Resumen
Background: myocardial rupture is a rare complication of acute myocardial infarction with an overall incidence of around 6.2 %. Objective: to characterize the deaths due to acute myocardial infarction with the rupture of the left ventricle wall. Methods: a retrospective, descriptive and observational study was carried out in which the deceased were analyzed with a diagnosis of direct cause of death: cardiac tamponade due to hemopericardium, myocardial rupture and acute myocardial infarction. Results: of 877 acute myocardial infarcts diagnosed between 2010 and 2018, 16 of them had myocardial wall rupture of which 68.8% were male. The habit of smoking was the predominant risk factor. Only in 35.7 % the correct clinical diagnosis of AMI was made and in none of the cases was the diagnosis of myocardial rupture or cardiac tamponade due to hemopericardium. The anatomical region of the heart where myocardial ruptures were most frequently located was in the posterior wall. Conclusions: rupture of the myocardial wall is a rare but catastrophic complication of infarction with a high mortality, however, this can be reduced if the clinical picture is suspected, and an early diagnosis is made with the introduction of support measures to maintain hemodynamic stability. Resumen
Background: constantly update the methods, procedures and ways to solve problems, whose solutions constitute stereotypes of the inferential statistics, which do not stimulate the creative thinking of teachers and students in general. Objective: to illustrate, through the resolution of problems of inferential statistics, how to stimulate the creative thinking of the Biostatistics professors and the students of the Medicine degree. Methods: the theoretical methods used are analysis-synthesis, induction-deduction and abstraction-concretion. Construction of curves of the normal distribution, comprehension processes, explanation and interpretation. Mathematical and statistical methods, procedures and algorithms are applied. Results: a didactic alternative is elaborated to stimulate the creative thought of the professors and students of the Medicine degree, which illustrates the importance of the topic: Introduction to the statistical inference. Concepts of random variable, normal distribution, probability, acceptance domain, rejection domain, point estimates, among others, are integrated and systematized. Conclusions: health situations are created to be faced by the General Practitioner in his professional work that evidences the needs to interpret the errors of first and second gender: α and β. The knowledge and skills related to the concepts addressed in the subject are consolidated: Introduction to Inferential Statistics, through professional computer programs visualize the results achieved, according to modeling and mathematical simulation. Resumen
Background: pancreatic cancer presents a high mortality, a product that most of the time is diagnosed in advanced stage. The treatment of choice is surgical resection, which due to its complexity is accompanied by significant morbidity and mortality when it is not performed in high-volume centers. Among the complications, the postoperative pancreatic fistula is of frequent appearance. Objective: to carry out an updated systematic review about the concept and classification of postoperative pancreatic fistula. Methods: a systematic review of the literature was carried out using the SCOPUS database under the criteria established by its reviewers, using the following keywords: pancreatic fistula, pancreatic surgery, complications, mortality, Whipple procedure. All publications in English and Spanish were included. The method of analysis and synthesis was used for the interpretation of the bibliography. Development: 175 articles were reviewed, of which 55 were chosen that met the selection criteria. Among them, 4 meta-analyzes, 8 review articles and 33 original articles. Conclusions: the concept and classification of postoperative pancreatic fistula constitutes a valid tool for the comparison of surgical results between institutions. The centralization of care in high-volume centers is the main measure to reduce this complication. Resumen
This article analyses Patxi Lanceros’ elusive philosophy from the point of view of the Kant’s theory of judgement, under the category of quantity: Universal, particular and singular. Using Lanceros’ work as source, this paper tries to prove that our late modern western condition may be characterized as universally worn out. This conclusion is reached by interpreting the author’s particular response to the proposal of a political ethos, which bases its identity and mission on hermeneutic impertinence. This thesis is founded on Benjamin and on tragic thought. The outcome of this idea may characterize the author’s line of thought as singularly ungodly. Keywords:

Resumen
Berkeley’s social and political writings play an important role in his philosophy although, surprisingly, has been little studied by scholars. This lack of scholarly attention is a deficiency because such writings are not only interesting, but even more essential for understanding Berkeley’s philosophy as a whole, since point toward the same goal that his epistemological and metaphysical writings serves, namely, consolidate his apologetic and humanist project. This paper focuses on that forgotten part of Berkeley’s philosophy and aims to explore a little researched topic but recurrent in his social and political writings, namely, that of the Civil Authority and the Secular State.

Resumen
In this paper we will defend a new understanding of memory based on the latest neuroscientific research. Then we will expose and elaborate a proposal to understand narrativity -which has usually been considered a certain type of identity, narrative identity- as an antique memory enhancer. To prove our point, we will explain how narrativity reinforces memory, and we will compare narrativity to other memory enhancers

Resumen
This paper will analyze three dynamics of injustice that characterize the role of walled borders in our contemporary world. This analysis will be carried out through a critique of the concept of "no man's land" which, as it will be defended, serves to hide the mechanisms of social control that are put into operation through these devices, as well as the agents involved in them. These dynamics will be systematized, according to the analytical framework proposed by Nancy Fraser, distinguishing distribution, recognition and domination.

Resumen
This paper provides a methodical perspective of Judith Butler's recent work where, as she herself has expressed, she seeks to redefine ethics. Given the precarious (open and unfinished) condition of this female author's speech, which she herself accepts and explains from the beginning of her career, this article argues that any approach to her cannot be in a "well-configured" or "coherent finishing" way that is safe from precariousness. This does not mean that the door will be opened to unbridled arbitrariness, but it does mean that a certain methodical framework will be outlined in the following pages to approach its ethics of nonviolence, which, as applied ethics, is dependent on theoretical ethics. The "disciplinary matrix of ethics" is thus called upon, the elements of which are: judgment, action, subject and ethical and metaethical moral criteria. All of them constitute a "system" that persists beyond time and provides ethics with an exclusive and differentiated disciplinary identity. Finally, it will be explained how these elements are reached by precariousness, the most immediate consequence of which is "deconstructive metaethics" and "precarious ethics".

Resumen
The aim of this paper is to demonstrate the anthropological relevance of ART and how we are not fully aware of it, rethinking some of the fundamental questions related to the nature of the human generation: What are the peculiarities of procreation in opposition to there production of other living beings? Is it an act and a process among others, a kind of activity that the subject regulates at his or her discretion, or is it a disposition that precedes the same initiative, something that concerns the anthropological identity as such, an expressive moment of the human as a whole?
