Resumen
The region of the Argentine Northwest presents a development of the olive activity with excellent productive results destined to the Oil Industry. However, this productive evolution brought with it the need to treat those solid residues produced by this food industry. That is why the National University of La Rioja is working on priority lines on Control and Protection of the Environment within a model of sustainable development with the aim of reducing this industrial waste that ends up in dumps or sanitary landfills. In this sense, the present investigation seeks to recycle them in chipboard to later determine and analyze their physical and mechanical properties. The tested specimens turned out to have a good behavior before cutting processes. The density of the agglomerate presented a high-density profile, being beneficial, since low-density materials are more likely to suffer the rigors of humidity. The moisture test showed an adequate setting index and the swelling test indicated resistance to the influence of water. Regarding the flexural strength, the results indicated that the deformation due to maximum load and the flexural deformation at breakage are greater in the case of the pomace agglomerate, being the maximum flexural load the most unfavorable factor of the test specimens, pomace base.

Resumen
Globalization is shaping new societies, new kinds of communication, intensification of travels, pervasion of media, acceleration of information, at the same time as the news become outdated in few seconds. The rapidity of media exchanges is relentlessly dragging technology, like technology circularly increases the frequency and speed of news. The waves of information will change our attitude of thinking, even the brain mechanisms, forging a new social order. All this imposes new practices of teaching, in general, and in environmental, in particular, correlated to new procedures of teachers’ training. The new teachers should be instructed in technology, like they must instruct apprentices, to know the influence of the Web on identifying different appearances of society. There is a need of specialists, suitable for organizing the students, navigation into the ocean of information, at the same time, instructors must protect the youngest from the ultra-infiltration and dominance or pervasion of the Web. The educators’ job is progressively complicated, since education occurs yet more outside the school’s room in an amazing number of ways. The global world has open windows and open doors: everything (or almost) enters and everything goes out, creating opportunities, but also risks.

Resumen
This article aims, from the perspective of Journalism studies, to discuss how the representation of solutions or responses associated with the climate crisis can help to sustain or break with the causes of environmental destruction, especially in the context of recovery from the covid-19 pandemic. For this, it analyzes the climate coverage of Colabora and Conexão Planeta in 2020, vehicles considered nonhegemonic dedicated to environmental issues. Based on the Critical Discourse Analysis, it seeks to verify what forms of confronting the climate crisis they make visible. Although the studied vehicles do not follow the logic of mainstream journalism, it is identified that the responses presented in the coverage of climate change in the analyzed vehicles do not always systematically and/or forcefully question the hegemonic system, based on the exploration of nature, offering palliative solutions which contribute to maintaining the status quo.

Resumen
The aims of Waste Prevention, WP is reduced the volume of urban solid waste in quantity and, in complexity of materials (hazardous content); it differs from the Integrated Solid Waste Management, ISWM in that the purpose of prevention is to avoid their generation. The objective of the article is to analyze if the ISMW is implemented in a town hall in Mexico City and to know if measures are applied around the WP to finally discuss the scope and complementation of both. The design is a qualitativeexplanatory case study, the Atlas.ti software is used for the analysis of interviews with officials. The results show that only is aplicated the first stages of the ISWM, which implies that it fundamentally carries out waste collection and has incipient actions to prevent the generation of waste in some of its programs.

Resumen
This research analyzes the impact of climate change on the GDP of the Latin American and Caribbean region. The analysis is done through a statistical model of multivariable regression considering the climatological variables of temperature, precipitation and forest area. Likewise, in order to evaluate the behavior of the model with respect to population growth, the total population indicator of the World Bank is included. To carry out the regression model, historical data between the years 2000 and 2020 were used. The results obtained allow us to conclude that there is a high correlation between the chosen climatological variables and the economic growth of the region.

Resumen
The current territorial situation of our politically organized social reality, which we identify as Spain, responds to the transit that runs between territorial imbalance, regional disparity, geographic spatial convergence. A transition that highlights the unequal conformation of a State, this is the Spanish one, which from its original conformation, configuration, organization and management, historical, political, legal and social, has been reproducing differences on its different geographical spaces that transcending the mere economic-social dimension, it has framed a territorial situation with implications of a political, social, demographic, legal nature, which in its practical materialization on the Spanish geographical space, have conditioned not only the distribution in the territory of power among its different institutions legal-public (in terms of problems), but also, the ways that these, once configured and distributed the dissimilar functional attributions, have ordered the territory circumscribed to them (in terms of resolution); polarization, which has led to the contemporary state of our country.

Resumen
Tourism in Spain is one of the engines of the country with a contribution to GDP in 2019 of 12.4% (INE, 2020), a percentage that has been increasing every year, until the arrival of Covid-19, causing Spain is positioned as a preferential destination for tourists. Spain has always been considered a good destination to enjoy summer vacations, due to its weather and the services it offers, as well as the infrastructures that facilitate these accesses. This tourism occurs above all on the Mediterranean coast and on the Islands, because the motivation of "sun and beach" continues to be one of the main reasons that condition tourists to visit our country. Although Spain is much more than that, it has other values and potential resources, in inland areas, still pending to emerge, as is the case of nature tourism, characteristic of rural areas, which, with the necessary measures, it can be promoted to mean an increase in the arrival of visitors to these new destinations, which could condition some positive aspects such as the growth of the local economy and avoid the depopulation of rural areas. Nature tourism is an added value for tourism in Spain which, with good management and organization of the means, can become a key point of tourism in the country. For all of the above, this study deals with the analysis of the set of natural resources that Spain has, presenting them as ideal places for carrying out tourist activities in said environments, so that, with good management and promotion of the They can increase tourism in areas that have the necessary characteristics to promote nature tourism, and sustainable.

Resumen
The analysis presented through the case study of the Periférico Sur and Canal Nacional vehicular bridge in the Xochimilco Mayor's Office, which took place in Xochimilco, Mexico, shows that environmental education is a pillar to encourage the exercise of public participation rights and access to environmental information and that these three concepts are essential to ensure adequate environmental protection. It is proposed to achieve a holistic integration of an environmental education strategy so that in future public constructions governments do not fall into irregular and illegal unilateral decisions in the face of participatory processes and public affairs issues.
