Resumen
This work presents the design of a low-cost device, suitable for the scope of the determinations that are carried out in the Facultad de Química of the Universidad de la República and the Instituto Polo Tecnológico de Pando allowing the qualification of isothermal media, with low-cost microcontroller boards based on the Arduinodevelopment environment. The device also allowed the simultaneous temperature readings at 9 points, and by connecting to the internet through its integrated Wi-Fi, theresults were transmitted to Facultad de Química servers, where the telemetry is recorded and can later be downloaded for analysis. Simultaneously the data were sent to a dashboard that allows the reading of the measurements in real time. Being connected tothe power supply and with a stable Wi-Fi connection, measurements can be taken 24/7 remotely. The device allowed the qualification of several isothermal media, reporting some representative values of the potential of this type of development.

Resumen
From the cognitive perspective and focusing on external collaboration, this study aims to show their contribution to innovative performance, which usually differs between emerging and advanced economies. Databases on Science, Technology and Innovation activities of the countries studied are used, together with CFA and SEM, to validate the hypotheses. It is found that dominant logic and external collaboration enjoy a positive relationship with innovative performance. In Spain, the returns of research and development are greater. This may be due to the fact that cognitive aspects are determinant of leveraging collaborative networks, while in Colombia this needs to be strengthened. In addition to contributing theoretically to the operationalisation of dominant logic and external collaboration in innovative performance, this research contributes to the literature by proposing relationships among the factors studied, providing insights into their influence in the innovation process in a developed and an emerging country, which has not been addressed before.

Resumen
This research shows specific determinants of innovation in SMEs in La Rioja (Spain) during the COVID-19 pandemic. Our results demonstrate that gender and university studies tend to have a positive influence on SMEs’ innovation. Female managers and managers with university studies have a positive relationship with innovation. Additionally, family SMEs tend to be less innovative than non-family SMEs. Finally, female managers with a university degree show less innovative activity. We provide clarity on sometimes contradictory findings in the related literature. Finally, we highlight the importance of developing appropriate policies to improve resilience through innovation process in SMEs.

Resumen
The study aims to analyze the effects of relational marketing and social networks on the satisfaction of university students. The research focuses on two academic activities: administrative procedures and academic communication. A theoretical model based on Relational Marketing was designed, and the Structural Equation Model (SEM) was applied to evaluate the reliability and validity of the constructs, as well as to test the relationships of the structural model. An exploratory factorial analysis was carried out using the PLS-SEM method, which measured the model's capacity through the coefficient of determination R2, an appropriate approach for research in management sciences. The study was conducted with a sample of 708 students. The results allow for the acceptance of the proposed hypotheses, indicating that there is a positive relationship between the relationship attributes based on social networks (Facebook, Instagram, and Youtube) and communication with students. It is accepted that the more relationship attributes universities use, the better the academic procedures will be on social networks, and finally, it is determined that there is greater satisfaction and student relationship when academic procedures are carried out through social networks.

Resumen
The evidence from field studies in retail environments suggests in-store slack is part of the consumer’s purchasing budget. These funds are used as a self-control mechanism so as not to exceed the budget. We propose a conceptualization of in-store slack as the difference between the expected cost of the basket and the total budget allocated for the present visit to the store. Then, we explain this slack from the composition of the customer’s basket in three branches of a supermarket chain. Using data taken from a field study, we found evidence that in-store slack is used fundamentally for unplanned purchases, which is consistent with the notion that these funds are used to finance products where the decision to purchase is made in-store. We also found evidence of unused budgetary resources being transferred to in-store slack to finance unplanned products. This supports the idea that consumers are flexible when managing their mental accounts.

Resumen
This research aims to determine the evolution and development of SME digitization research trends published in leading scientific journals. The data analyzed comprised 650 research publications indexed in the Web of Science platform. The data is processed and analyzed using R Bibliometric to examine SME digitization. The results showed that the number of publications on SME digitization had increased significantly. Then, most of the types of papers discussing SME digitization are articles in scientific journals. The main findings are that SME digitization research focuses on information technologies, archive digitization, digital transformation, innovation, industry 4.0, technology, sustainable development, covid-19, sustainability, and public policy.

This study used the Scopus scientific publication database to analyse the articles that include the concept of political uncertainty as a variable of study in the economic and administrative sciences.
The methodology is based on bibliometric analysis applied to the period between the years 2010 and 2022. One of the findings of the study is that the concept of political uncertainty is widely used in economic and administrative sciences researches.
It is observed that related concepts such as economic policy uncertainty, political risk and climate change are also present as keywords of such studies.
Lastly, it can be seen that countries such as the United States, China and the United Kingdom are the ones that contribute the most in number of publications, also, certain authors and magazines show high impact in the measurement of metrics such as the H index.

Resumen
Large corporations have aimed to establish partnerships with startups to turn them into drivers of corporate innovation. Lately, collaboration initiatives with startups have multiplied, but this interaction has received little attention from organizational studies. This article aims to fill in this gap by identifying the determining elements of the interaction between cooperatives and startups in the context of open innovation. A Qualitative Comparative Analysis (QCA) was conducted with representatives of credit cooperatives and Brazilian startups. The results led to five constructs of interaction for innovation between credit cooperatives and startups – objective, decision-making, relationship, knowledge flows, and experience. The conditions required for open innovation in this context, resulting from the QCA analysis, were pointed out, and a leading framework of collaboration between credit cooperatives and startups was proposed based on the constructs identified. These results might assist cooperatives and startups involved in open innovation initiatives.

Resumen
Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) are planning their actions with a focus on sustainability in order to stimulate the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Therefore, this study aimed to identify the sustainable practices of Brazilian public universities based on the disclosure of information from the 2018 Management Report. The Management Reports of 63 public universities were analyzed. Therefore, as universities have environmental actions and practices, however, they need to align with the 2030 Agenda. The analysis of Environmental Evidence helps to understand the 'green' practices of universities and allows organizations to be a reference for other universities that wish to implement practices environmental.
