The goal of this research work is to find a Green function for a complex cracked (fractured) domain. There are several methods for obtaining a Green function for a particular domain. In this article we find a Green harmonic function for the upper half plane with a crack (linear fracture) in the given segment from 0 to i using conformal mapping theory, specifically the Schwarz Christoffel transformation and the conformal invariance method. The Green function obtained enables the construction of the Poisson Kernel, which in turn allows integral representations of solutions of boundary value problems for partial derivative equations.

We study Talagrand concentration and Poincaré type inequalities for unbounded pure jump Markov processes. In particular we focus on processes with degenerate jumps that depend on the past of the whole system, based on the model introduced by Galves and Löcherbach, in order to describe the activity of a biological neural network. As a result we obtain concentration properties.

In the context of information and communication technologies, there are transformations in the form of social communication, imposing a new paradigm to disseminate the results that are generated in institutions from computer networks. A study carried out in this regard in Pinar del Río's educational centers reveals limitations when disclosing the services that are managed in them, causing a contradiction with the measurement indicator of the Ministry of Education with respect to the operation of the institutional websites of schools. This has led to determine the theoretical references for managing the visualization of institutional websites of educational centers. For this, theoretical methods were used: historical-logical, analytical-synthetic, inductive-deductive, modeling, systemic-structural-functional and systematization; that allowed to identify the management of the visualization of the websites from the computerization in terms of the use of technologies based on the services of society, the educational systems that establish the application of the legal and methodological provisions that govern the teaching process, among which are human resources, services to society through interactive platforms, management as a multi-stage process, institutional websites to achieve credibility and notoriety of the institution and interaction with users, as well as the visualization of the data so that they are accessible.

The obtained results in Ecuador in the report of the International Student Assessment Program administered by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development in 2018, the Ser Bachiller test; and, recently, the Higher Education admission exam reveals a deep weakness in learning and developing problem-solving skills. The methodological heritage of teachers is not helping to solve this issue, which is why this article aims to analyze the creative didactic strategies and the logical-mathematical thinking of adolescents from a public school in Portoviejo canton. A descriptive and correlational quantitative study was carried out to determine findings that facilitate the explanation of this problematic situation. In the fieldwork, a bank of questions was applied to students and a survey was applied to math teachers. The results show that 85.7 % of adolescents have a score lower than 7, which means that they have not exceeded the required learning levels in problem-solving. For their part, teachers use creative didactic processes very frequently but with limited time for students to reflect on possible solutions to a problem. The teacher assumes a great responsibility in the mathematics learning process because he is the mediator of building that knowledge so that students can understand it.

The article is about the permanent training of teachers to guarantee an inclusive and standing education, with equity, according to the III Improvement of the National Education System and its relation with the university´s responsibilities in front of the social needs. Due to that, the objective is to set up some bases of the training teachers' process to make curriculum adaptations to scholars with intellectual disabilities, who studies at General Education. The investigation development was leaded by the dialectic and materialistic general method. As a result, theoretical methods such as, historical and logical analysis, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, systematization and the system approach were used; also empirical methods, such as documental analysis, which allowed to state the bases on which the training teachers process is being done for them to do the curriculum adaptations. The article makes integration between theoretical and scientific bases to state the relationship among the training of teachers, the curriculum adaptations and the inclusive education adaptations to scholars with intellectual disabilities.

The COVID-19 pandemic, since March 2020, had a strong influence on the Cuban educational system in general and on the higher education subsystem, in particular. At the University of Pinar del Río "Hermanos Saíz Montes de Oca" there were important transformations in all its substantive processes, which raised the need to draw up a POSCOVID recovery strategy. The purpose of this work is to validate the indicators designed to evaluate the impact of said strategy. For the validation, from the empirical point of view, experts were consulted, for which a sample of 32 experts was taken, to whom an initial survey was applied, selected by calculating the Expert Competence Coefficient. Their answers were analyzed through the Content Validity Coefficient of Hernández-Nieto (2002), through which it was possible to establish the degree of agreement and validity of the indicators among the experts. After the analysis of the experts, an "acceptable" Content Validity Coefficient was obtained for all the indicators. According to the data obtained, it is shown that all the indicators are valid to evaluate the impact of the designed POSCOVID strategy.

Perfecting the training of psychopedagogical orientation skills of the primary teacher is a necessity to achieve a committed educational professional that impacts the lives of their students with modes of action consistent with the demands of today's Cuban society. The present work aims to present the results of the study carried out on the current state of the training of psychopedagogical orientation skills in the Bachelor of Primary Education career, at the University of Pinar del Río. For this, methods such as historical-logical, documentary analysis, teacher interviews and class observation were used, which allowed us to verify the current state of this process in the initial training of the primary teacher, taking the dialectical method as a methodological basis. materialistic. From the search carried out, it was possible to know that the subject has been little addressed in the particular context of this professional in the undergraduate degree. In a meticulous analysis of the various study plans, it is clearly seen that their implementation has not yet been achieved, as the psycho-pedagogical orientation skills are not operationalized nor the didactic sequence for their instrumentation defined, which favors the development of ways of professional performance to have a direct impact on the transformations in primary schools by future graduates of the Bachelor of Primary Education career in comprehensive attention to the development of the personality of the primary schoolchild.

The study of the language is the focus of the Linguistic Studies discipline and is a necessity in the Degree in Spanish-Literature Education. The objective of this article is to propose a didactic strategy that bases the Teaching-Learning Process of the Linguistic Studies discipline from a professional perspective, in the Spanish-Literature career. For its elaboration, theoretical methods were used, such as the historical method; logical methods such as hypothetical-deductive, systemic and structural-functional together with modeling. As procedures of the theoretical methods, analysis and synthesis and induction and deduction were used; empirical methods such as documentary analysis and classroom observation; techniques such as the interview and the survey and the procedure of the scales was used, which allowed verifying the initial state of said process. The search for information on the subject showed that professionalization in this career has not been treated sufficiently; Limitations are evident from the didactics of the Linguistic Studies discipline in the treatment of the didactic components and in the learning of the students, in terms of the lack of content related to language as a system with a professional approach. The results achieved show levels of transformation that demonstrate that the strategy contributes to the linguistic training of students.

The positions regarding the link between art and science are dissimilar, the points of view are fundamentally related to the area of knowledge which they are investigated from. A study combining analytical-synthetic methods, document analysis, discussion and review, and methodological triangulation, applied in 40 theses and 11 teachers, leads to conclusions in which the "necessary" unity of art and science is appreciated, especially in an educational context, regardless of the contradictions that are manifested when the professional artist's training faces an external evaluation process seeking its institutional qualification. In this sense, hereby an objective is formed: to present diverse positions on the art-science relationship, from a reflection in which this relationship is defended as a universality in the educational context, based on the historical evolution and on the "identity of qualities", regardless its contradictory aspects in its manifestation.As a result, divergent and universal aspects are identified in the art-science relationship.
