The following work seeks to inquire the links between feminism and citizenship, starting from the realisation that citizenship is a political category formulated from the exclusion of women as political subjects. That realisation forces feminist theory to either abandon the notion of citizenship or radically transform it. The text proposes an analysis of the possibilities of the second option, from a critique to both liberalism and republicanism. Feminist citizenship can thus be understood as something else than the mere inclusion of women in social citizenship.

Few moments in modern age are as convulsive and decisive like the Weimar Republic. Beyond a particular crisis in German history, the political vicissitudes of Weimar Republic make up a "Gordian knot" in which ideological threads are woven together that, intermittently, they remain valid. In this paper we examine the contribution of the main representative of contemporary decisionism: Carl Schmitt. The document analyzes the richness of the Schmittian heritage and its validity in the 21st century.

The thesis of this paper is that the consideration of the political from the ecological perspective, could qualify the Nietzschean critique of democracy, to the point of making us perceive an intimate closeness between Nietzsche's philosophy and democracy understood as a constituted political form In the game of becoming, proper to living tissue. Since its ecological reformulation, Democratic politics would not only not be in contradiction with the political ideas of the "aristocratic" thinker of becoming, but, on the contrary It could be the means to achieve the Nietzschean elevation of life, and vice versa, the struggle for the realization of democratic political orders and a policy that values the richness and fragility of life on Earth seems to require, more than never, deepen its critique of democracy and attend to its call to recover the creative nature of politics.

The paper analyses some deficiencies of the Spanish Constitution of 1978 from the premise that the constitutional limits that may be imposed on the exercise of popular sovereignty in a democracy can never exceed, without losing its legitimacy, the minimum necessary to ensure the inviolability of the rights considered essential for peaceful coexistence. However, it is argued that some of the restrictions detected, the result of the context in which they were written, do exceed this limit and can be considered illegitimate as they pose an impediment to achieving the main goals that the Constitution claims to defend from its inception. Keywords: .

The problem of conscientious objection in the health field is not closed, neither from the point of view of social phenomenology nor from the legal point of view. There are conflicts between deep convictions of the human being and legal duties and, on the other hand, there is a growing multiculturality of different societies. In this perspective, radical questions arise (root) that are obviously complex, but at the same time touch, as dew water, the most nuclear of existence, both of each individual and the whole of that society. It is fundamental to deepen the need to legally regulate this objection of conscience, for the benefit of a Democratic and Social State of Law where no nuclear aspect is violated or violated for the comprehension and apprehension of the human being and his boundless wealth.

In this text we will review the concept of minor literature, as deployed by Gilles Deleuze and Felix Guattari’s work dedicated to Franz Kafka. These philosophers manage to outline several typical characteristics of contemporary literature, a privileged expression of social conditions from the time of the Czech writer to present day. From this review, we will trace the characteristics of minor literature from Cortazarian novels, thought to be a literary machine, while exploring Hopscotch, a novel we will present as a device in Deleuzian way.

The wide definition of health established by the WHO in 1946 started the extension of the action area of medicine to encompass the different areas that make up the lives of people –economy, politics, society– establishing the identification between the terms «health» and «welfare». As a result, a phenomenon called «medicalization of life and society» emerged in which there are three fundamental participants: patients, doctors, and the pharmaceutical industry. Currently, the phenomenon of medicalization has finally developed a conception of health characterized as a prosperous international business.

Based on the theoretical proposals of Roman Ingarden and Wolfgang Iser in the field of literary criticism, this article states that the void is constitutive of every work of art, and therefore it is possible to consider the work of art, in its different possible forms, as a mixture of indetermination and explicit meaning. This allows to define a common mechanism of meaning formation that acts in the different artistic forms.

The aim of this paper is to reconstruct Charles L. Stevenson's metaethical view. Since his metaethical view is a form of emotivism, I will start by explaining what the core claims of emotivism are. I will then explore and comment on the specific claims of Stevenson's proposal. Last, I will offer an overview of the objections that have traditionally been raised against emotivism.
