The digital revolution and technological globalization of the last decades have placed humanity in a context of information and knowledge society, where ICTs constitute a set of applications that open possibilities for the development of human and intercultural communication. This cultivation and breeding of knowledge and knowings, focuses on the analysis of the use and implementation of information and communications technologies in the management of information from URACCAN communication laboratories, to strengthen intercultural communication. The study was carried out in the media and / or communication laboratories (URACCAN Radio Siuna and Rosita) and starts from the process of exploratory analysis of the web pages and social networks of these radio stations, developed under the CCRISAC research model, methodologically supported by the path of creation and recreation of knowledge, knowings and practices, establishing a deep dialogic interaction between each of the subjects involved.

The slaughter techniques traditionally used in the fishing industry cause high levels of stress in fish due to the violence of the process. This condition directly influences the fish meat quality. The objective of this study was to identify the most suitable slaughter technique for culinary preparations by a sensorial evaluation focused on odor, flavor and texture attributes. According to the empirical references collected, the Ikejime technique of Japanese origin is the most appropriate to slaughter fish. The gastronomic characteristics of fish which were killed by this technique, are superior to fish that suffered another type of death. The carried out tests verified these assertions.

It is documented the existence of correlations both classical and quantum in systems of particles. Quantum entanglement is the most popular of the quantum correlations. It is emphasized that there exist a quantum correlation beyond entanglement called quantum discord. It is explained the interpretation of quantum discord as a quantum state merging. Non entangled systems can have a non-zero quantum discord. It is emphasized that quantum discord represents the difference in the extraction of the information by local and global means.

In this work the clean tile game of Buffon is associated with the probability that the observatory HAWC (High Altitude Water Cherenkov) detects showers created by cosmic rays and high energy gamma rays. For this, all possible cases of the clean tile game are analyzed. With the association, a simple model is provided to calculate the probabilities that the showers fall over HAWC and the ring of outriggers in three possible cases. Each case is studied assuming the region occupied by the observatory as square or hexagonal. It is concluded that, when considering hexagons, the probabilities are slightly higher, but it could be more effective to consider squares. The calculations only require basic geometry.

To evaluate the efficiency of the pork market in Mexico, a non-linear programming model with 2015 data was validated using Kuhn-Tucker optimization conditions. Eight import-producing regions and two importation points were used: Northwest, North, Northeast, Midwest, Central-East, South, East, and Peninsula. The model underestimated national production by 0.4%, overestimated consumption by 2.5 with a Net Social Value of 3 789.9 billion of pesos. The optimization deducted positive production and consumption, marketing margin superior to the cost of transport, activating optimal routes of distribution. Kuhn-Tucker conditions applicate to optimization model let demonstrate the efficiency of the pork market in Mexico.

Software development automation is a hard challenge due to the increasing technological sophistication and diversity, caused mainly by the inclusion of new domains, as well as new users’ need fulfillment. In this paper, an overview of Generative Programming is provided, highlighting its main goals, basic principles, requirements for its adoption in the software development industry, and the available technology to address it. The literature shows that nowadays the generative paradigm is very wide and little addressed in the software industry. However, it represents an attractive alternative to implement highly customizable and optimized intermediary or final products from high-level specifications in an automated manner, changing the focus from single systems software development to families of systems.

We made a recount of the localities with Mammuthus columbi remains in Puebla State. Our results show 32 previously reported localities and six new ones, they are distributed in the central-western area of the State between the Sierra Norte of Puebla and the Mixteca Poblana, and an altitude from 1500 to 2500 meters above sea level. This represents the 14% of the total of localities in Mexico and places Puebla as the second state with the most Mammuthus fossil remains, behind the State of Mexico. On the other hand, the distribution of the localities corresponds to the Transvolcanic Belt-Sierra Madre del Sur biogeographic corridor. On the other hand, the extensive distribution of M. columbi remains demonstrate the fossiliferous potential of the state, and gives a starting point for future explorations in order to enhance knowledge on the past of Mexico.

The objective of this research is to know to what extent the trust influences the affective commitment and how the affective commitment determines the intention to re-visit and the recommendation that Spanish tourists make of Cancun to others. For this purpose, this quantitative study has used the methodology of structural equations. Finally, all the hypotheses have been corroborated observing the influence of the affective commitment on the recommendation, this being the strongest relationship of the proposed model. In the second point, the influence of trust on affective commitment is observed and, thirdly, it is demonstrated, but to a lesser degree, the influence of the affective commitment on the intention to re-visit the visited destination.

Viticulture in Mexico has increased. So it is important to know conditions that favor the appearance of pests and diseases typical of the crop, as well as its methods of prevention. Therefore, a systematized scientific review methodology was used to combine relevant information on phylloxera and its prevention methods. The results showed that the use of phylloxera resistant rootstocks such as 1103-P on clay loam soils is an efficient way to control their appearance and the future devastation of crops. Therefore, the objective of this review was to raise awareness of the importance of using rootstocks for the new viticultural zones in Mexico, as well as promoting viticulture from a bioethical and sustainable environment.

The main of this work was to analyze the bromatological and bioactive content of agroindustrial waste from fruits and vegetables in order to give it an added value. For that, the papaya, carrot, eggplant and lime peel were used, which were previously dried, ground and sie ved to then determine the humidity, ash, fiber, protein, ether extract, as well as the extraction and quantification of compounds such as carotenes, total polyphenols, flavonoids, anthocyanins and antioxidant capacity. The results indicated that the papaya and eggplant peel presented the best bromatological quality characteristics for ash (10.45 and 9.2% respectively), protein (2.23 and 13.50%) and fiber (.643 and 1.88%) and antioxidant capacity (99.63 and 97.90% respectively) with which useful products could be developed in the food or pharmaceutical industry.
