The practice of routine and traditional readings during the educational process has become a problem, especially when the scholar needs to feel this activity as enjoyment and personal creation. In the article latent problems are identified and the theoretical bases are considered taking into account contributions from different sciences and disciplines related to the didactics of reading that are coherent with the educational ideas that identify the Cuban pedagogical tradition. Being the main objective to expose the tendencies and the main assumed assumptions that sustain the problem related to the motivation for reading. The activities project the process of training readers in a dynamic and creative way, from a perspective that integrates the use of reading animation techniques, a participatory and democratic style, causing emotional effects in school children. The study was carried out from September 2018 to March 2019. To evaluate the effectiveness of the study, the pedagogical experiment method was used, in its pre-experiment modality, with a pre-test and post-test design. The positive effects achieved in schoolchildren of the experimental group with respect to motivation levels have demonstrated the relevance and effectiveness of the proposed activities.

This research paper aimed to describe the adaptation and perception process of foreign students in relation to the culture and the education system at a Public University in Colombia. A qualitative study was carried out with a sample of (7) seven students from Mexico, Brazil, Argentina and France. It was found that these processes do not have a exact or permanent ending, taking into account that society, culture, educational model and the university are constantly changing. Consequently, the students had to adapt by learning from the experiences and what others could bring to them. Likewise, students showed to be permeable to the different social problems they might face in the new context, understanding and trying to give an explanation to it, based on their own perceptions. rent social problems, understanding from their point of view related to their own perceptions.

The Cultivation and Breeding of Wisdoms and Knowledge (CCRISAC, for its translation into Spanish) is a methodology of own research that is born within the Network of Indigenous Intercultural and Community Universities of Abya Yala (RUIICAY), as a proposal from the indigenous and afro-descendant peoples of Abya Yala. This initiative is enriching from the exercise of intercultural communication, since it ensures the interpersonal relationship between the researcher and the community in a holistic, respectful and consensus way, that is, it takes as an essential part and begins from the collective construction of subject to subject; builds, dialogues, shares, consents, validates, socializes and harmonizes. The methodology was the Cultivation and Breeding of Wisdoms and Knowledge, which is visualized from the harmonization of knowledge between the different bibliographical sources. Finally, intercultural communication is an essential element that materializes from the relationship and correlation between the subjects of study, that is, communities are the essential focus that open their minds to the researcher to be able to build community and interculturally. Therefore, every researcher must open his or her mind to the exercise of a different, human communication that becomes visible from the respectful understanding among the differences.

In Spain, Law of Science, Technology and Innovation 14/2011, establishes the command of Public Administrations to promote conducive activities to the scientific and technological culture improvement. An exploratory-descriptive study is undertaken. In order to investigate its relationship with the didactics of science, its statutes and its latest published annual reports have been accessed. The work of two agents of the institutional public sector in the didactics of educational science has been analyzed. On the one hand, the CSIC, a public research organization that designs and executes scientific dissemination projects with a wide variety of topics and multiple formats within and outside the research and teaching centers. Also the FECYT, foundation of the public sector, which promotes an annual call for aid for the promotion of scientific, technological and innovative culture and a program of scientific culture aimed at young people. Both elaborate teaching didactic material for the classroom. For all these reasons, they constitute a sign of the commitment of the Public Administration to complement in Spain the regulated education in science.

Primary School; whose focus is the teacher of the Rural School. The purpose of the essay is to show a configuration of the rural school teacher face by taking various precepts from some of the most influential representatives of pedagogy throughout history such as: Rousseau, Kant and Pestalozzi; who favored the emergence of the first teaching methods; and with them the modernization of education in Colombia. Finally, it is concluded, from the scientific point of view, that surveying helped the modernization of education, since it established curricula that integrated the knowledge of the field with urban knowledge; with which came the civil engineering and engineering of agricultural science.

The phytoplankton is the first link in the food chain of any aquatic organism, it constitutes indispensable fertilization, as a promoter of primary productivity, and the use of fertilizers becomes the second most expensive input in aquaculture production, for this reason the urgency to search for alternate fertilizations that reduce the cost of this input and, therefore, the total production cost, this led to the trial using the worm fertilizer (solid extract of the earthworm Eisenia foetida), as an organic alternative and friendly with the environment. This study was conducted at the Marine and Aquaculture Research Laboratory (LIMA) of UNAN-León, located 22 km from the municipality of León (Las Peñitas Community). The statistical analysis was done through the Kolmogorov Smirnov normality test. The purpose was to evaluate its promoter effect in phytoplankton in contrast to the effects of commercial fertilizer, applying doses of 100lb / Ha. of each fertilizer for each treatment, being T1: commercial Fertilizer and T2: The worm fertilizer, during the period of experimentation, obtaining results of physical-chemical variables (oxygen, pH, temperature, salinity and turbidity) for both treatments without relevant variations, with the presence of the Bacillariophyta and Chlorophyta groups in greater quantity and Cianophyta in smaller quantity, likewise species such as C. meduanae, C. atomus, N. tripunctata, Reverse Nitzschia, Cosmarium Contractum, Volvox aureus, D. tertiolecta.

The choice of forages should not only be based on the agronomic virtues, but also on their nutritional value and palatability for livestock, in this sense the effects of three organic fertilizers on the vegetative growth of the Botón de Oro (Gold Button) forage (Tithonia diversifolia) were evaluated under nursery conditions, the experiment consisted of a DCA, with 30 cm long cuttings with 4 nodes, they were established in nursery in 4x8 inch bags, with 30% organic fertilizer and 70% common earth, three replicas were evaluated by treatment, each replica consisted of 49 plants for a total of 588 plants. The variables evaluated were survival of the vegetative material, leaf area, fresh biomass of leaves, height of seedlings and leaf stem relation. The highest survival was obtained when Lombrihumus and Compost were applied (92.37% and 89% respectively). The largest leaf area was obtained by application of Lombrihumus with 103.3 cm² and 95.6 cm² when compost was used. The greatest growth of seedlings is obtained with the use of Lombrihumus. The green biomass of the leaves increases by 58.62 gr when Lombrihumus is applied, and 47.61 gr when Bokashi is used. The mayares leaf stem ratio results are obtained by applying compost (0.81 grams) and Bokashi (0.81 grams). The use of organic fertilizers is recommended to promote the rapid growth of the botón de oro forage (Tithonia diversifolia).
