Resumen
Starting from the fact that the artistic-pedagogical mode of action is a particular type of action within the pedagogical activity -which constitutes the main reference for the formation of the musician in this area- in this work an exploration was carried out that had the objective of explaining the content singular of the modes of performance of the musician-pedagogue, with emphasis on the modes and qualities of action displayed by professionals in this field. For this, the methods were used: content analysis of the pedagogical work written by six music teachers with an important influence in Cuba, the systematization of the criteria expressed in interviews with four teachers with a long history and achievements in this type of practice. in the country, the results of the participant observation carried out by the author to teaching categorization exercises in the Faculty of Music of the University of the Arts, the comparison and triangulation of the information provided by each of the methods used. As a result, it is possible to offer an image of the essence and main features that define and typify the teaching work of the musician.

Resumen
The contemporary time is claiming a technological scientific formation that goes to overcome the conceptual reductionism, focus in the learning of certain system of scientific knowledge and of certain specific abilities of the science, in order to prosecute appropriately, with scientific-technological foundation, the problems that take place in its daily reality and to assume its holding in responsibly the taking of decisions at the level that correspond them, adopting a consequent attitude with it. The present work has as objective to value the social problems that have tinged the process of scientific education in the initial preparation of the professors of Biology that allows us to promote positive attitudes toward care and protection of the biological species from the perspective science-technology-society-environment, limiting the correspondence from the same one to the current scientific-technological context, influenced by the social decisions. So as to obtain the results were used the analysis and synthesis methods and the documental study, those that showed the existence of factors that block the good development of the scientific education in the initial formation of these professors. It is considered that from an operative intellectual vision of the scientific knowledge, discontextualized of the social problems that affect the humanity, is not insert mode harmoniously the educational work, neither of potentializing the development of trials, securities and attitudes that should characterize the professional and citizen that our society needs in these times.

Resumen
The orientation to the family in the Special Education and in particular in the pupils with intellectual disabilities should include its preparation for the accompaniment to their children in their interaction in diverse scenarios. The present work has as objective to socialize the reached results in the educational practice with the application of the shops of family orientation to supplement in pupils with intellectual disabilities the geographical knowledge of the town, the one which in turn favors its future social inclusion. Investigation methods were used among those that stand out the analytic one - synthetic, the documental analysis, the interviews, the pedagogic test, the modeling and the procedures of the descriptive statistic; those that allowed to verify the initial state of this preparation and the shops preparations. The search of information on the topic threw that this edge has been little tried in the schools of family education; besides lacks in the geographical knowledge of the town where they live on the part of the family and her children. In consideration to the reached results and the approached approaches related to the thematic, studios of family orientation were elaborated to supplement the geographical study of the town that they carry out to the pupils with intellectual disabilities of 7mo grade of the municipality Consolación del Sur. The reached results evidence transformation levels in the preparation of the family of these pupils to supplement the geographical knowledge of the town where they live, the one which in turn favors their future social inclusion.

Resumen
In this article, a study is carried out on the need to improve the professional training of middle and higher-level students, considering the current conditions of the country in the face of the COVID 19 pandemic and the changes it has generated in the educational system. In this sense, the main objective of the article was to present a methodology for the professional teaching of students from Polytechnic Centers (be it intermediate and / or higher) in flipped classrooms. It is based on the alternative and interactive method of appropriation of content based on projects, which integrate the face-to-face modality with the virtual modality. The scientific novelty lies in the establishment of a dynamic that integrates the face-to-face modality with the virtual modality, based on the link between academics, work and research. The document review methods, the system approach, direct observation in the field, the pedagogical pre-experiment and the Chi-square (X2) statistical test are used. The favorable impacts on the development of professional competencies were observed in a sample of 100 students of the Mechanics career at the University of Holguín, Cuba, with the application of the result. It can be generalized in any worker training center with flexibility and adaptability to the characteristics of these entities.

Resumen
In Cuba, the process of overcoming the professional of the Agronomy specialty in Technical and Professional Education constitutes a priority, which has generated a variety of investigations in the search for novel ways to be able to respond to the needs in the formation of the Middle Technician in Agronomy in the scientific-environmental, technical and practical order in correspondence with the demands of this education and Cuban society. The objective of the research was to socialize a pedagogical strategy for the professional improvement in environmental education of the teacher of the Agronomy specialty of Technical and Professional Education in the Pilón municipality, Granma province. In its preparation, theoretical methods were used, such as analytical-synthetic, inductive-deductive and the system approach, and among the empirical methods, document analysis, participant observation and interview. The results of the application of the pedagogical strategy in practice demonstrated its validity, applicability and relevance, as well as high levels of satisfaction in teachers for the preparation received in environmental issues. In conclusion, the proposal allowed addressing theoretical, methodological and conceptual aspects to overcome the insufficiencies diagnosed in teachers regarding their environmental pedagogical professional performance in the various contexts of action.

Resumen
The wide experience of community work in Cuba undoubtedly reveals a particular way of conceiving the culture, managing it and implementing it for the sake of social development. An example of that are the results obtained during the last decades by sociocultural community projects throughout the country. The reality established by the global pandemic state since March 2020 has brought important consequences for life of all Cubans, including community projects. The present article is precisely about the virtual art workshops "Illustrating dreams from home", an initiative promoted by the project CreArte: Crecer con las Artes during the social isolation provoked by Covid- 19. Based on a interpretative- descriptive methodology of basically qualitative character, the foundations of the conception assumed for the virtual workshops as well as the main coordinates followed for managing the processes carried out; on the other hand, the main results derived from the experience as well as the social impact for direct and indirect project benefactors, are presented.

Resumen
A current challenge in art education is to achieve collaborative learning in both knowledge management and creation. This requires moving to new methodologies such as project-based learning and EduScrum that emphasize teamwork. The objective of this article is to present the results of the collaborative learning of the students in the creation of a three-dimensional plastic work, through a project following the EduScrum techniques, in the subject Artistic Training III in the teaching career in Artistic Education in the Central University "Marta Abreu" of Las Villas, Cuba, in the 2020-2021 academic year. A dialectical materialist methodology was assumed that integrates quantitative and qualitative methods based on a chronological series design with a single group to evaluate the collaborative learning of the students in the five phases in which the creation process was divided. The evaluations were carried out using a rubric created for this purpose. The results of the qualifications formed a time series from which the evolution of the teams was assessed. We worked with an intentional sample of eight students in the 2020-2021 academic year. The progressive progress experienced by the teams in the evaluations of each phase, both from a cognitive point of view and due to its positive impact on motivation, suggest that the collaborative learning of the students was strengthened by carrying out the project using EduScrum techniques.

This approach discusses Cervantes’s practice of creating different forms of pilgrimage that establish a dialogue between each other that is often contrasting.

Resumen
There is a trade-off between the gains originated by the restructuring process of the banking sector, and the increased risks for financial exclusion. The digitalization of the banking business has led to greater aggregate efficiency in the sector, as well as to a continuous alignment with the changing preferences of part of the population. However, this structural transformation is also generating significant costs for some segments of the population, specifically for the senior and those living in rural areas. This article addresses this problem and lists some of the main initiatives to face it in Spain as well as in other countries.
