that is, the poor relationship between the model used and what is done. Universities usually declare that the focus of the evaluation is improvement of practice. One of the most used instruments is the questionnaire, with which an accurate measurement can be made, but generally it does not evaluate the teaching performance, but, in the best-case scenario, the opinion of the students. If universities state that the evaluation should serve to improve the teaching practice, it would be advisable to favor the constructivist model that promotes changes required through the reflection that arises from the review of the self-evaluation, the hetero-evaluation and the co-evaluation.

Resumen
The systematization of a relevant experience such as the training of 21 in-service teachers with the use of an action-research component was aimed at documenting and writing what happened, as well as explaining the results achieved as a result of the intervention. The aim was to interpret the experience critically, to learn from it and improve future practice. The study used qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques. The results suggest that the component favored teachers to question their own beliefs about teaching and strengthen their abilities to make teaching problematic. They also suggest that these changes occur in training events that include spaces for reflection and discussion about beliefs and practices.

Resumen
When observing in the high school as well as higher education classrooms, the way adolescents and young people study, the idea of knowing if they have strategies for autonomous learning and if this variable explained to some extent a critical problem in Peru arose: reading comprehension. That is why it was proposed as a purpose of the study, to know if the autonomous learning strategies, its dimensions and indicators have some explanatory power on reading comprehension. Under a causal correlational design of an exploratory nature, the following instruments were applied: Autonomous work strategies questionnaire (CETA) that evaluates the strategies of expansion, collaboration, conceptualization, planning, preparation of exams and participation and PECL 2 test to measure levels of reading comprehension: literal, inferential and evaluative in a group of 144 students from educational institutions from the districts of Majes in Arequipa and Villa Rica in Pasco. Among the most important results was that 79.33% of students reached a level in process regarding the use of autonomous learning strategies and 62.7% reached the same level in reading comprehension. Likewise, it was found that 34.4% of the reading comprehension variable is accounted for the use of autonomous learning strategies. Out of that total, 25.8% for expansion strategies, 14.3% for collaboration strategies, 28.7% for conceptualization strategies, 19.6% for exam preparation strategies and finally, 19.5% for participation strategies.

Resumen
The objective of this study was to determine the effect of a Facebook training program in the virtual communication of university teachers. The importance of the theme developed is based on the fact that at present, for the process of interaction and communication between labor, academic, economic or social communities, Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) are being used, where all types of information flow through the available technological tools and social networks, and which is selected by the users, according to the stakeholder to which they belong; one of them is Facebook. The approach was quantitative, with quasi-experimental design, for which a sample of 140 university teachers was divided into two groups: control group with 60 teachers and the experimental group with 80 teachers. The results indicate that there is influence of the Facebook training program in the virtual communication of university teachers, as demonstrated by the statistical test (Mann-Whitney U = 155.500; Z = -1,084, Asymptotic (bilateral) significance .000<.05). This finding can help generate favorable opinions for its possible use of the Facebook platform for educational social interaction purposes.

Resumen
The objective of the present research was to characterize the mathematical reasoning skills in children with ADHD between 7 and 9 years old. The study begins with the conception of children with special needs and an anthropological research is carried out in perspectives of the actor on mathematical reasoning skills and interviews of their three teachers about their difficulties, alterations and disorders. The research method is an ethnographic fieldwork. The results show lack of mathematical skills specifically in numerical calculation; observing disorder, combination of simultaneous operation between addition and subtraction, attention deficit during the reading of a problem so they fail to systematize, identify data for algorithmic operations

Resumen
The objective of this research is to evaluate Peruvian scientific production in Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs). It is a cross-sectional descriptive study through the bibliometric analysis of articles published in journals indexed in SciELO Peru between 2010 and 2017. Authorship, type of article, main themes, and institutional productivity were analyzed. It was found that between 2010 and 2017, 19 articles on ICT were published, 26.4% of them are publications in the Peruvian Journal of Experimental Medicine and Public Health, and 30.8% of authors indicate that their main affiliation is with the National University of San Marcos. The main theme in the set of publications was virtual teaching (26%). We can conclude that technological development is contributing to the scientific publication of the country; however, it is necessary to continue strengthening these studies in other databases.

Resumen
The new challenges of the information society demand from the university a severe change in its rigid canons of education. The artificial intelligence-based formats promise a very substantial improvement in education for all the different levels, with an unprecedented qualitative improvement: to provide the students with an accurate personalization of their learning according to their requirements, managing to integrate the different forms of human interaction and information and communications technologies. The great challenge of the university of the new millennium lies in the urgent need to plan, design, develop and implement digital skills in order to train better professionals capable of understanding and developing the technological environment according to their needs, as well as implementing the universalization of a digital language supported by programs developed under artificial intelligence formats.
