Resumen
On-line touristic rent platforms have experienced a relevant growth in Spain (and all over the World) during the last five years. These platforms have modified to a large extent the patterns of tourist accommodation and, in adaptation to this, the regulations. In the present paper we conduct a qualitative and descriptive approach to the expansion of Airbnb in Spain, especially in the two predominant tourism development models in Spain (cultural in urban centers of large cities and residential «sun and beach»). We also describe the academic literature that evaluates its effects and the regulatory changes applied in each Autonomous Community. Finally, a second-best methodology is proposed that could reduce the adverse effects that the current regulation is generating.

Resumen
The “sharing economy”, platform economy or P2P economy is a recent business model based on a more efficient use of underutilized economic resources –goods or services– through digital platforms with social environments that encourage trust. Through digital collaboration between experts in the field, this article aims to provide the reader with an informed forecast of the possible lines of evolution of the “collaborative economy” in various economic sectors. Likewise, some recommendations are proposed for the best use and understanding of this new family of business models by the private sector and the public sector.

Resumen
The figure of pardon, despite its legality, generates controversy in the academic literature and among lawyers. In this paper, using a sample of pardons granted in Spain between December 1995 and January 2013, we seek to deepen the analysis of this topic through the study of their proportionality, understood as the relationship between the punishment pardoned and/or commuted and the size of the originally imposed sentence. Econometric results point out that pardons are not proportional: the greater the penalty imposed, the larger proportion that is pardoned. This lack of proportionality increases when the clemency is granted by a Conservative government; it is carried out in times of economic prosperity; or when the pardon has been requested by a Brotherhood (Cofradía), among others. These results confer a greater degree of subjectivity to this figure.

Resumen
Confidence in the institutions of the EU was obviously shocked by the intention of Great Britain to Brexit. We suggest introducing a lingua franca in the EU which could partly repair this irritation, as surveys show that citizens would be very favourable to such an idea. We also advocate that the EU should help member countries by contributing to the cost of such an endeavour. Each country would have the right to claim a compensation based on the number of young citizens who do not (yet) speak the chosen common language. The EU budget would then be distributed fairly, in proportion to the claims. We assume that the choice should be made among three languages: English (yes, even if Brexit takes place), German and French, and analyse the pros and cons of each of them. We finally look at what the existing voting procedures used by EU bodies would lead to. The result of such a vote is far from being obvious, and maybe the vote should be left to countries, with the exception of those whose native languages are English, German and French.

Resumen
This research identifies three segments of book readers with latent class analysis (LCA): active book readers (who read every day or almost every day); frequent (read only 1-2 times a week); and occasional (read books sometime a month or quarter), and supplies evidence on book reading habits and preferences of Spanish readers. Socioeconomic covariates and cultural indicators complete the profile of the segments. A better understanding of book readers’ behavior and literary preferences, as well as book contribution to readers’ wellbeing could be of interest for cultural policy makers and book publishers.

Resumen
The aim of this essay is to present the analytical bases of the economics of archaeology. Archaeological heritage can be defined as an economic good which displays particular features such as its endowment and irreproducible nature, added to which it is subject to conditions of sustainability. It also evidences the peculiarities of a public good or even common good, which is also linked to conditions of uncertainty. Such characteristics mean that the circumstances under which it is supplied are not well defined in a market economy. The value components of archaeology are thus explored in depth, distinguishing between cultural value, economic value, social value and economic impact. Finally, various valuation and economic impact techniques and applications of archaeology heritage are shown.

Resumen
We characterize the determinants of European citizens’ participation in cultural heritage by simultaneously analyzing three alternative ways of engagement. By using the data from the Special Eurobarometer 466 from 2017, a survey undertaken some months before European Year of Cultural Heritage started, we can better understand how citizens access and enjoy the elements of cultural heritage through different modes of participation. We analyze visits to monuments and heritage institutions, the participation in intangible cultural heritage expressions, and digital access. We find evidence supportive for relevant complementarities among them. We find evidence of a high degree of complementarity among the alternatives

Resumen
In Colombia, in the last decades, voices that were previously inaudible and silent are heard. One of those voices belongs to the Ampiuile Indigenous People, located in Silvia Municipality to the east of Cauca Department, Colombia, showing themselves and demanding with increasing force to be made visible and recognized within the framework of a national history that, ideologically univocal, until now this indigenous people has insisted on including them, but at the cost of depriving them of their own values, cultural beliefs and visions regarding land, territory, authority, education and the harmonic balance that must exist with the natural environment, confronting them with the idea of a hegemonic citizenship. The cultivation and breeding of wisdom and knowledge, was intended to resignify the path of cultural resistance of the Ampiuile People, from the educational process itself, as a pedagogy of survival, from the word, memory, history, daily and community experiences avoiding the physical, cultural and spiritual extermination. The educational process itself as a political and pedagogical commitment is contributing to decolonize thinking to reclaim community processes, to the empowerment of cultural knowledge, to the active and determined participation of men and women, boys and girls in the construction of a common social fabric, where there is equality and where many other worlds are in the midst of differences, glimpsing formation processes from life and for life, revitalizing the memory of the elders in collective voices.

Resumen
The phytoplankton is the first link in the food chain of any aquatic organism, it constitutes indispensable fertilization, as a promoter of primary productivity, and the use of fertilizers becomes the second most expensive input in aquaculture production, for this reason the urgency to search for alternate fertilizations that reduce the cost of this input and, therefore, the total production cost, this led to the trial using the worm fertilizer (solid extract of the earthworm Eisenia foetida), as an organic alternative and friendly with the environment. This study was conducted at the Marine and Aquaculture Research Laboratory (LIMA) of UNAN-León, located 22 km from the municipality of León (Las Peñitas Community). The statistical analysis was done through the Kolmogorov Smirnov normality test. The purpose was to evaluate its promoter effect in phytoplankton in contrast to the effects of commercial fertilizer, applying doses of 100lb / Ha. of each fertilizer for each treatment, being T1: commercial Fertilizer and T2: The worm fertilizer, during the period of experimentation, obtaining results of physical-chemical variables (oxygen, pH, temperature, salinity and turbidity) for both treatments without relevant variations, with the presence of the Bacillariophyta and Chlorophyta groups in greater quantity and Cianophyta in smaller quantity, likewise species such as C. meduanae, C. atomus, N. tripunctata, Reverse Nitzschia, Cosmarium Contractum, Volvox aureus, D. tertiolecta.
